This study aims to examine the effect of promotion and product attributes (consisting of brand, product quality, product features, product design, labels, warranties, and complementary services) to consumers' buying decisions as sneakers Bjo SneakersMind in Malang. Analytical techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test. From the data collected by using the questionnaire (questionnaire) with the number of samples of 100 respondents. The results show that promotion (through electronic media, print media, and personal sales) and product attributes (consisting of brand, product quality, product features, product design, labels, guarantee and complementary services) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions Sneakers on Bjo SneakersMind consumers.
本研究旨在检验促销和产品属性(包括品牌、产品质量、产品特征、产品设计、标签、保修和补充服务)对消费者购买马朗Bjo SneakersMind运动鞋决策的影响。使用的分析技术是多元线性回归分析和经典假设检验。从收集的数据来看,使用问卷(调查问卷)的样本数量为100名受访者。结果表明,促销(通过电子媒体、印刷媒体和个人销售)和产品属性(包括品牌、产品质量、产品特征、产品设计、标签、保证和补充服务)对运动鞋对Bjo运动鞋Mind消费者的购买决策有着积极而显著的影响。

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF RISK MANAGEMENT OF FOREIGN EXCHANGE INVESTMENT AT PT. BEST PROFIT FUTURES MALANG 马来西亚最佳利润期货交易所外汇投资风险管理的实施

This study aimed (1) to determine the risk of forex investments and (2) to figure out the implementation of risk management on forex. This study used descriptive method to examine a brokerage firm located in Malang named PT Best Profit Future Malang. Based on the results, it was found that the risks in forex investment were a floating risk of market circumstances, price change, overnight, interest rates and political event. The analysis used to determine the volatility of the forex market were technical and fundamental analysis. Technical analysis used an accurate historical rates and calculations whereas fundamental analysis used information and market news. Forex investment had a high investment risk if market volatility was not favorable, so the risk management was urgently required. Therefore, there were five risk managements; hold, aver4age, limit loss/locking, switching, and cut loss.

The purpose of this study is, to describe the characteristics of personality, autocratic leadership, and the performance of the employee. The next is, to know whether the significantly characteristics of the personality can influence performance of the employee. The third, to know the significantly of the leadership to influence on employee performance. Futhormore, to determine wheter the characteristics of the personality and autocratic leadership on the employee performance. Fifth, to know among the characteristics of personality and the autocratic of leadership form that contribute of the largest influence on performance of the employee. The population of all employees, total sample 41 and the sampling technique of total sampling. The writer used the technique of collecting data is questionnaires and documentation. In this reaserch the analytical tool using a range of scales and multiple linier analysis. The result of the analysis part of the scale characteristics of the personality included the criteria is quite good, the autocratic leadership included the criteria is fairly strong and employee performance include the criteria is quite good. The result of hypothesis testing is stating the characteristic of personality and the significant the autocratic of the leadership can influence on the employee performance. Personality characteristics are variable that have the greatest contribution to employee performance.

UPAYA PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN PADA UMM MEDICAL CENTER MALANG 改善医疗中心的服务质量

The purpose of the study was to examine service quality, service attribute, and technical response that should be prioritized based on House of Quality design in Medical Center UMM. This study applied Quality Function Deployment method. The results of the study showed that technical response and service attribute should be developed again. The important aspect of technical response was communication and behavior ethics of staffs. They could make 11 technical responses as strategies to improve service quality in Medical Center UMM.
本研究的目的是检视医疗中心UMM的服务品质、服务属性和技术回应,以确定品质屋设计的优先顺序。本研究采用质量功能展开方法。研究结果表明,应重新开发技术响应和服务属性。技术响应的重要方面是员工的沟通和行为道德。提出11项技术对策,作为提高医疗中心UMM服务质量的策略。

This study aims to examine the impact of brand equity and consumer trust on decision to use the expedition service. The population of this study was the entire customers who sent their package in the JNE Malang; Meanwhile, the sample was 120 consumers who accidentally met while sending their package in the JNE office. The sample was selected by using accidental sampling technique. The data were analysed by means of Multiple Linear Regression. The findings indicated that (1) most of the consumers initially used JNE for the first time in 2014; (2) brand equity significantly influences decision to use the expedition service with the t-count value of 2.350 and the significance value of 0.020; (3) consumer trust also significantly influences decision to use the expedition service with the t-count value of 3.478 and the significance value of 0.001; and last, (4) from these two variables, consumer trust dominantly influences the decision to use the expedition service with a value of 0.301.

PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. CANDANA PUTRA NUSANTARA 赔偿和就业纪律对NUSANTARA之子PT. CANDANA的绩效影响

This study aims at describing and analyzing the effect of compensation and work discipline toward employees’ work performance especially the production division of PT. Candana Putra Nusantara. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaire to 100 respondents by using Total Sampling Method. The analysis technique applied was range scale and double linear regression. The result of the study shows 1) Employees’ work performance is considered high, compensation is considered medium, and work discipline is medium. 2) Partially, according to the t-test, the compensation had significant effect toward employees’ performance. 3) Work discipline had significant effect toward employees’ performance. 4) the f-test result showed that compensation and work discipline had significant effect toward employees’ work performance, and 5) Compensation as a stronger variable in affecting employees’ work performance. Company is suggested to pay attention more on the compensation by providing salary based on Minimum Wage of Probolinggo and improving work discipline especially toward the company’s regulation.

CV Aidrat Amsi was a business engaged in the production of Amdk that produce Products in the form of Galon, Bottle, and Glass. In CV product. Aidrat Amsi often comes with excess demand that does not match the amount of production. So the company is not able to meet the demand of its customers.The aim of this study was to analyze the best alternative to increase product capacity at CV Aidrat Amasi Sunan Drajat Lamongan. The results of the study showed that CV Aidrat Amsi consisted of the best three alternatives, those are gallon machine purchasing, glass, and bottle. This study also suggested that the selection of gallon machine purchasing was the best alternative due to the having the highest EMV (Expected Monetary Value).

This research aims to know the quality of Apple production in Tutur Village  Regency Pasuruan. By grouping into three groups, group with  0-5 apple farmer, group with 6-10 apple farmer, and group of more than 10 apple farmer. The population in this research and the entire manager and owner of the garden that is as much as 40 respondents. Data analysis used in this study is the range of the scale. Based on the results of the research and the discussion it can be concluded that: 0-5 apple farmer in which tenants are comprised of variable focusing on customers, continuous improvement, categorized well, while variable obsession to quality, involvement and empowerment of employees, categorized enough. 6-10 apple farmer grouping consisting of variable focusing on customers and variable obsession to quality categorized well, whereas continuous improvement, employee involvement and empowerment, categorized enough. Grouping more than 10 farmers apple farmer consisting of variable focusing on customers, variable obsession to quality, continuous improvement, employee involvement and empowerment, categorized either.

The aim of this study was to examine the most considered factor in selecting business place for Small and Medium Business Scale Empowerment (UMKM) in Paciran. The data were analyzed by using factor analysis. The results of the study showed that there were 3 considered factors in selecting business place, namely human resources & tax, power, and access. Based on factor analysis, the most considered factor in selecting business place in Paciran was human resources & tax (34.278%). 
本研究的目的是检验在选择Paciran中小企业规模授权(UMKM)经营场所时最受考虑的因素。采用因子分析法对数据进行分析。研究结果表明,在选择经营场所时有三个考虑因素,即人力资源和税收、权力和准入。根据因素分析,在选择Paciran的营业地点时,最受考虑的因素是人力资源和税收(34.278%)。

This study aim describing direct financial compensation and turnover intention in Ratu Supermarket, Dampit, Malang Regency, determining influence of direct financial compensation on employees’ turnover intention, and identifying job satisfaction that mediates the influence of direct financial compensation on the turnover intention in Ratu Supermarket, Dampit,Malang Regency.The population was all employees amounted to 32 people. The sampling technique used was population sample, in which all population was used as the sample.Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed by using Path Analysis and Sobel Test. The result of the study showed that direct financial compensation had a good criteria whereas job satisfaction had a high criteria, and turnover intention have a high criteria. From the Path Anlysis and Sobel Test, it indicates that direct financial compensation had a significant influence on turnover intention, and the other Path Anlysis showed that direct financial compensation and job satisfaction had significant influence on turnover intention. The result of the analysis confirmed that job satisfaction could mediate direct financial compensation that influence the turnover intention in Ratu Supermarket, Malang Regency.
本研究旨在描述玛琅丹碧拉图超市的直接财务薪酬与离职倾向,确定直接财务薪酬对员工离职倾向的影响,并确定工作满意度在直接财务薪酬对玛琅丹碧拉图超市员工离职倾向的影响中起中介作用。员工总数为32人。采用的抽样技术是总体抽样,以所有人口为样本。数据收集技术采用访谈,问卷调查和文件。采用通径分析和Sobel检验对数据进行分析。研究结果表明,直接经济报酬具有较好的标准,而工作满意度具有较高的标准,离职意愿具有较高的标准。路径分析和Sobel检验表明,直接财务薪酬对离职倾向有显著影响,另一路径分析表明,直接财务薪酬和工作满意度对离职倾向有显著影响。分析结果证实,工作满意度可以直接中介经济报酬,影响玛琅瑞图超市员工的离职意向。
