Obtaining perception of human plays an important role in various field. Meeting the need of obtaining perception of human accurately and expediently, this paper proposed the design and implementation of a perception-obtaining system. Firstly, the subjective and objective methods of obtaining perception of human are analyzed and, further, a design idea of a perception-obtaining system based on neuro-fuzzy network is put forward. Secondly, the principle of the system is described. The implementation of the system is addressed from both hardware and software aspects. Finally, an experiment is conducted to prove that the design and implementation of the proposed perception-obtaining system is reasonable and reachable.

A web-based integrated education system for curriculum of mechanical engineering drawing is presented. The system consists of three modules: a web-based multimedia teaching material, an assignment toolkit and a virtual discussion platform. Teachers utilize them to give their lectures, organize, publish and check assignments. Students use them to review the course, handle their assignments interactively. The virtual discussion environment is specially for discussing interested topics on net by means of directly operating the entities in the engineering drawing on their browsers and displaying the results synchronously. The system provides benefits for teachers as well as students in the whole education cycle.

According to the characteristic of courseware screen stream, this paper proposes a novel digital watermark solution for the color image of screen stream based on DCT. It embeds visible and invisible watermarks into different area of screen color image to achieve screen color image with dual digital watermark embedded. The effectiveness and good results of this method in multimedia courseware copyright notification and protection have been testified by a test system.

In this paper, a ground-based teaching and experimental simulation system for earth observing digital aerial remote sensing is introduced. The authors give its construction, key technologies and implementation. This system can simulate the whole process of acquiring remote sensing images, which makes it more vivid for students to understand all the sectors of aerial remote sensing. The system fills the gap in teaching and experimental instruments for earth observing digital aerial remote sensing and makes the course of photogrammetry and remote sensing more complete. The achievement is awarded the '2006 Cooperation Prize for China University and Enterprise.

Along whith the arrival of the knowledge-based economy, talented person's strategy becomes the source of enterprise core competencies more and more. It is the key to find and to choose high feature and creative persons for the human resource development and management. An improved K-means clustering algorithm is brought forward, based on basic K-means Algorithm, adopts a method grounded on density to choose original clustering centers and feature weight learning to improve clustering result. It overcomes the shortcomings of the difficulty to choose original clustering centers and unstable clustering result. Then the clustering analysis model of Personal management system is put forward, based on improved K-means clustering algorithm. With the use of SQL Server 2000, the realization of the model has been successfully used in the human resource management of a famous domestic software company and offers a useful reference for the enterprise to select and appoint talented persons.

The rapid growth and diffusion of the Web are nurturing a novel generation of applications which grow in size and complexity. The development of such applications is a hybrid between traditional Information System development and Hypermedia authoring [8]. It challenges the existing tools and approaches for software production [8]. Currently the development of a Web application is somewhat chaotic and often ad-hoc process lacking systematic techniques and methodologies [6]. As a result, many companies today are experiencing severe problems in the management and maintenance of the Web application. Ginige et al. use the term Web crisis to describe this situation [4]. In response to that, this project is to apply Web Modeling Language (WebML) which specified for Web application and .Net four-tier architectureto the appointment management handling in the university/college environment. A Web based appointment management system called WBAMS is designed and implemented so that students and lecturers can arrange meetings in an effective and efficient way.

The resources of campus network are increasing quickly. This formed the "isolated island of information ", but the appearance of Grid technique has resolved this problem. According to the campus network of author's university, this paper proposes a solution that can reform the network into Grid by minimum cost. The solution has made the real share and unification management of the campus network resources and computing resources realized. Compared to other solutions, our solution embodied the minimum cost.

Undergraduate teaching is the foundation of higher education; its teaching quality determines the quality of talented people and cultivation mode determines the type of talented people. Therefore, undergraduate teaching must along with the advancement of times, make innovations constantly, cast aside old knowledge and old mode, increase new knowledge and adopt new methods. Robot technology is the hot technology researched in every field; consequently; it is widely concerned and applied in educational world due to its high technological contents and strong interest. This paper analyzes the main mode and development trend of undergraduate teaching first, then summarizes the characteristics of robot technology, brings forward the reform ideas of introducing robot technology into undergraduate teaching, and has prospects on the implementing results.

Component-based development and assembly is becoming the focus in the field of software development. But how to introduce component-based assembly technology to practical software development remains to be further studied. A framework for developing application software is presented on the basis of principles and technology) of software component assembly. The development and assembly of components are studied from software architecture. The framework is applied to developing a software engineering network teaching system. This method is proved by results from relevant experiments to be an effective way to obtain an application system with great adaptability.
