Relevance. This article examines the issue of the psychological health of a teenager in connection with the impact on him of the Unified State Exam – final certification conducted in the eleventh grade. The main aspects of the exam that have an impact on the adolescent state are considered. The main psychological experiences that are characteristic of adolescent applicants during the examination period are reflected. The research methods in this article are the analysis, description and survey of 1-2 year students, that is, those who passed the Unified State Exam not so long ago. Results. It is established that the pressure of teachers is almost twice as high as the parent’s. Failure in the exam is perceived as the end of life. Every year the exam is changed, but the pressure increases. The authors come to the conclusion that schools need a psychological help service for teenagers, especially high school students, it is necessary to teach children in practice how to effectively self-help during stress.

Purpose. The article is devoted to the study of an innovative method that can be used by teachers to develop reading skills in foreign language lessons, in particular, with the help of an intervention program for reading comprehension in English, which can be effectively used in the process of teaching/ learning a foreign language, as well as generalization of research results taking into account the approbation of the proposed method. Methodology. The research is based on the theoretical study and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature, as well as Internet resources related to the research topic; general scientific methods – analysis and generalization are used. Results. The results of the study showed that the intervention program for foreign language (FL) text comprehension can be used in reading classes at different stages of work on a foreign language text, which contributes to the activation of students’ learning activities, increasing their language competence and motivation. As a result of the analysis of the scientific material and its approbation, it was suggested that the integration of the intervention program into the process of teaching a foreign language, in particular the English language, will allow teachers to improve their teaching methods, and students to develop their processes of understanding and perception of the text more actively, increase their motivation to read in a foreign language. This will create a positive social atmosphere in the classroom, which will contribute to the subsequent achievement of the required educational results. Practical implications. The results of the study showed that it is possible to optimize the methodology of teaching a foreign language by stimulating cognitive and metacognitive processes and supporting affective and social determinants when working with foreign language texts, which contributes to a deeper understanding of what is read.

Relevance. The study of the quality of life is one of the current trends in the field of sociology, psychology, pedagogy, medicine and other sciences. Considering the essence of the quality of life of children, we note that today it is an interdisciplinary concept that characterizes all aspects of a child’s life: the level of intellectual and physical development; the degree of satisfaction of material and social needs; ensuring the safety of life, etc. Thus, the quality of life of children covers their physical, psychological and social health, as well as their perception of their place in society. The aim of the study was to study the quality of life during childhood through the prism of the mental states of children in parents with different levels of satisfaction with marriage. Research methods. In the course of the study, a theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature was carried out, which made it possible to clarify the depth and relevance of the problem of quality of life during childhood. An empirical study of the mental states of preschoolers and satisfaction with their parents’ marriage was conducted using the testing method. Quantitative and qualitative processing of the results was carried out on the basis of SPPS statistical programs. Results. As a result of empirical research, we have revealed that in families with a low degree of satisfaction with marriage, children, as a rule, have a negative mental state and, accordingly, in families with a high degree of satisfaction with marriage, children, as a rule, have a positive mental state. Unsatisfactory child-parent relationships provoke the emergence of more complex disorders in older age, contribute to the formation of various character accentuations in adolescence and a negative assessment of the quality of their lives, and therefore need adjustment aimed at parents’ awareness of their attitude to children. It is from the period of childhood that the value uniqueness of the child begins to take shape, which is realized in a special cultural and social reality, where childhood and adulthood are differentiated. During this period, children are already beginning to enter the social space, participating in a certain subculture of childhood, showing the acquired skills of socialization, and hence the corresponding quality of life. In the socio-psychological context, the structure of the family and the system of “parents-children” relationships are of great importance. Therefore, in the content of the upbringing of children, the conditions of the child’s development and the quality of his life, there are certain differences between families who are satisfied or not satisfied with their marriage. Purpose. The article is devoted to the study of telecollaboration technology as one of the means of digital communication aimed at developing interaction between students from different geographical, cultural and/or linguistic contexts and facilitating exchange, dialogue, debate and consolidation of linguistic, cultural and digital competencies. Methodology. The research is based on the theoretical study and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature, as well as Internet resources related to the research topic; general scientific method – analysis is used. Evaluation of the effectiveness of educational material visualization was carried out by observing the students’ educational activity, conversations. Results. The results of the study showed that collaboration technology as a kind of ICT can be used in foreign language classes to activate students’ educational activities, increase their language competence and motivation. As a result of the analysis of the scientific material, it was suggested that the use of blended learning tools and Web 2.0, which are aimed at taking advantage of collaborative learning and the assimilation of experience, will allow teachers to develop their ICT skills and improve their teaching methods, and students to participate in active and interactive learning, which also makes students’ progress visible and facilitates the assessment of knowledge. Practical implications. The results of the study will help to implement the tools of blended learning and Web 2.0 in teaching a foreign language at school.

Purpose. The article is devoted to the description of methodical approaches and techniques, ways to develop professional competencies of teachers to improve the quality of the educational process in modern Russian universities. Methodology. The main methods of research were the following: theoretical analysis (analyzing psycho-pedagogical and methodological literature, researching educational and methodological materials), empirical research (observation during the teachers’ class visits, filling out the class attendance checklist). Results. The main result of the article was a description of the basic principles of basic methodological training of teachers of higher education using modern educational technologies. Practical implications. The results of the research can be applied to the training of teaching staff and scientific-pedagogical workers, as well as in the field of additional professional education of teachers at Russian universities.

Purpose. The article is devoted to the problem of the development of ethnic tolerance in higher educational institutions. The purpose of the article is to reveal the importance of the development of ethnic tolerance among the youth of Crimea as a condition for maintaining interethnic harmony and stability in a multiethnic region. The objectives of the research: to identify the essence of the phenomenon of ethnic tolerance, to consider the stages of formation and indicators of the students’ ethno-tolerance formation’s level, to analyze the results of an empirical study aimed at discovering ethnic identity as one of the factors affecting the development of ethnic tolerance, using the example of cadets of marine specialties of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education “Kerch Marine Technological University”. The method and methodology of the research. The basis of the research is formed by the theoretical methods (analysis, comparison, generalization) and the empirical method – the survey according to “The types of ethnic identity” method by G.U. Soldatova and S.V. Ryzhova. Results. The novelty of the research is to recognize the role of educational environment of the University in the formation of students’ ethnic tolerance (on the example of cadets of marine specialties) through educational activities (in the process of studying social and humanitarian disciplines) and extra-educational activities (in the process of conducting trainings on the formation of a tolerant position as a factor in the prevention of interethnic conflicts , using the experience of the Center for Intercultural Communication and Social Integration of Students, conducting continuous monitoring of the level of ethnic tolerance of cadets of the Kerch Marine Technological University, whose future profession requires communication skills in a multi-ethnic environment of the marine crew). Practical implications. The results of the study can be used in the process of educational work with students of the University in order to prevent interethnic conflicts.

Burnout Syndrome (BS) is a serious problem for which both individuals and organizations pay a lot. Nowadays the problem of maintaining professional and psychological health among specialists of various professions attracts attention of scientists from different fields: psychology, medicine and psychotherapy. The main aim of the study is a comparative analysis of the burnout syndrome in specialists of different professions. Sample: 105 respondents: teachers, medical workers, firefighters-rescuers aged from 23 to 68, with experience from 1 year to 43 years. We use the data obtained by questioning respondents and testing for achieving the purpose of the study such as the V.V. Boyko’s “Method for diagnosing the level of emotional burnout”; - a clinical questionnaire for the detection and evaluation of neurotic conditions by K.K. Yakhin, D.M. Mendelevich; - a technique for measuring the level of anxiety (J. Taylor scale). Data processing was carried out in the form of statistical analysis in the SPSS.22.0 program. As a result, we revealed correlation links between indicators of emotional burnout and work experience, satisfaction with the work schedule, labor incentives, functional content of the work, individual personal and psychological characteristics. The study reasonably shows the factors in the formation of the burnout syndrome, identified causal and concomitant relationships.

Background. One of the most pressing problems of modern Russian education is the exclusion of Russia from the Bologna Agreement. The main goals set for Russian higher education, which were pursued when signing the Bologna Agreement, are outlined. Materials. On the example of the German and Russian curricula for the first semester in the direction of “Industrial and Civil Engineering” demonstrated a fundamentally different approach to the training of future engineers. Results. The European system of technical higher education provides highly specialized training aimed at obtaining a civil engineering profession. Bachelor’s education in accordance with the Bologna Agreement is comparable to secondary specialized education. The Russian system of higher education prepares a diversified specialist capable of solving diverse tasks. Conclusion. The division of higher technical education into classical (science-intensive) and specialized (applied) is proposed. Classical education will include the training of employees of science and education. Specialized education is focused on the training of highly qualified specialists.

Currently, the range of research related to the specifics of child-parent relations is constantly expanding and deepening, which, of course, is associated with an increasing understanding in society of the most important importance of the family as a social institution. Therefore, the study of the relationship between satisfaction with marriage and child-parent relations in families with older preschoolers remains an urgent topic for psychological and pedagogical research. The article presents the results of studying mothers of preschoolers to different aspects of family life using the PARI method (E.S. Schaefer and R.K. Bell). Full and incomplete families were examined. The authors identified the features and differences in the structure of child-parent relations in full and incomplete families. Also, there are differences in the structure of child-parent relations in families with preschoolers 3-5 years old and in families with preschoolers 6-7 years old. The data obtained make it possible to develop a system of trainings and programs for working with parents who have insufficiently optimal child-parent contact and to track changes in child-parent relations after psychological and pedagogical influence (trainings, seminars, master classes, personal consultations).

Goal. Theoretical justification and development of a software and hardware stand in order to train future information security specialists in setting up modern wireless networks. Work methodology or method. The study is based on scientific regulations of the practice-oriented learning organization. The competence-based approach was used as its methodological base, theoretical (comparison, analysis, generalization, concretization, modeling) methods were used. The development and implementation of a software and hardware stand in the educational process was carried out at Tyumen State University in 2021-2022 with the involvement of students from the “Computer Security” direction of training. Results. The authors have developed and applied in the educational process a software and hardware laboratory stand that combines virtualization tools for software and hardware components of a computer network. The stand is used to study the modern infrastructure of a computer network which is used in enterprises and companies by students of the “Computer Security” specialization. It can also be used while teaching modern wireless networks configuration for students of the directions: “Mathematical support and administration of information systems”, “Computer science and computer technology”, “Software engineering”. On the basis of the stand a cycle of laboratory works was developed for senior students of the “Computer security” specialization as part of the study of the “Wireless computer networks security” discipline. Scope of results. The results of the study can be applied in the field of training future IT-specialists in the higher education system.
