OPTIMIZING MATHEMATICAL PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS AMONG STUDENT THROUGH METACOGNITIVE-BASED TEACHING MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT 基于元认知的教材开发优化学生数学问题解决能力

This research was conducted to obtain lecture tools (syllabus, SAP, textbooks and worksheets) that use metacognitive strategies, and see the effectiveness of lecture tools in shaping students' abilities to solve mathematical problems. The research design used is ADDIE development research. This research will be conducted on third semester students of the PGSD study program, Faculty of Education and Humanities, Pelita Bangsa University, TA 2022/2023 in the Elementary Mathematics Learning course. This teaching material is declared valid based on the validation results of experts, practitioners and media experts which are marked by the acquisition of a hih score so that it is suitable for use.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan perangkat perkuliahan (silabus, SAP, buku ajar dan LKS) yang menggunakan strategi metakognitif, serta melihat keefektifan perangkat perkuliahan dalam membentuk kemampuan mahasiswa dalam memecahkan masalah matematika. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan pada mahasiswa semester tiga program studi PGSD Fakultas Pendidikan dan Ilmu Budaya Universitas Pelita Bangsa TA 2022/2023 pada mata kuliah Pembelajaran Matematika SD. Bahan ajar ini dinyatakan valid berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli, praktisi dan ahli media yang ditandai dengan perolehan skor hih sehingga layak digunakan.

THE PHILOSOPHICAL BASIS OF GREBEG PANCASILA IN THEMATIC LEARNING OF ELEMENTARY STUDENTS GREBEG-PANCASILA在小学生专题学习中的哲学基础

Grebeg Pancasila is a local culture of Blitar, East Jawa, which is rich in symbols and meanings. However, the study of the meaning of Grebeg Pancasila is not understood in depth and is only limited in knowing, not yet reaching the feeling and acting stage. This study aims to analyze 1) the essence of Grebeg Pancasila; 2) The form of Grebeg Pancasila; 3) Stages of Grebeg Pancasila; 4) the meaning of thematic learning; and 5) learning implementation in Elementary Schools. Descriptive research using qualitative approach was used to conduct this study. Some participants such as the head of education and culture office, society, and elementary teachers and students were involved in this study. Several open questions were listed to interview the participants. Meanwhile, field notes were written when observing the Grebeg Pancasila rites and thematic learning activities in elementary schools. The data got from the interview and observation was analyzed qualitatively by using thematic analysis.. The results of the study show that Grebeg Pancasila is a tradition of people in Blitar Town, East Jawa which is intended to commemorate the birthday of Pancasila as the noble cultural value in Indonesian nation. In Grebeg Pancasila, there are several series of activities which include the Bedhol Pusaka Nagari, Malam Tirakatan, Cultural Ceremonies, and Kirab Gunungan Lima, and ended by Kenduri Pancasila. The series of activities and values contained in Grebeg Pancasila can be used as a basis for developing a value learning model, especially in the context of thematic learning at the elementary school level.Grebeg Pancasila merupakan salah satu budaya lokal Blitar Jawa Timur yang kaya simbol dan makna. Akan tetapi, kajian mengenai makna setiap ritus Grebeg Pancasila kurang dipahami secara mendalam dan hanya sebatas knowing belum sampai pada tahap feeling dan acting. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis tentang (1) Hakikat ritus Grebeg Pancasila; (2) Bentuk ritus Grebeg Pancasila; (3) Tahapan ritus Grebeg Pancasila; (4) makna pembelajaran tematik; serta (5) Implementasi Pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk melakukan studi ini. Beberapa partisipan seperti: Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Budaya, masyarakat, dan guru dan siswa SD dilibatkan dalam studi ini. Beberapa pertanyaan terbuka didaftar untuk melakukan wawancara dengan partisipan. Sementara itu, beberapa catatan lapangan dibuat ketika melakukan observasi terhadap ritus Grebeg Pancasila dan aktivitas pembelajaran tematik di SD Kota Blitar. Data yang diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan tematik analisis. . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Gerebeg Pancasila merupakan tradisi masyarakat Blitar Jawa Timur yang ditujukan untuk memperingati hari lahirnya Pancasila sebagai nilai luhur budaya bangsa Indonesia. THE EFFECT OF GENDER ON ELEMENTARY STUDENTS' MATHEMATICAL COMMUNICATION ABILITY 性别对小学生数学沟通能力的影响

Women are often considered more talkative than men. But is it true that women have better communication skills than men? This study aims to analyze and obtain an overview of students' mathematical communication skills or called Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematis (KKM) in Bahasa Indonesia based on gender differences in comparative material. The method in this research is ex-post facto. The subjects in this study were 6th grade students at an elementary school in the city of Bandung with a total of 27 boys and 35 girls. The research instrument used was a test of mathematical communication skills (KKM), which measures the ability to solve word problems on comparative material. Data analysis in this study to see the mean difference test between the scores of mathematical communication skills (KKM) based on gender. The results of this study concluded that there was no difference in the effect of gender (male and female) on mathematical communication skills (KKM). Women and men have the same potential to have mathematical communication skills while practicing and learning. The results of this study can be used as a basis for educators to train mathematical communication skills to students in elementary schools fairly.Perempuan kerap kali dianggap lebih cerewet dibanding laki-laki. Tapi benarkah bahwa perempuan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi matematis yangg lebih baik dibanding laki-laki? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memperoleh gambaran tentang kemampuan komunikasi matematis(KKM) siswa berdasarkan perbedaan jenis kelamin pada materi perbandingan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto.Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 6 di sebuah sekolah dasar di Kota Bandung dengan jumlah, 27 orang laki-laki dan 35 orang perempuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa soal tes kemampuan kemampuan komunikasi matematis (KKM), yang mengukur kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita pada materi perbandingan.Analisis data pada penelitian ini untuk melihat uji perbedaan rerata antara skor kemampuan komunikasi matematis (KKM) berdasarkan jenis kelamin.Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh jenis kelamin (laki-laki dan perempuan) terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis (KKM). Perempuan maupun laki-laki berpotensi yang sama besar memiliki kemampuan komunikasi matematis selama berlatih dan berusaha. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadiakan landasan bagi para pendidikan untuk melatihkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis secara adil kepada siswa di sekolah dasar.

THE INFLUENCE OF ROLE PARENTS IN HABITUATION GRADE IV ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS IMPLEMENT CLEAN AND HEALTHY BEHAVIOR 角色父母对四年级小学生实施清洁健康行为习惯的影响

The fact that the educational role of parents is lacking in forming clean and healthy living habits is the background of this research. As subjects of formal education for students, parents must be able to develop practices that prioritize cleanliness and health. During the Covid-19 pandemic, instilling clean and healthy living habits became very important for students in the world of education. The study was conducted by involving fourth-grade elementary school students as participants to determine how effective parents' role was in influencing the development of clean and healthy living habits by using a quantitative cross-sectional design approach based on survey analysis. The research findings show that simple linear regression analysis shows a parental influence coefficient of 1.106 which gives a positive value. The t-test also showed that the parental role variable had a higher t count, namely 17.581, than t table 1.993, along with a Pearson value of 0.902 and a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.05. From the R2 test, parental influence gives a value of 0.813 or 81.3%, and other variables provide a value of 0.187 or 18.7%. Therefore, the conclusion is that the role of parents is very influential and has a strong relationship in forming clean and healthy living habits for fourth-grade elementary school students.Fakta bahwa peran edukatif orang tua yang kurang dalam membentuk kebiasaan hidup bersih dan sehat menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Orang tua, sebagai subjek pendidikan formal bagi siswa, harus mampu membentuk kebiasaan yang memprioritaskan kebersihan dan kesehatan. Selama pandemi Covid-19, menanamkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat menjadi sangat penting bagi siswa dalam dunia pendidikan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melibatkan siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar sebagai partisipan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif peran orang tua dalam mempengaruhi perkembangan kebiasaan hidup bersih dan sehat dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif desain cross-sectional berbasis analisis survei. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan koefisien pengaruh orang tua sebesar 1,106 yang memberikan nilai positif. Pada uji t juga dihasilkan bahwa variabel peran orang tua memiliki t hitung lebih besar yaitu 17,581 dari t tabel 1,993 beserta nilai pearson sebesar 0,902 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dari uji R2 bahwa pengaruh orang tua memberikan nilai sebesar 0,813 atau 81,3%, dan variabel lain memberikan nilai sebesar 0,187 atau 18,7%. Oleh karena itu, kesimpulannya adalah bahwa peran orang tua sangat berpengaruh dan memiliki hubungan yang kuat dalam membentuk kebiasaan hidup bersih dan sehat bagi siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar.

Literacy and numeracy abilities are determining factors for individual success in learning. Currently, literacy and numeracy skills are the main subjects in the independent curriculum. As one of the programs of the independent curriculum in tertiary institutions, the kampus mengajar is intended to serve the purpose of increasing students' literacy and numeracy skills. This study aims to describe the results of research on improving literacy and numeracy skills in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The object of this research is schools that run kampus mengajar programs in Garut Regency. The data were then analyzed using qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the kampus mengajar program has contribution in increasing students' literacy and numeracy in elementary schools, especially 3T schools. The kampus mengajar program contributes a lot to activities both in learning and activities outside the classroom. This is very possible for students to have good literacy skills. This is due to the existence of learning innovations offered by students in the target schools.Kemampuan literasi dan numerasi menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan individu dalam belajar. Saat ini kemampuan literasi dan numerasi menjadi pembelajaran pokok di kurikulum merdeka. Sebagai salah satu program dari kurikulum merdeka di perguruan tinggi, kampus mengajar dimaksudkan untuk melakukan pengabdian pada peningkatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian tentang peningkatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi di sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi fenomenologi. Data diambil melalui wawancara dan angket. Objek penelitian ini yaitu sekolah-sekolah yang menjalankan program kampus mengajar di Kabupaten Garut. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa program kampus mengajar memiliki kontribusi dalam meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa di sekolah dasar terutama sekolah 3T. Program kampus mengajar memberikan banyak kontribusi kegiatan baik dalam pembelajaran ataupun kegiatan di luar kelas. Hal ini sangat memungkin siswa memiliki kemampuan literasi yang baik. Ini dikarenakan adanya inovasi pembelajaran yang ditawarkan oleh mahasiswa di sekolah sasaran.

DEVELOPMENT OF DOMINO CARD MEDIA IN SCIENCE LEARNING IN GRADE VI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 小学六年级科学学习中多米诺骨牌媒介的开发

This research is based on gathering information in the field that educators in learning have not presented many game activities. This study aims to produce domino card media in science learning in class VI SD with a valid, practical, and potential effect. This type of research is development research using the Borg & Gall model including 8 stages of research and information gathering, planning, initial product development, preliminary trials, revision of preliminary trial results, limited trials, extensive trials, final product revisions. This research was conducted in class VI of SD Negeri 235 Palembang. The results showed that the domino card media was in the "very valid" category, namely 86.6% of the average results of the validators. The practicality tested on a limited basis is categorized as "very practical" which is 98%. The potential effect obtained from the distribution of student learning outcomes tests in the trial is broadly categorized as "very potential effect" which is 90.6%. Based on the results obtained, the domino card media is very feasible and can provide variations in presenting game activities, especially in learning science about the solar system.Dalam mewujudkan kegiatan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Guna menfasilitasi peserta didik pada kegiatan pembelajaran lebih antusias dan berkesan dengan bermain namun belum sering dihadirkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media kartu domino pada pembelajaran IPA dikelas VI sekolah dasar dengan yang valid, praktis, dan efek potensial. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model Borg & Gall dari 10 langkah hanya 8 tahap yaitu: 1) penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, 2) perencanaan, 3) pengembangan produk awal, 4) uji coba pendahuluan, 5) revisi hasil uji coba pendahuluan, 6) uji coba secara terbatas, 7) uji coba secara luas, 8) revisi produk final. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan  di kelas VI Sekolah Dasar Negeri 235 Palembang dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan media kartu dalam kategori “sangat valid” yaitu 86,6%  dari hasil rata-rata para validator. Kepraktisan yang diuji coba dengan delapan peserta didik dengan nilai 95%. dan tanggapan pendidik dengan nilai 98% dalam kategori “sangat praktis”. Efek potensial yang didapat dari penyebaran tes hasil belajar peserta didik pada uji coba di kelas VI A dikategorikan “sangat efek potensial” yaitu 90,6% . Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh media kartu domino sangat layak dan dapat memberikan variasi dalam menghadirkan kegiatan permainan khususnya pada pembelajaran IPA materi tata surya.

DEVELOPMENT OF IPAS TEACHING MATERIALS IN THE INDEPENDENT CURRICULUM FOR GRADE IV ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BASED ON METACOGNITIVE STRATEGIES 基于元认知策略的小学四年级独立课程IPAS教材开发

Metacognition is one-factor influencing students' processes and learning achievement. Many studies have shown that metacognition helps individuals become more effective learners, enabling them to regulate and improve their thinking and learning methods more effectively. This study aims to produce metacognitive-based teaching materials for the subject of Science in Grade IV Elementary School with the Merdeka Curriculum and to test its validity. This research is a Research and Development (R & D) using the Borg and Gall development model, which is simplified into seven stages: a preliminary study, research planning, design development, limited trial, revision of limited trial, large-scale trial, and revision of large-scale trial. The samples were selected using a purposive sampling technique, with 10 students in the limited trial and 26 in the large-scale trial. The validity of the teaching materials was evaluated by subject matter experts, metacognitive experts, and educational media experts, as well as response questionnaires from teachers and students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive, which presents the product development results. The results of the study show that the development of metacognitive-based teaching materials for the subject of Science in Grade IV Elementary School with the Merdeka Curriculum is valid and feasible to use, based on the validation results from subject matter experts, metacognitive experts, and educational media experts, as well as student assessment questionnaires with average criteria of excellent. The results of the large-scale trial show an increase in student learning motivation, from 45% of students with high self-directed learning motivation to 70% of 26 students.Metakognisi adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi proses dan prestasi belajar siswa. Banyak penelitian yang membuktikan bahwa metakognisi membantu seseorang menjadi pembelajar yang lebih efektif, karena metakognisi menjadikan seseorang mampu mengatur dan memperbaiki cara berpikir dan belajarnya secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar yang berbasis metakognitif pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas IV SD dengan Kurikulum Merdeka serta menguji kevalidannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R & D) dengan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang disederhanakan menjadi tujuh tahap yaitu, studi pendahuluan, perencanaan penelitian, pengembangan desain, uji coba terbatas, revisi uji coba terbatas, uji coba skala luas, revisi hasil uji coba secara luas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu 10 pesera didik pada uji coba skala terbatas dan 26 siswa pada uji coba skala luas. Validitas bahan ajar diupayakan melalui validasi ahli materi, ahli metakognitif, dan ahli media pendidikan, serta angket respon dari pendidik dan siswa. The problem of bad behavior of the younger generation in the form of juvenile delinquency is a major concern in character education in elementary schools. Using qualitative methods, this study aims to raise character education in the educational paradigm of Ki Hadjar Dewantara as a fundamental solution to the problem of juvenile delinquency. The results showed that both the inner interiority in Neng, Ning, Nung, and Nang, the person (will and heart) who is "antêp, mantêp, têtêp," the child's attitude that is "Ngandel, Kandêl, Kêndêl, Bandêl" (attitude area), and the educational method "Among" with spirit: "Ing Ngarsa Sung Tulada, Ing Madya Mbangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handayani" can be an effective choice in developing character education. The recommendation for future research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the "Among, Momong, Ngemong" method by focusing on the factors of influence of family environment, peers, and school culture. The concrete solution for primary school education is the preparation of a curriculum that is more focused on building student character by incorporating eastern values and moral education as well as training and developing teacher competencies in carrying out character education in the daily learning process.Masalah perilaku buruk generasi muda dalam bentuk kenakalan remaja menjadi perhatian utama dalam pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengangkat pendidikan karakter dalam paradigma pendidikan Ki Hadjar Dewantara sebagai solusi mendasar atas masalah kenakalan remaja. DEVELOPMENT OF WEBSITE-BASED LEARNING MEDIA ON THE PRACTICE OF PANCASILA ON STUDENT LEARNING MOTIVATION 基于网站的学习媒体开发:pancasila对学生学习动机的实践

The ethical awareness had been fading in the Pancasila culture, make some consecuencses that growing negative influence on the younger generation to come. Moreover, the existence of moral degradation and the influence of the so call the era of disruption has  potential to acquire ideology’s that  contrary to Pancasila. However, the interest of fourth-grade students in learning civics education is still lacking. The results of the initial survey stated that students felt sleepy when learning civics education, in area of the learning media has lacked innovation, namely only using thematic books, tended to be teacher-centered, and students lacked active participation. So that this study developed a website-based media on the practice of Pancasila for motivation to learn Civics Education. This study will use the Research and Development method with the ADDIE model. Data processing in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results obtained from this study were that media and material feasibility tests obtained an average of 94% and 87.4% with very feasible criteria. Product use tests were carried out by small groups and large groups with the results of the respondents indicating a positive attitude towards the media. Then, the motivation to learn civics education obtains an average of 84% and is classified as a very good criteria. So it can be concluded that the development of website-based media can have an influence on interest in learning civics education. With the motivation towards Civics education, students can apply the values ​​contained therein well in the future.Kesadaran etika yang telah memudar terhadap budaya pancasila, menimbulkan beberapa konsekuensi yaitu tumbuhnya pengaruh negatif terhadap generasi muda yang akan datang. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini mengembangkan media berbasis website materi pengamalan Pancasila untuk motivasi belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Reseacrh and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini secara kuantitatif deskripstif. ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION TEACHER STRATEGIES IN INTERNALIZING CHARACTER VALUES IN MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH STUDENTS 伊斯兰宗教教育教师在伊斯兰学校学生性格价值观内化中的策略

The background of the research problem is that there are still students who still do not have characters such as courtesy to teachers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the PAI teacher's strategy in the process of internalizing character values to students.  The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Research data were collected through interviews and observation techniques. Interviews were conducted with the head of madrasah, deputy head of curriculum, teachers, and students. Meanwhile, observations were made of student activities with teachers, both in class and outside the classroom.  Data validity was tested using source and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques were carried out with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that PAI teachers applied strategies of student self-empowerment (self-efficacy), habituation (conditioning), and the realization of a caring environment (caring community). While the key to success lies in self-exemplary, personal commitment of teachers, and full service. The results of this study provide benefits for the world of education regarding how strategies in shaping children's character.Latar belakang masalah penelitian ialah masih terdapat siswa yang masih tidak mempunyai karakter seperti sopan santun pada guru. Tujuan  penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi guru PAI dalam proses internalisasi nilai karakter kepada siswa.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data penelitian dikumpulan melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada kepala madrasah, wakil kepala bidang kurilulum, guru, dan siswa. Sementara itu, observasi dilakukan terhadap kegiatan siswa bersama guru, baik di kelas maupun di luar kelas.  Keabsahan data diuji menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan guru PAI menerapkan strategi pemberdayaan diri siswa (self-efficacy), pembiasaan (conditioning), dan perwujudanlingkungan yang peduli (caring community). Sedangkan kunci keberhasilannya terletak pada keteladanan diri, komitmen pribadi guru, dan layana penuh. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan manfaat bagi dunia pendidikan mengenai bagaimana strategi dalam membentuk karakter anak.
