Kabupaten Tuban merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang memiliki angka stunting tertinggi di Jawa Timur pada tahun 2021 dengan angka tertinggi kasus stunting di salah satu desa mencapai 80%. Jumlah tersebut mendorong pemerintah Kabupaten Tuban untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik yang diberikan oleh seluruh lini pemerintahan dalam penanganan stunting sampai ke street level bureaucracy atau level desa. Pelaksanaan penanganan stunting yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah tentu juga dipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan masyarakat pada pemerintah. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji public trust terhadap penanganan stunting pada tingkat street level bureaucracy di Kabupaten Tuban. Peneliti menggunakan OECD Framework on Drivers of Trust in Public Institutions (2021) sebagai pedoman dalam melakukan penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di tiga desa dengan urutan kasus stunting tertinggi di Kabupaten Tuban yaitu Desa Brangkal, Desa Sumberejo, dan Desa Kedungrejo. Penentuan informan pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive dan snowball. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala desa, perangkat desa, bidan desa, kader posyandu dan masyarakat (ibu yang memiliki anak stunting). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa public trust terhadap penanganan stunting pada tingkat street level bureaucracy di Kabupaten Tuban cukup baik terutama pada dimensi openness (keterbukaan) dan integrity (integritas).

Rendahnya kesempatan pekerjaan bagi penyandang tunagrahita berdampak pada pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari, dapat dikatakan bahwa mereka terjebak kemiskinan. Hal ini perlu adanya perhatian khusus oleh pemerintah maupun masyarakat disekitar mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar adanya permasalahan pada kebutuhan ekonomi masyarakat penyandang tunagrahita. Permasalahan inilah yang menjadi dasar bagi Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial “Rumah Harapan Mulya” untuk melakukan pemberdayaan. Tujuan pemberdayaan ini dilakukan agar masyarakat tunagrahita mampu menuju kehidupan yang mandiri dan sejahtera, selain itu agar masyarakat penyandang tunagrahita mendapatkan penghasilan sendiri dan tidak mengandalkan pemberian dari orang lain. Banjir masih menjadi masalah klasik dan begitu kompleks di Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang mana merupakan wilayah daerah rentan banjir yang disebabkan oleh faktor alam dan faktor ulah manusia. Kurangnya kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dan penanganan yang hanya direspon dengan tanggap darurat yang tidak diikuti dengan upaya pengurangan risiko dan dampak bencana banjir menjadi persoalan yang harus diselesaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mitigasi bencana banjir secara pasif dan secara aktif yang dilakukan oleh BPBD Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan upaya mitigasi bencana telah dilakukan sebagaimana pada Peraturan Kepala BNPB Nomor 4 Tahun 2008 Tentang Pedoman Penyusunan Rencana Penanggulangan Bencana namun kurang maksimal. Meskipun pada mitigasi pasif terdapat berbagai kegiatan yang bersifat terpadu dan kolaboratif, akan tetapi pada mitigasi aktif terdapat kegiatan yang belum berjalan dengan baik seperti aplikasi Sigap dan Dapur Umum. Sehingga dalam mitigasi aktif diperlukannya peningkatan sosialisasi secara masif dan berkelanjutan serta penambahan pengadaan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang memadai ke daerah-daerah yang memiliki potensi bencana banjir yang cukup tinggi di Kabupaten Sidoarjo.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) yang ditujukan kepada rumah tangga miskin di Indonesia. Dampak atau outcome yang dilihat adalah besaran seluruh konsumsi jenis makanan dan nonmakanan rumah tangga miskin per bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Propensity Score Matching (PSM) untuk mengatasi permasalahan selection biased pada karakteristik yang tidak dapat diobservasi. Sumber utama data mikro yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder Indonesian Family Life Survey Gelombang 5 (IFLS-5) tahun 2014 dengan tingkat observasi level rumah tangga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BLT di Indonesia secara umum belum memberikan dampak/pengaruh terhadap konsumsi makanan dan nonmakanan, artinya pemberian bantuan tunai tidak bersyarat ini belum mampu meningkatkan konsumsi rumah tangga penerima program sebagaimana tujuan dari program yakni meningkatkan atau mempertahankan daya beli masyarakat. Namun, apabila dipilah berdasarkan jenisnya, ternyata pemberian intervensi/treatment program BLT mampu meningkatkan konsumsi beras. Penggunaan kendaraan bermotor di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan dalam menunjang aktivitas sehari-hari, sehingga volume kendaraan di jalan raya mengalami peningkatan. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan inovasi untuk menertibkan lalu lintas dengan menerapkan e-government. Salah satu instansi kepolisian yang memanfaatkan e-government dalam menertibkan lalu lintas adalah Polresta Sidoarjo yang saat ini dilakukan melalui kamera CCTV E-TLE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis elemen sukses penerapan program Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (E-TLE) di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah elemen sukses penerapan e-government berdasarkan hasil kajian dan riset Harvard JFK School of Government yang diantarannya adalah support, capacity, dan value. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam penerapan program E-TLE di Kabupaten Sidoarjo dapat dikatakan sukses. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari adanya dukungan berupa visi misi, peraturan, dan adanya sosialisasi. Penerapan program E-TLE ini juga memberikan manfaat seperti tertib dan disiplin berkendara di jalan raya, hanya saja dalam penerapannya terdapat kendala bila terdapat pelanggar menggunakan plat nomer palsu dan tidak menggunakan plat nomer sehingga tidak terbaca di sistem E-TLE.

Sexual violence against children that occurs in the city of pekanbaru continues to increase every year. where this becomes an urgency for the pekanbaru city government to overcome the issue of the phenomenon. The Law on Sexual Violence is a law that was passed on April 12, 2022 through a very long journey starting from 2012 and the rejection of several parties until it was finally passed. With the passing of the TPKS Law, it is a form of protection provided by the government to prevent and provide security to the community, especially women and children who are vulnerable to sexual violence. the purpose of this study is to find out how the opportunities and challenges faced in the implementation of the Law on the Crime of Sexual Violence (TPKS). By using the theory of policy implementation by Daniel Mazmanian and Paul A Sobatie with 3 indicators. The results showed that the challenges faced in the implementation of this Law are: (1). The social, economic and technological conditions of the community are inadequate so that they affect the implementation of the implementation of Law No. 12 of 2022 concerning Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence. (2). public socialization, which is carried out by DP3APM is not fully maximized because it only uses social media as a forum in carrying out its duties as a place of prevention and guidance in terms of preventing sexual violence against children.

With the passing of the TPKS Law, it is a form of protection provided by the government to prevent and provide security to the community, especially women and children who are vulnerable to sexual violence. the purpose of this study is to find out how the opportunities and challenges faced in the implementation of the Law on the Crime of Sexual Violence (TPKS). By using the theory of policy implementation by Daniel Mazmanian and Paul A Sobatie with 3 indicators. The results showed that the challenges faced in the implementation of this Law are: (1). The social, economic and technological conditions of the community are inadequate so that they affect the implementation of the implementation of Law No. 12 of 2022 concerning Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence. (2). public socialization, which is carried out by DP3APM is not fully maximized because it only uses social media as a forum in carrying out its duties as a place of prevention and guidance in terms of preventing sexual violence against children.

The land conflict in Gayo Lues Regency is a development problem requiring a comprehensive resolution. Settlement of land disputes that give rise to this conflict really requires the role of the government to be able to resolve land disputes peacefully, both with the community and with non-governmental third parties. This land dispute case was caused by administrative irregularities in the processing of land ownership documents or documents in the Gayo Lues Regency, which triggered land disputes that eventually became ongoing conflicts. Thus, it is necessary to have a mediation system in resolving land disputes initiated by the government as a neutral party to minimize land conflicts. The government's role is also not only needed as a mediator but also as a facilitator in implementing land dispute resolution policies that must be implemented by all parties involved in the land conflict resolution process. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the implementation of land dispute settlement policies through mediation at the Land Office of Gayo Lues District, Aceh Province, and to analyze the inhibiting factors of the performance of the policy. The method used in achieving the objectives of this study is a descriptive research method and is analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show that the land dispute resolution policy implemented through the mediation system is going well, although there are still several areas in the Gayo Lues Regency that have not been properly socialized regarding this policy. Thus, the regional government represented by the Land Office of Gayo Lues Regency must be more optimal in carrying out socialization related to land dispute settlement policies through a mediation system so as to minimize the occurrence of ongoing land conflicts

Government agencies continue to simplify the flow of services, one of which is the Sengkang District Court (Sengkang District Court) through the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) policy. The question arises whether this policy is in line with the Public Service Motivation (PSM) owned by employees. This article is the result of qualitative research, research data comes from observations at PTSP PN Sengkang, interviews with leaders, employees, and community service users, documentation comes from regulations related to PTSP, then analyzed using reduction, display and verification techniques which are presented narratively, the results of the study show the implementation of PTSP fulfills the elements of Public Service Motivation (PSM), namely Altruism (attitude that attaches importance to the interests of others). This research focuses on the Evaluation of the Housing Utility Infrastructure Provision Program in Serang City (Case Study of Bumi Agung Permai II Housing and Sukawana Asri Housing). The aim of the study was to find out the results of the Evaluation of the Housing Facilities and Utilities Infrastructure Provision Program in Serang City. Evaluation from William Dunn (2008:429), namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness and accuracy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Test the validity of the data using source and triangulation techniques member check. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's qualitative data analysis. The research results are known (1). The effectiveness of the PSU program is still not optimal, which is marked by the fact that it is not in accordance with the work plan. (2). Efficiency is still weak due to the minimal PSU budget. (3). Adequacy is still minimal, there are damaged access roads, measuring devices are not available (drone), minimal institutional cooperation. (4). Alignment is still less than optimal. (5). Weak responsiveness is characterized by the lack of friendliness of Serang City Disperkim employee services. (6). Less optimal accuracy is characterized by the absence of children's playground facilities in Sukawana Asri housing.
