Structure Design of Rail Flexible Material Based on Mechanical Calculation 基于力学计算的钢轨柔性材料结构设计

In many cities, the asphalt beside the rail at intersection often cracks under traffic load after tramcar running for several months. The main reason is that the rail flexible material is not strength enough to provide brace for asphalt. The strength of rail flexible material is closely related to its structure. In this article, several parameters such as wall thickness, interval distance of ribbed slabs and so on are chosen to change the structure of the rail flexible material. The deformations under traffic loads of different structures are calculated through building finite element models. At last, reasonable structure parameters of the rail flexible material are recommended.

Research on Navigation Risk Identification of Three Gorges Ship Lock Based on Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process 基于改进层次分析法的三峡船闸航行风险识别研究

As one of the world famous navigation architectures, Three Gorges ship lock plays a significant role in the inland water transport system of China. Combining analytic hierarchy process and discrete fuzzy set, the factors that may affect the navigation safety of the Three Gorges Ship Lock are analyzed step by step from the perspectives of human, ship, environment, and management by using expert survey data. The results show that the total contribution rate of safety management to the navigation risk of the Three Gorges Ship Lock is up to 16%, and the human factor is a crucial factor affecting the navigation risk. The utility of risk control schemes can be evaluated through risk assessment. Suggestions are further made for maritime administration and accident prevention in the Three Gorges Ship Lock waters.
作为世界著名的航运建筑之一,三峡船闸在中国内河运输系统中占有重要地位。利用专家调查数据,结合层次分析法和离散模糊集法,从人、船、环境和管理四个方面对影响三峡船闸通航安全的因素进行了逐级分析。结果表明,安全管理对三峡船闸通航风险的总贡献率高达16%,人为因素是影响通航风险的关键因素。通过风险评估,可以对风险控制方案的效用进行评价。对三峡船闸水域的海事管理和事故预防提出了建议。

Anti-collision Decision Making by Course Alteration and Speed Change under COLREGs COLREGs下航向和速度变化的防撞决策

Collision between ships is one of the most common types of accident in most navigable waters. A fast and effective anti-collision decision making procedure is significant for the safety of the navigating ships. The ships have to adhere to the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGs) during navigating, which is subjective to a large degree. The paper presents a mathematical model to compute the distance to closest point of approach (DCPA) and calculated the derivative of own ship’s course and velocity, based on which the effectiveness of avoiding collision by course alteration and speed change are evaluated in a quantitative way under different encounter situations. The simulation results indicate that in most cases course alteration performs better than changing velocity for the encounter situations with large crossing angle while changing velocity performs better under some encounter situations with small crossing angle. Two case studies are conducted to evaluate the proposed approach.

Modeling Quartiles and Variance of Optimal Traveling Salesman Tour Lengths 最优旅行推销员行程长度的四分位数和方差建模

Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) plays an important role in research and has many applications in the field of transportation and logistics. Most studies focus on developing algorithms to find the shortest path while some studies explore the average length of the shortest paths. However, the quartiles and variance of the shortest paths have not been studied so far. The quartiles and variance of the shortest paths are important because they can give information about the travel/delivery time reliability and the best and worst travel/delivery time scenario, when the tour can be regarded as TSP. This study performs experiments to find the shortest path connecting n customers, which are generated randomly in a specified service area, using genetic algorithm. The service areas considered include equilateral triangle, rectangle with ratio of length and width ranging from 1 to 8, regular hexagon, and circle. The number of customers considered range from 10 to 100 with an interval of 10. In each experiment, the customers are generated randomly for 500 times. The first, second and third quartiles as well as the variance of the 500 shortest paths have been recorded. Subsequently, regression models have been developed to estimate quartiles and variance using number of customers and parameters of service area. R squares of the developed models are all above 0.96, indicating very good fit. The constructed models can be used to estimate the travel time variance and reliability.

Research on Setting Method of Guide Line of Separate Dual-Left Turn Lanes 双左独立车道引导线设置方法研究

Separate dual-left turn lane is a new type of inlet channelization, which has been tentatively set in many cities. Through the actual measurement and analysis, it is found that the separate dual-left turn traffic flow has obvious interference at the exit position of the intersection, the traffic efficiency is significantly lower than the entrance position. According to the analysis of vehicle mutual interference based on separate dual-left turn traffic flow at exit position and quantization model of force and relative position, this paper gives the range of safety distance between the left-turning vehicles driven in inner and outer lanes. It analyzed the turning angles of vehicles driven in both inner and outer lanes by the exit position. Based on all the researches this paper brings out a guide line setting method for vehicle flow release in the case of separate dual-left turn lane setting is proposed. This research fulfills the blank of the existed traffic guide line setting specification GB5768.2, which makes a significant theoretical support for the signalized intersection traffic guide line setting work.

A Cloud-Based Platform for Marine Oil Spill Emergency Response Capability Visualization 基于云的海上溢油应急响应能力可视化平台

With the booming of marine industry, occurrence of maritime oil spills will not only loss of life and property, but also has brought about a long-term and bad influence to ocean environment and ecosystem system. This paper introduces a platform architecture for marine oil spill response capacity visualization, and elaborates the visualization of oil spill emergency elements, emergency resources dynamic interconnection and regional oil spill response capability with marine oil spill accidents. The platform is based on the B/S (browser/server) framework along with the tools of Baidu map API and MapV visualization system to realize the oil spill emergency resources visualization, oil spill emergency capability visualization and oil spill emergency response. The successful running of the platform provides scientific support for the decision-making in handling the oil spill emergency.

A study on Evacuation Model optimization in Passenger Ship 客船疏散模型优化研究

The paper intended for analyzing staff’s behavioral characteristics when it need of emergency evacuation, studied passenger ship evacuation of stairs, and establish evacuation time model. The paper considered personnel’s distribution, density, speed, gather and etc. Examples show the results are consistent with the actual situation, so this model can be used to guide the development of the evacuation plan.
本文旨在分析紧急疏散时工作人员的行为特征,对客船楼梯疏散进行研究,建立疏散时间模型。考虑了人员的分布、密度、速度、聚集等因素。算例表明,所得结果与实际情况一致,该模型可用于指导疏散方案的制定。

Taxi Passenger Travel Spatial and Temporal Characteristics Analysis and Application Based on Ridesourcing Data 基于拼车数据的出租车乘客出行时空特征分析及应用

Nowadays, with the development of humanistic consciousness, the residents' travel behavior is becoming more and more important to be considered in urban planning, and has become an important reference for urban traffic construction. The ridesourcing softwares like Uber and Didi have been widely accepted and used. As a model of travel, the ridesourcing has many features, like convenience and flexibility, and the origin and destination of every trip are completely determined by passengers, the running track of vehicles can directly reflect the travel behavior of urban residents. So this paper will study the passengers’ travel behaviour by data mining based on the Didi order data, try to reveal the travel characteristics of urban residents from a macro perspective. This paper focuses on these issues: to analyze the order data from ridesourcing company Didi; to explore the temporal characteristics of passengers’ travel from different angles like the temporal distribution of travel, the distribution of peak hour, time consumption; to analyze the spatial characteristics from the different aspects including the distribution of travel distance, travel hot spots; to propose an optimization model of the taxi stand location by analyzing travel characteristics, which can improve user’s experience of residents by setting up reasonable site layout. Finally we found that the ridesourcing track data can well reveal travel characteristics of urban residents, which could be helpful for the urban planning and road network optimization.
如今,随着人文意识的发展,居民的出行行为在城市规划中越来越受到重视,并成为城市交通建设的重要参考。像优步和滴滴这样的打车软件已经被广泛接受和使用。拼车作为一种出行模式,具有便捷性和灵活性等特点,每次出行的出发地和目的地完全由乘客决定,车辆的运行轨迹可以直接反映城市居民的出行行为。因此本文将基于滴滴订单数据,通过数据挖掘对乘客出行行为进行研究,试图从宏观角度揭示城市居民的出行特征。本文主要研究了以下几个问题:对专车公司滴滴的订单数据进行分析;从出行时间分布、高峰时段分布、时间消耗等不同角度探讨旅客出行的时间特征;从旅游距离分布、旅游热点分布等方面分析其空间特征;通过对出行特征的分析,提出出租车站位置的优化模型,通过设置合理的站点布局,提高居民的使用体验。研究发现,拼车轨迹数据能够很好地揭示城市居民的出行特征,为城市规划和路网优化提供依据。

So this paper will study the passengers’ travel behaviour by data mining based on the Didi order data, try to reveal the travel characteristics of urban residents from a macro perspective. This paper focuses on these issues: to analyze the order data from ridesourcing company Didi; to explore the temporal characteristics of passengers’ travel from different angles like the temporal distribution of travel, the distribution of peak hour, time consumption; to analyze the spatial characteristics from the different aspects including the distribution of travel distance, travel hot spots; to propose an optimization model of the taxi stand location by analyzing travel characteristics, which can improve user’s experience of residents by setting up reasonable site layout. Research and Application of Port Crane Lightweight Technology 港口起重机轻量化技术研究与应用

Port crane is a major energy consumption node in port because of its high power and high efficiency. Lightweight is an important technology to realize energy saving and emission reduction for port cranes. Based on the study of the present situation at home and abroad, the lightweight technology of port crane is studied in this paper. Firstly, the main factors that affect the energy consumption of port cranes are analyzed. The lightweight technologies that can be applied to cranes are summarized. Secondly, the whole structure optimization technology is studied. Three types of port cranes with optimized structure are introduced. Finally, the application and implementation effect of lightweight technology in port crane are introduced.
港口起重机以其大功率、高效率的特点成为港口主要的能耗节点。轻量化是实现港口起重机节能减排的重要技术。本文在研究国内外现状的基础上,对港口起重机轻量化技术进行了研究。首先,分析了影响港口起重机能耗的主要因素。总结了适用于起重机的轻量化技术。其次,对整体结构优化技术进行了研究。介绍了三种结构优化的港口起重机。最后介绍了轻量化技术在港口起重机中的应用及实施效果。

Statistical analysis of typical ship accidents in past 4 years and review of salvage equipment in China 近4年中国船舶典型事故统计分析及救助设备回顾

The characteristics of the accidents in typical waters, the types of ships involved in the accidents and the distribution of the accident types were obtained, moreover the main causes of the water traffic accidents were studied from the four aspects including personnel factors, ship factors, environmental factors and management factors, based on the statistical analysis of the water traffic accidents in the coastal areas of Zhejiang province and the Yangtze river in past 4 years. In addition, this paper reviewed the development of salvage equipment in China, and analyzed the main performance parameters of salvage equipment from three aspects: personnel salvage, ship salvage and wreck salvage. Finally, the development tendency of salvage equipment was prospected.
通过对近4年来浙江沿海和长江流域的水上交通事故统计分析,得出了典型水域的事故特点、事故船舶类型和事故类型分布,并从人员因素、船舶因素、环境因素和管理因素四个方面研究了水上交通事故的主要原因。此外,本文还回顾了国内救助设备的发展情况,从人员救助、船舶救助和沉船救助三个方面分析了救助设备的主要性能参数。最后,对救助设备的发展趋势进行了展望。
