Research on UAV Sag Measurement System Based on 3D Lidar 基于三维激光雷达的无人机俯仰测量系统研究

Sag is an important condition to ensure the safe operation of power transmission lines. In this paper, a sag measurement technique based on 3D lidar and UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle) is proposed. The technology by UAV 3d lidar scanning was carried out on the wires of the transmission line and scan to obtain data in the process of correction and selection, through the on-board computer control over the plane, computing the point cloud data and the UAV is put forward in this paper the control of the line profile, records many times on the line after the RTK(Real - time kinematic) data, fitting out of the line model, coupled with sag measurement algorithm to calculate the wire sag, thus formed a set of sag measurement system and method. Field experiments show that the system can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of wire sag measurement, and is conducive to realizing the informationization, intelligence and safety of transmission line inspection.

Closed-Form Solution For Time Optimisation Of Single-Axis Multi-Point Motion 单轴多点运动时间优化的封闭解

This paper presents an in-depth study of the S-curve model. Under the constraints of system bandwidth, an efficient and accurate closed-form solution is proposed for the time-optimisation problem of a single actuator passing through multiple position points. In this method, the multi-point motion problem is transformed into a monotonic interval motion problem, and different motion equations are derived according to different motion conditions. Finally, the splicing and matching of acceleration between different intervals are completed through a backtracking mechanism. Since a closed-form solution formula is provided, the entire process of this method is efficient and accurate. This study not only provides a new idea and feasible solution for single-axis multi-point motion, but also contributes an important theoretical derivation to the body of research based on the S-curve model.
本文对s曲线模型进行了深入的研究。在系统带宽约束下,针对单个执行机构通过多个位置点的时间优化问题,提出了一种高效、精确的闭式解。该方法将多点运动问题转化为单调区间运动问题,并根据不同的运动条件导出不同的运动方程。最后,通过回溯机制完成不同区间间加速度的拼接和匹配。由于提供了封闭形式的求解公式,因此该方法的整个过程高效、准确。该研究不仅为单轴多点运动提供了新的思路和可行的解决方案,而且为基于s曲线模型的研究领域提供了重要的理论推导。

Optimal Placement of Base Stations in Falling Point Measurement at Sea 海上落点测量中基站的最佳放置

The falling point accuracy of high-speed target at sea is an important test index for assessing performance of flight target in water-entry test. When the measurement error remains unchanged, the base station placement will affect the falling point accuracy. In this paper, we take the typical four-base station as an example and study the influence of regular and irregular placement of multi-base stations on positioning accuracy based on TDOA system. By changing the length of baseline and the form of distribution station, the measurement accuracy of falling point in different areas under the condition of regular distribution station is analyzed. For irregular distribution station, an optimal placement method of acoustic array based on simulated annealing algorithm is proposed, which takes the deviation as objective function and obtains the optimal placement according to the simulation of high temperature annealing process. The simulation results show that the new placement mode of base station can obtain higher positioning accuracy compared with the regular shapes of placement. That is, the optimized placement method based on Simulated Annealing algorithm is reasonable and effective, which can provide some references for high-speed moving target falling point measurement system design at sea.

Touch Current Measurement with Single Human Body Impedance Networks and Thermal Imaging Techniques for Electric Heating Tubes Filled with Electrician Grade Magnesium Oxide Powder 电工级氧化镁粉填充电热管的单人体阻抗网络触摸电流测量和热成像技术

A hybrid-channel touch current measurement system for an electric heating tube filled with electrician-grade oxide powder was build. The hybrid-channel system consists of a channel for weak voltage acquisition connected with a single human body impedance network and a channel for thermal image acquisition. One channel is used as the touch current measurement channel, while the other is used as the valid measurement time determination channel. The system reduces the time to test the touch current for the electric heating tube compared with the standard JB/T 8508, as the thermal image acquisition channel provides the criterion that the heating tube has already reached a steady state. The system accurately detects filling defects inside the heating tube as well. Furthermore, the system can be used as a senior standard of an electric heating tube. A comparison measurement with the touch current tester TL5802 was carried out. The results show that the proposed system reduces the test time by over 5 minutes and has much lower power consumption.

Research on underwater acoustic target recognition based on LOFAR spectrum and deep learning method 基于LOFAR谱和深度学习方法的水声目标识别研究

Underwater acoustic target recognition has long been an internationally recognized problem. This paper combines the method based on LOFAR spectrogram and the deep convolutional neural network of deep learning hot spot method for underwater target radiated noise recognition, making full use of the separability information of target noise in different dimensions, and using the time spectrum chart as the depth Learn to enter data. In this paper, the basic principle and specific application process of the method are analyzed in detail, and the measured data are simulated and classified, and the simulation diagram and test results are given. The results show that the recognition rate of underwater target recognition with this method is high.

The Production Prediction of Cutter Suction Dredger Based on PCA 基于PCA的绞吸式挖泥船产量预测

In order to ensure the working efficiency of the cutter suction dredger, it is necessary to predict its momentary production accurately. In the actual operation process, the dynamic characteristics of the dredger are very complicated, and many factors affect the momentary production. In order to ensure the smooth output of the dredger, the operator mainly refers the six indicators: the left swing winch speed, the right swing winch speed, the cutter depth, the 1# deck pump speed, the 2# deck pump speed, and the cutter speed to dredging operation. In this paper, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is performed on the six control factors, and the five main influencing factors are obtained, which are the left swing winch speed, the right swing winch speed, the cutter depth, the 1# deck pump speed, and the cutter speed. Then, according to the average proportion of each factor in the principal component analysis results, the input variables are reduced. The four main influencing factors are the left swing winch speed, the right swing winch speed, the cutter depth, and the cutter speed. In the system simulation modeling, the above five main factors and four main factors are used as the input variables of the GRNN(Generalized Regression Neural Network), and the momentary production is used as the output variable of the GRNN to establish the prediction model of momentary production of the cutter suction dredger. The prediction results show that the neural network model can still maintain good prediction accuracy while reducing the input variables. Therefore, Principal Component Analysis can be used to simplify neural network design and provide real-time momentary production reference for operators on the dredging operation.

Extended state observer based sliding mode control with prescribed performance for underwater vehicle manipulator system 基于扩展状态观测器的水下机器人系统滑模控制

In this paper, a design method of extended state observer (ESO)-based sliding mode control is proposed for underwater vehicle manipulator systems (UVMSs) with prescribed performance. First, the system model is reformulated by lumping the unknown uncertainties and disturbances into a total disturbance. Then, an ESO is developed to estimate the total disturbance. Based on ESO, the prescribed performance is defined to limit upper bounds of tracking error and then a sliding mode controller is proposed to ensure that all the signals are ultimately uniformly bounded (UUB). Moreover, the tracking errors can converge to the neighborhood of zero in finite-time and satisfy the prescribed performances. Finally, simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

An Enhanced Active Disturbance Rejection Control of PMSM Based on ILC and Parameter Self-tuning 基于ILC和参数自整定的永磁同步电机增强自抗扰控制

Conventional model-based permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drivers suffer deteriorated dynamic performance from the inward and outward disturbance. A new control method is proposed to improve the robustness of PMSM drivers in transient-state operation in this paper. Ant colony optimization (ACO) is utilized to tune parameters of active disturbance rejection control (ADRC). By using ACO’s self-learning ability and multiple iterative calculations, the optimal solution can be quickly calculated, thereby reducing the difficulty of ADRC parameter adjustment. Besides, the torque ripple changes periodically with the rotor position and causes speed fluctuations, which reduces the PMSM system’s dynamic performance. Usually, the PI controller and iterative learning control (ILC) in parallel are used to suppress torque fluctuations. However, it is very sensitive to the system uncertainty and external interference, that is, it will be paralyzed by non-periodic interference. Therefore, the ILC-ADRC is proposed in this paper to both reduce the ripple and guarantee robustness. The simulation results demonstrate the superior robustness of the proposed ADRC to that of the traditional method in transientstate and steady-state operations.

Partial Discretization-based Efficient Computation of H∞ Norm for Power System With Inclusion of Time Delays 含时滞电力系统H∞范数的部分离散高效计算

The application of wide-area measurement system and time delays in the transmission of remote signals make the traditional power system into delayed power system. Since the H∞ norm of delayed power system, which is usually expressed as the stability and performance criteria in the field of robust control, is difficult to be calculated directly by the traditional method, an efficient method for calculating H∞ norm of delayed power system is needed. In this paper, a partial discretization-based efficient computation method for H∞ Norm of delayed power systems is proposed. The model of the closed-loop delayed power system is established in consideration of time delays and the state variables are partitioned according to whether the state variables are correlated with time delays. Partial discretization is utilized to discretize retarded state variables only, which makes the order of state matrix after discretization close to that associated to power system without time delay and ensures the calculation efficiency of the presented method. Based on the model of closed-loop power system after discretization, the level set method is utilized to calculate the estimated value of H∞ norm and the estimated H∞ norm can be corrected by the correction equation, which guarantees the accuracy of the presented method. The test on the two-area four-machine system validates the efficiency and accuracy of the presented method, especially in the case of large time delay.

Due to the complex composition of the oil flowing through the refining unit, the equipment anticorrosion work has always been a major problem in petrochemical enterprises, and the corrosion problem is a key factor related to shortening the service life of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit. Aiming at the problem of high temperature corrosion of atmospheric and vacuum unit in a petrochemical enterprise and the current situation of corrosion management in the enterprise, this paper designs a high temperature corrosion diagnosis system of atmospheric and vacuum unit based on Forcecontrol configuration development platform. The system uses three dimensional interpolation algorithm to calculate the corrosion rate, and uses Microsoft SQL sever2014 database technology and ForceControl 7.1 configuration development platform to realize the comprehensive management of corrosion data, corrosion rate calculation, early warning, expert advice and other functions. Through the function test of each module in the system, and using the actual corrosion data provided by the enterprise to simulate and verify the system, the test results show that the system can achieve the expected functions, and ensure the calculation accuracy of corrosion rate.
由于流经炼油装置的油品成分复杂,设备防腐工作一直是石化企业的一大难题,而腐蚀问题又是关系到常减压蒸馏装置使用寿命缩短的关键因素。针对某石化企业常减压装置高温腐蚀问题及企业腐蚀管理现状,设计了基于forceccontrol组态开发平台的常减压装置高温腐蚀诊断系统。系统采用三维插值算法计算腐蚀速率,采用Microsoft SQL sever2014数据库技术和ForceControl 7.1组态开发平台,实现腐蚀数据的综合管理、腐蚀速率计算、预警、专家咨询等功能。通过对系统中各模块的功能测试,并利用企业提供的实际腐蚀数据对系统进行仿真验证,测试结果表明系统能够实现预期的功能,保证了腐蚀速率的计算准确性。
