Efforts that must be made by the regional government in tackling or breaking the chain of the Covid-19 pandemic are issuing regulations governing community activities and actions that need to be taken by the regional government. This effort has been made by the City Government of South Tangerang by issuing Mayor Regulation no. 13 of 2020 concerning Implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions in the Context of Handling Corona Virus Disease 2019. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the Regulation of Mayor using a qualitative descriptive method with a normative legal study approach using Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA). The results of the study concluded that it was necessary to revise the Regulation of Mayor, especially on the points: social organization activities, the obligation of workplace leaders to ensure that employees do not have co-morbidities, the obligation to provide temperature test kits, regulation of worship activities, explanations about public facilities, the obligation to use masks, community rights, provision of incentives and vaccines, and criteria for administrative sanctions.

Seiring kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini, perkembangan teknologi industri keamanan informasi juga semakin berkembang, dan perangkat serta aplikasi mengontrol keamanan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana inovasi pemerintah terkait tentang keamanan kota. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dalam hal keamanan kota inovasi pemerintah kabupaten sinjai melakukan pengadaan cctv. Penggunaan teknologi CCTV (closed circuit television) dapat mempermudah akses informasi, monitoring dan penggunaan di area tertentu. Keberadaan kamera cctv sudah banyak yang menggunakan, bahkan hampir setiap pembelanjaan umum atau tempat tertentu banyak memasang CCTV untuk membantu keamanan. Penggunaan CCTV bukan hanya untuk perusahaan besar atau toko toko saja, namun rumah pribadi juga banyak yang memasangnya untuk mengawasi anak anaknya ketika sedang keluar rumah ataupun barang yang mungkin berharga bagi sang pemilik rumah. Dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah kabupaten sinjai terkait kemanan kota dengan pengadaan CCTV banyak membantu warga maupun pihak kepolisian untuk melihat insiden seperti kecelakaan, kekerasan dan pencurian di titik-titik tertentu dengan memperoleh pengawasan video.

This study discusses the role of community participation in making "PERDA", using the Normative Political Science (Political Philosophy) approach. The main idea is that "good governance" is a concretization of the idea of democracy at the local government level. The demand for the involvement of all "stakeholders" is the demand for democracy, with the framework of thinking that the owner of the government is not the government itself but all citizens. Therefore, all policy planning and implementation are not the business of the government alone but the affairs of the whole community. Local government is required to carry out good governance in its implementation. That means the local government must be organized democratically involving three elements, namely the government bureaucracy (state), parliament (political society), and the whole society (civil society). What is new here is the role of public participation in formulating policies in the form of "procedural" and at the same time "substantial" PERDA.

ABSTRACT Preservation of the environment with the concept of conservation is one part of the science of ecology. Land use in the riparian area or watershed area is one of the conservation areas needed to fulfill the environmental sustainability of water areas. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the conservation pond program carried out in the Cikapundung watershed, Kampoeng Tjibarani. By collecting data through observation, interviews, and studies of policy literature governing the management and development of project development in watersheds. Based on data collection and analysis of descriptive data that has been carried out, it was found that there were several factors for the failure of this program (1) non-functional land use, (2) unsustainable program and management (3) did not meet the standards and criteria for development policies on regional land River flow . With restoration using the ecopark concept, conservation ponds can be a new breakthrough for management and development of watershed land in accordance with land functional and standards and criteria for management and development of watershed land. Pemanfaatan lahan di kawasan sempadan sungai atau Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) termasuk salah satu konservasi yang dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi kelestarian lingkungan kawasan air. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi program kolam konservasi yang dilakukan di kawasan sempadan sungai Cikapundung, Kampoeng Tjibarani. Dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur kebijakan yang mengatur pengelolaan dan pembangunan pembangunan proyek di DAS. Berdasarkan pengumpulan data dan analisis data deskriptif yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa ada beberapa faktor kegagalan program ini (1) pemanfaatan lahan yang tidak fungsional, (2) program dan pengelolaan yang tidak berkelanjutan, dan (3) tidak memenuhi standar dan kriteria kebijakan pembangunan di lahan DAS. Dengan pemugaran yang menggunakan konsep ecopark, kolam konservasi dapat menjadi terobosan baru untuk pengelolaan dan pengembangan lahan DAS sesuai dengan fungsional lahan dan standar serta kriteria pengelolaan dan pengembangan lahan DAS. This research which aims to determine the effect of the main tasks and functions on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat of the Mentawai Islands Regency is motivated by the existence of complaints and public dissatisfaction with the service that is not good and factual, there are still civil servants who do not understand the main tasks and functions, employee performance is still classified as not good, there are still employees who lack mastery of their work, there are many employees who carry out indirect work once so, so that the time required is longer and does not match the existing time standards, and there are still employees who have not carried out work duties in accordance with the objectives set at the Regional Secretariat of the Mentawai Islands District. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression method. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. The respondents of this study were 90 Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat of the Mentawai Islands District. The sampling method used the total sampling method where the entire population in this study was used as the research sample. Hypothesis testing is calculated with the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 24.0 program. From the results of this study it was found that partially the main tasks have a significant effect on performance, functions have a significant effect on performance, and simultaneously the main tasks and functions have a significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat of the Mentawai Islands District.

Pola rekrutmen kepala daerah menurut undang-undang No.5 Tahun 1974 ditentukan oleh pemerintahan pusat, sedangkan di undang-undang No.8 Tahun 2015 kepala daerah dipilih secara langsung. Perbedaan penjelasan undang-undang ini juga memperlihatkan posisi elite Jakarta dan masyarakat daerah dalam menentukan calon pemimpinnya. Kelompok-kelompok militer mendapatkan tempat yang strategis dengan besarnya pengaruh lembaga ini di era Orde Baru. Pemilihan kepala daerah hanya sekadar formalitas, karena mekanismenya diatur oleh Orde Baru. Sedangkan di undang-undang No 8 Tahun 2015 partai politik menjadi wadah rekrutmen kepala daerah sebelum dipilih oleh masyarakat secara langsung. Masyarakat sipil mendapatkan kesempatan yang lebih luas dan terbuka dalam menyuarakan aspirasi politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur, penulis menggali informasi dari dua undang-undang tersebut lalu melihat pola rekrutmen kepala daerah di dua undang-undang ini.

The increase in unemployment that occurs in urban areas is in line with the increase in poverty rates which makes people need innovation from stakeholders to provide various representative public spaces. The establishment of Sunan Jogo Kali Park public space in Surakarta City can be said to be one of the symbols of the existence of stakeholder collaboration. This study aims to determine the collaboration carried out by stakeholders in the formation and development of public space Sunan Jogo Kali Park with a case study approach to understand the specifics of the collaboration and development of public space carried out. Interviews and observations were conducted in data collection processed using source triangulation and triangulation techniques with AGIL schema Functional Structure theory. Selection of informants using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. The results showed that the establishment of Sunan Jogo Kali Park was based on collaboration between local communities, private, CSR (PLN, Bank Jateng, PMS, Id Express, Bank Solo, Le Mineral) and government (Transportation Office, PUPR Office, DLH, Agriculture Office, Pucangsawit Village). The results of the collaboration resulted in the addition of park facilities, the construction of facilities (prayer rooms, toilets, elevators), and the provision of events. Community service and communication work carried out in the adaptation process, providing free entertainment space and improving the welfare of the community around the park are goals achieved, integration is carried out by holding regular meetings and making regulations, latency is shown by always coordinating between stakeholders.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran mengenai peran yang dierikan oleh fasilitas kesehatan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dilihat dari perspektif kebijakan publik. Beberapa permasalahan esensial fasilitas kesehatan di Merauke antara lain terbatasnya akses ke fasilitas kesehatan, kekurangan tenaga medis,kondisi fasilitas kesehatan yang buruk, biaya yang mahal, kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya kesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survey dimana metode yang digunakan ini untuk menggambarkan atau menganalisis suatu hasil penelitian tetapi tidak digunakan untuk membuat kesimpulan yang lebih luas. Lokasi penelitian adalah di seluruh Kampung di Distrik Ngguti Kabupeten Merauke, yang terdiri dari 6 Kampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Juli- Agustus 2022. Penentuan informan dalam penelitian ditetapkan secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. This study aims to analyze and explore the role of regional taxes and fees in the tourism sector. The role is viewed from an analysis of the contribution and effectiveness of Regional Original Income (PAD) in the Madura region, especially in the Bangkalan district during 2017-2021. The research method uses interpretive qualitative with a case study approach. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data verification and validity using information triangulation. The research findings show that the contribution and effectiveness of local taxes and fees on the tourism sector in Bangkalan district during 2017-2021 tends to fluctuate. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic also contributed to a decrease in the realization of regional tax and retribution revenues. Developing the tourism sector is also not free from challenges and various efforts made by tourism sector actors. Local governments need maximum efforts and strategies to be able to optimize and increase PAD. This requires cooperation and commitment between the government and the community in optimizing the potential of each area
