Along with the disruption in digital technology, changes in the behavior and mindset of stakeholders towards digital, as well as the Covid-19 pandemic, have directed various organizations to accelerate digital transformation (DT). However, there were many failures in DT which were allegedly caused by bad governance. Various previous studies have shown the important role of IT governance (ITG) in optimizing resources and risks related to IT and realizing the benefits of investment, but it is suspected that it is not necessarily effective in overseeing TD. Recent research has succeeded in identi-fying the effect of hybrid ITG mechanisms (traditional and agile/adaptive) on the success of DT, but is limited to the private sector, and has not explored its effect on organizational performance (OP). Therefore, research on the effect of ITG on DT and organizational performance in the public sector was carried out. This research takes a case study at Ministry A, which has received many DT success awards, in the hope of identifying best practices for ITG and DT. Research data was collected through semistructured interviews with representatives of three lines of defense (TLOD) and triangulation of internal documents, then processed with thematic analysis. The results of this research found 4 themes, 16 subthemes, and 101 codes, also found that the hybrid ITG mechanism had a positive effect on DT success and the achievement of OP targets in public sector organizations, especially ministries. Berkembangnya teknologi informasi saat ini sangat pesat bahkan di dalam dunia pendidikan, hal ini bisa memudahkan pihak-pihak sekolah dalam memberikan informasi mengenai sekolah melalui teknologi yang canggih seperti website. Setiap tahunnya hampir seluruh sekolah termasuk SMA PGRI 2 Palembang melakukan proses penerimaan siswa baru pada ta-hun ajaran baru.Tetapi sekarang ini masih banyak penerimaan siswa baru dilaksanakan secara manual yang membuat antrian disekolah cukup ramai di datangi oleh para calon siswa dan orang tua yang mendaftarkan anaknya ke sekolah tersebut. Dengan melihat perkembangan teknologi sekarang ini berdampak bagi seluruh kehidupan khususnya penyediaan informasi bagi seluruh instansi yang membutuhkan sistem pengelolaan data secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Untuk me-nyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dalam suatu instansi diperlukannya perkembangan teknologi sistem informasi yaitu khususnya untuk calon siswa baru SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Sistem ini lebih efisien dari segi biaya, waktu, dan tenaga se-hingga efektif dalam mencapai tujuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalam membuat website penerimaan siswa baru secara online. Metode pengumpulan data terdiri dari, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Metode pengem-bangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Metode Web Engineering pada metode ini terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu Customer Communication, Planning, Modelling, Construction, dan Deployment. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa website atau sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru pada SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Sistem ini telah diuji kevalidasiaanya menggunakan pengujian Blackbox sehingga sistem layak untuk digunakan oleh admin penerimaan siswa baru pada SMA PGRI 2 Palembang dan juga calon siswa yang akan mendaftar ke sekolah tersebut.

Pada salah satu kelompok tani di Kopeng Kab. Magelang, komoditas utamanya adalah sayur organik dan telah mendistribusikan komoditas sayur organik ke berbagai daerah di Indonesia bahkan mengeksor ke luar negeri. Namun, dalam menjalankan aktivitas pertanian, kelompok tani tersebut belum memiliki fasilitas untuk memantau penggunaan lahan pertanian, jenis komoditas yang ditanam dan jumlah komoditas yang ditanam. Hal tersebut berpengaruh pada jumlah panen komoditas sehingga berpengaruh pada harga komoditas. Untuk mengakomodir permasalahan monitoring lahan dan komunikasi dari kelompok tani, dilakukanlah pembangunan aplikasi TaniPintar yang dapat memfasilitasi petani untuk memantau dan mengelola informasi terkait penggunaan lahan, jenis serta jumlah komoditas yang sedang ditanam. Pembangunan aplikasi Tanipintar akan berbasis mobile yang dapat memfasilitasi petani untuk memantau dan mengelola informasi terkait penggunaan lahan, jenis serta jumlah komoditas yang sedang ditanam. Salah satu tahapan krusial dalam pembangunan suatu perangkat lunak adalah tahap requirement engineering yang merupakan fase awal dari Software Development Lyfe Cycle, pada penelitan requirement engineering ini menggunakan metode Iteratif yang dikembangkan oleh Loucopulus dan Karakostas. Model yang menggambarkan proses Requirement Engineering bersifat iteratif dan siklis. Model ini menunjukkan interaksi antara elisitasi, spesifikasi, validasi, pengguna dan domain masalah. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dihasilkannya spesifikasi kebutuhan serta high fidelity prototype aplikasi TaniPintar yang menjadi dasar pembangunan aplikasi TaniPintar. Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan prototype aplikasi TaniPintar dari requirement engineering yang telah dilakukan dengan 3 tahapan yaitu Elicitation, Spesification dan Validation sesuai dengan Loucopoulos dan Karakostas Iterative Model.

On large-scale systems, hundreds or even thousands of servers are required. Each existing server must also be connected to each other in order to communicate in two directions and each server has its own capacity. At the development stage, it always requires at least two environments, namely the development environment and the production environment. Provi-sioning GKE Clusters using Terraform and Jenkins can make it easier for the devops team to set up Servers as needed au-tomatically. It only takes 15 minutes 18.412 seconds to set up a cluster with three nodes in the Development environment and 13 minutes 26.407 seconds to set up a cluster with one node in the Production environment. With this sys-tem, it helps the Devops team to set up servers faster and with minimal constraints due to the increasingly complex needs of a company.

Teknologi informasi terus mengalami perkembangan di berbagai sektor, tidak terkecuali pada sektor pemerintahan. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, kegiatan pemerintahan dapat berjalan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Penerapan teknologi informasi akan membantu pemerintahan dalam mengolah informasi yang kemudian disediakan sebagai layanan baik layanan administrasi pemerintahan maupun layanan publik. Pemanfaatan TI pada sektor pemerintahan mulai menjadi perhatian di Indonesia dengan adanya pedoman Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE). Dengan adanya SPBE, pencapaian visi dan misi serta target pencapaian setiap provinsi di Indonesia menjadi lebih cepat dan mudah. Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman (Disperkim) Provinsi Jawa Barat merupakan salah satu organisasi perangkat daerah yang harus memenuhi ketentuan SPBE. Disperkim Provinsi Jawa Barat memiliki 4 (empat) bidang yang beroperasi yaitu bidang perumahan, bidang kawasan permukiman, bidang infrastruktur permukiman, dan bidang pertanahan. Keempat bidang tersebut menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya dengan tujuan untuk memenuhi target pencapaian kualitas pelayanan pada urusan perumahan permukiman yang tertuang pada indikator kinerja utama Disperkim Jawa Barat. Namun belakangan ini terdapat indikator kinerja utama yang tidak memenuhi target yaitu pada tingkat kualitas kawasan permukiman yang disebabkan oleh kurang efektifnya penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan operasional pada urusan kawasan permukiman. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian guna memecahkan permasalahan tersebut dengan menggunakan metode design science recearch. Dengan menerapkan perancangan arsitektur SPBE berbasis TOGAF ADM yang meliputi domain arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, dan arsitektur teknologi, penelitian ini akan menghasilkan blueprint arsitektur SPBE sebagai solusi dalam pemecahan permasalahan tersebut sekaligus sebagai perencanaan improvement kegiatan operasional Disperkim Jawa Barat. Pada penelitian ini akan memanfaatkan aplikasi target satu pintu untuk layanan publik Provinsi Jawa Barat, yaitu aplikasi mobile Sapawarga.

Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, kegiatan pemerintahan dapat berjalan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Penerapan teknologi informasi akan membantu pemerintahan dalam mengolah informasi yang kemudian disediakan sebagai layanan baik layanan administrasi pemerintahan maupun layanan publik. Pemanfaatan TI pada sektor pemerintahan mulai menjadi perhatian di Indonesia dengan adanya pedoman Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE). Dengan adanya SPBE, pencapaian visi dan misi serta target pencapaian setiap provinsi di Indonesia menjadi lebih cepat dan mudah. Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman (Disperkim) Provinsi Jawa Barat merupakan salah satu organisasi perangkat daerah yang harus memenuhi ketentuan SPBE. Disperkim Provinsi Jawa Barat memiliki 4 (empat) bidang yang beroperasi yaitu bidang perumahan, bidang kawasan permukiman, bidang infrastruktur permukiman, dan bidang pertanahan. Keempat bidang tersebut menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya dengan tujuan untuk memenuhi target pencapaian kualitas pelayanan pada urusan perumahan permukiman yang tertuang pada indikator kinerja utama Disperkim Jawa Barat. Namun belakangan ini terdapat indikator kinerja utama yang tidak memenuhi target yaitu pada tingkat kualitas kawasan permukiman yang disebabkan oleh kurang efektifnya penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan operasional pada urusan kawasan permukiman. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian guna memecahkan permasalahan tersebut dengan menggunakan metode design science recearch. Dengan menerapkan perancangan arsitektur SPBE berbasis TOGAF ADM yang meliputi domain arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, dan arsitektur teknologi, penelitian ini akan menghasilkan blueprint arsitektur SPBE sebagai solusi dalam pemecahan permasalahan tersebut sekaligus sebagai perencanaan improvement kegiatan operasional Disperkim Jawa Barat. In redundant Network Provisioning a parameter is required to be used as a reference to assess network quality called Quality of Service (QoS). Some parameters that affect QoS include delay, and packet loss on the internet network.so to im-prove the quality of network services, it must be in accordance with the Quality of Service parameters. Virtual Router Re-dundancy Protocol (VRRP) is a protocol used for the purpose of redundancy between routers, virtual router redundancy protocol (VRRP) will guarantee high availability network and minimize confusion on one of the network devices. The ap-plication of VLAN is also aimed at over-coming traffic on networks that have multiple segments such as the case study in this study. This study aims to design a VRRP protocol to provide a redundant network and high availablelity network in MAN 1 Sema-rang. The results of this study obtained an average delay of 53,4ms and Packet Loss of 0.7%. From this re-search, it can be concluded that the VRRP protocol is very well applied as a back up link to the MAN 1 Semarang network topology.
