Technological developments have positive and negative values, especially in relation to reading interest and literacy culture. The convenience offered sometimes causes students’ reluctance to read printed books, which has been the main reference in every lecture. This article is written based on qualitative research in the form of case study, where the object of study, which is the center of discussion, is the IAIN Kediri postgraduate library. The results of the study show that the management of the Postgraduate Library of IAIN Kediri in increasing student-reading interest can be categorized into three forms. The first is to optimize services for the entire Postgraduate academic community, especially in an effort to facilitate the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The second is through layout settings, where it prioritizes the convenience of the academic community when doing activities in the library. Third is the diversification of collections, in which the form of library collections is not limited to collections in printed form but also granting broadest access to the academic community to explore non-printed collections such as journals and proceedings online.

This study aims to optimize the ability of students to write Arabic sentences (maharah kitabah) through project-based learning models in al-Jumlah material. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of the study were students at the second semester of IAIN Bone, which were from class PBA1, PBA2, PBA3, PS6, PGMI4, and PGMI 5. Data was collected through tests, observations, and interviews with instrument performance, observation guidelines, and interview guidelines. The data collected from the results of this study will be analyzed using qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show: 1) The application of project-based learning models in al-quantity material is carried out in several stages, starting from determining the theme of writing, determining sources, collecting material (writing rules) and mufradat (vocabulary), compiling sentences and discussing them collaboratively with members team, up to presenting in front of other teams. 2) Students are generally able to make al-Jumlah based on the elements of the sentence that have been learned. For example, making al-Jumlah Ismiyah consisting of mubtada' and khabar, al-Jumlah al-Fi'liyah consisting of fi'il, fa'il, and maf'ul by using sentences that are in accordance with the attached image and also able to write with the correct writing and harakat. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the project-based learning model can optimize the student achievement of high-level students in al-Jumlah material.

The objective of the research aims to find out whether the use of folktales can improve the students’ writing ability or not.Quasi-experimental design was applied in this research with two classes of the students. The first class as an experimental class and the second as a control class that was given different treatment. The instrument of this research was a written test. The population of this research was the first year students of SMA Negeri 2 Watampone, academic year 2012-2013. The number of population was 420 students consisted of 14 classes. A sample of this research was taken by using cluster random sampling technique; there were 60 students as sample, 30 students in X-9 as experimental class and 30 students in X-10 as control class. Data were collected through written test administered in the pretest and posttest. The mean score of pretest in experimental class is 47.93 and mean score of posttest is 73.5. While the mean score of pretest in control class is 52.36 and mean score of posttest is 66.37. It can be conclude that there is significant difference of the students after the use of folktales in improving their writing ability.

One of the mandates of the founders of the Indonesian nation as outlined in the 1945 constitution was to educate the life of the nation. One of the efforts taken to fulfill this very goal is through the world of education. Education is the main key to encourage the improvement of the quality of human resources so that they can compete with other nations. Through early childhood education institutions, the government and the community have taken a very big role in the development of education in Indonesia. Early childhood education institutions can easily emerge, grow, and develop, considering the formation process is quite easy. There are so many early childhood education institutions that have sprung up even like mushrooming, not only in big cities but in remote rural areas. Indeed, this has become a distinctive achievement for this nation, given that community participation is very high in playing a role in the world of education through the establishment of various early childhood education institutions. Apart from all these positive aspects, several problems emerged regarding these early childhood education institutions. The biggest problem is the management of facilities, this is due to the lack of knowledge of the managers of early childhood education institutions on the development and management of infrastructure and the use of learning resources.

This journal discusses the implementation of clinical supervision in improving teacher professionalism. Clinical Supervision is a guidance process aimed at assisting professional development of teachers / prospective teachers, especially in teaching performance based on observation and analysis of data accurately and objectively as guidance for the change of teaching behavior. This supervision puts pressure on the process of "professional formation and development" with the intention of responding to the main understanding and needs of teachers related to their duties. The formation of professionalism of teachers who intend to support educational reform as well as to "combat" the deterioration of education must primarily begin by teaching teachers in the classroom. With improvements and improvements expected students can learn well so that the goals of education and teaching can be achieved optimally.
