Research on Personalized Recommendation System of Scientific and Technological Periodical Based on Automatic Summarization 基于自动摘要的科技期刊个性化推荐系统研究

Utilizing the theoretical methods and technology of automatic summarization system and personalized recommend system, ire study how to access to thesis document index, theme words, summary, readers' evaluations and other important recommended information from the vast amount of scientific and technological periodical documents quickly and effectively. The aim is to improve the scientific workers' research efficiency remarkably. On the basis of the traditional automatic summarization methods, we proposed the frame model based on automatic summarization system of the scientific and technological periodical; Utilizing the conceptual model of key technology of e-commerce recommendation system, ire discussed the main key technology of the recommendation system; based on the specific needs of the researchers to the recommendation system, ire probed into the Marking principle of the system thoroughly, and designed the personalized recommendation system frame. The main innovation is the recommendation system which has multi-level, flexible and controllable characteristics, and reflects a people-oriented, reader-centered thinking. Besides, the recommendation result is an integrated knowledge set document including thesis document index, theme words, summary and readers' evaluations etc.
利用自动摘要系统和个性化推荐系统的理论方法和技术,研究如何从海量科技期刊文献中快速有效地获取论文文献索引、主题词、摘要、读者评价等重要推荐信息。其目的是为了显著提高科研工作者的科研效率。在传统自动文摘方法的基础上,提出了基于框架模型的科技期刊自动文摘系统;利用电子商务推荐系统关键技术的概念模型,讨论了推荐系统的主要关键技术;根据研究者对推荐系统的具体需求,深入探讨了系统的评分原则,设计了个性化的推荐系统框架。主要创新点是推荐系统,具有多层次、灵活可控的特点,体现了以人为本、以读者为中心的思想。推荐结果是包含论文索引、主题词、摘要、读者评价等内容的综合知识集文档。

3D Models and Digital Library 3D模型和数字图书馆

As one kind of the important media information format in the digital library, 3D models are becoming more and more necessary in the information system of the digital library. 3D data acquisition technology as well as the retrieval technology about 3D models is all the key issues for making use of digital library resource. In this paper, common methods for the three-dimensional data acquisition are shown at first. Then, ire introduce the present condition of the retrieval technology, in which ire also analyze the critical part such as feature extraction, similarity matching, and related results feedback. In addition, the digital watermark technology for protecting the copyright of the authores is introduced simply. At last, the future trend of the digital library and the 3D models is prospected.

In addition, the structure of system as well as the function of each agent included in the system is illustrated and designed in detail. Research of Performance Evaluation of Power Generation Enterprises Based on Rough Set Theory 基于粗糙集理论的发电企业绩效评价研究

With the further reformation of electric power market in China, the competition is first inducted into the electricity generation. Putting on the net according to the price makes the evaluation of the electricity-generating enterprises' performance is becoming a hot topic nowadays. Rough set theory is a new kind of mathematical tool dealing with the problems of indefinite, incompatibility data and imprecise questions. This paper based on the rough set theory does the research on the application on the evaluation system of electricity-generating enterprises' performance. Based on the data mining methods of rough set theory and the heuristic arithmetic dedicates to find out the simplest evaluation rules of electricity-generating enterprises' performance.

A Novel Centralized Managed Computing System for Heterogeneous OSes 一种新的异构操作系统集中管理计算系统

Heterogeneous Oses supporting is essential for computing system in e-learning room, even in education informatization. The management overhead for legacy personal computers to fulfill the task is too high to afford. This paper proposes a novel computing system: TransCom system, which deploys centralized management with distributed, diskless clients, yet centralized repositories of all software and data. It supports heterogeneous Oses, reduces the management complexity and results in low TCO. Our initial deployment and experiment results in education environment demonstrate that our approach is feasible and efficient.

On the Development of Sequencing Engine for Coach Assisted System with Learning Growth Rate 基于学习增长率的教练员辅助系统排序引擎的开发

In Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) we focus at sequencing and navigation (SN). Furthermore, in Learning Technology System Architecture (LISA) we focus at coaching assisted system. We introduce a method to analysis exam scores, numbers of exam trial from examinee into Learning Growth Rate (LGR). Moreover, important of lesson in this paper we called Learning Object (LO). Both can navigate a learner to lesson at appropriate by short time and minimum round in course. By using values of LOs with skill, attempt and weight to SCORM. Then, define three attributes to SN condition in control mode of IMS engine. This method can define pedagogy of course (since a basic knowledge result as fast learning in advance knowledge) for SN in the Learning Management System (LMS).

Code-on-demand Migration in Wireless Migrating Workflow Environment 无线迁移工作流环境中的按需代码迁移

In order to support large-scale migrating workflow program running on resource-limited mobile devices, a model called code-on-demand migration in wireless migrating workflow environment is introduced. First show the integrated architecture of the model ,then discuss some critical problems in it such as the composition of the workflow unit, the structure of the dock server and the migrating workflow management server. The experiment indicates that the model is reasonable and the implement is reliable. It effectively supports the application of the migrating work-flow in the wireless environment.

Role based access control (RBAC) used in system software like operating system and database system usually. Using in application system software like digital campus system is difficult, because data access permissions control in application system is very complex. Data access permissions control design and implementation was given in the major application system , through the role based access control (RBAC), rules granted to roles, roles granted to users, setting up rules library for data access control. Permissions rules are described by XML, including three kinds of rules such as: time control, row sets control, column sets control.

Integrating Scenarios of Video Games into Classroom Instruction 将电子游戏场景融入课堂教学

To engage students in learning, teachers have been trying their very effort to attract the eyeballs in classroom. Since the new generation is digital native, Digital Game-Based Learning (DGBL) is getting more attention in recent years. In this paper, guidelines are presented for teachers to integrate video games into class. According to the guidelines, we developed a preliminary design of mathematics lesson plan using the most popular game among children, Pokemon, for a second grade class of elementary school in Taiwan. The object is to minimize the effort and requirement to set up a situated learning environment. Observations showed that, in such arrangement, we could engage some students into the scenarios where math is applied.

Implementing Educational IT Is an Effective Method to Guarantee the Universities Teaching Quality 实施教育信息化是保证高校教学质量的有效手段

With the constant deepening of the reform of teaching, implementing educational IT in higher education is an effective method to guarantee the universities teaching quality. In this paper, ire elaborated the important role of a modern educational IT to integrate the curriculum content, teaching methods and the reform of class teaching, the important role of mobilizing learning activity and let students to experience the joyful learning, adjust the class ambience and cultivating the innovative thinking of students, the important role to cultivate and improve teaching quality and adapt to reduce the class time of professional basic courses and increase the capacity of class teaching.
随着教学改革的不断深入,在高等教育中实施教育信息化是保证高校教学质量的有效手段。本文阐述了现代教育信息技术在整合课程内容、教学方法和课堂教学改革中的重要作用,在调动学习活动、让学生体验快乐学习、调节课堂氛围、培养学生创新思维等方面的重要作用。对培养和提高教学质量具有重要的适应作用,有利于减少专业基础课的上课时间,提高课堂教学能力。
