This study aims to determine the effect of interest rates, bond rate, and the maturity time of bond yields on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2018. This type of research is in the form of associative and using a quantitative approach. The research population is property and real estate companies and sampling technique using purposive sampling. Based on the current criteria obtained, 13 companies and 38 bonds that became the research sample. Data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The partial test result shows that the variable interest rate and maturity time is positive and significant, while the variable rating bond is negative and significant. The simultaneous test result indicates that the variable of interest rate, bond rating, and maturity time influence simultaneously to the bond yield.

Small and medium enterprises (SME) are those of business groups which are believed to survive even when economic crisis occurs. The increasing number of those business groups allows more job opportunities for people, and thus it could impact positively towards the decreasing number of unemployments. Unfortunately, the level of managerial skills and ability among SME are relatively low due to a number of SME entrepreneurs who still hold Bachelor degrees. In addition, the fact indicates that the quality of SME resources is low, especially in the fields of management, organization, mastery of technology and marketing. The low educational level among small and medium entrepreneurs was apparently not supported by capacity building through training, education, and programmed comparative studies. On the other hand, human resources (HR) also plays an important role in gaining success, because sophisticated and complete facilities cannot guarantee the success of an organization if they are not supported by quality of human resources who will use the facility. This study aims at examining strategies that can be used by SME as an effort to improve HR capacity using purposive sampling method; and then the data is analyzed using multi-linear regression. The result shows that capacity development which is proxied through education, skills and ability variables partially or simultaneously have positive and significant effects on HR development.

Organizational citizenship behavior can be influenced by many factors, including perception of organizational support and job satisfaction. Perception of organizational support and job satisfaction are two things that are interrelated and can affect organizational citizenship behavior. This study aims to examine the effect of organizational support perception on organizational citizenship behavior, perception of organizational support for job satisfaction, job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, as well as the influence of perception of organizational support for organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were employees of regional companies in Kebumen Regency. The sample of this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of employees who had a minimum work period of 1 year and had senior high school/ equivalent education at least 99. The data collection used a questionnaire with alternative answers options using the Likert scale method, each of which had already been tested and met the validity and reliability requirements. This study tested the hypothesis using regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of perception of organizational support towards organizational citizenship behavior; perception of organizational support towards job satisfaction; job satisfaction towards organizational citizenship behavior; and perception of organizational support towards organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction as the mediating variables.

This study aims to find out and analyze the classification of guest houses based on TQM implementation in Klojen Sub-district, Malang. The analytical method used was cluster analysis with 18 guest houses as the research objects and 22 statements about TQM in the questionnaire. The results showed that there were two groups of guest houses formed based on the TQM implementation. The first group was the guest house group which had theoritical TQM implementation and a vision. This group was also oriented to quality with good Human Resources who were given a freedom to be involved in it, and they constantly made continuous improvements focusing on the consumers’ wants and needs. Meanwhile, group 2 was the guest house group with TQM implementation which was built with strong teamwork and long-term commitment to implement it. For both groups, it is important to maintain the strong TQM variables and to improve the TQM variables that have not been implemented.

This article analyzes how transformational leadership roles reflect the character of the millennial generation in the fourth industrial revolution. As the development of technology advances rapidly, people take advantages of it not only for education and research development but also for need fulfillment. In industry 4.0, technological competition seems to have great impact on company performance. The data obtained from the Ministry of Communication and Information show that the growth of online retail business in Indonesia was relatively high (36%) from year 2010 to 2013. The rate was twice higher than that of The Phillipine’s and Malaysia’s, even 3.5 times higher than Singapore’s. The number of Internet users in 2014 was 83.6 millions, which showed approximately 33% growth rate in Internet penetration. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) reports that 50% of workers in Indonesia are less than 30 years old. In other words, the millennials are mostly active workers who have constant access to information and technology. This is a library research gathering and analyzing information from related references and theories, which have become the basic foundation and sources in analyzing problems in this research. The results revealed that transformational leadership can be improved and optimized by implementing the four primary factors, namely idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, inspirational stimulation, and individualized consideration.

This research focuses on how several internal factors influence the company’s stock prices through the company analysis and based on previous studies that have often been done with no consistent results. The purpose of this research is to analyze the size of the company, sales growth, CR, NPM and ROE as a review of the company's share prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange's LQ45 Index. This research used a purposive sampling technique. Before employing the data analysis, a classic assumption test was performed. The hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the size of the company, sales growth, the NPM, and the ROE affect the stock prices, whereas the CR does not affect stock prices.

This research examines the relationship of factors influencing consumer satisfaction namely natural harmony, self-renewal, community, and hedonism towards adventure tourism products. The research used multiple regression analysis to test the factors that influence consumer satisfaction on adventure tourism products. The respondents were 412 people who had taken adventure tours in groups in Yogyakarta and West Java last year. The characteristics of the participants were dominated by men with the age range of 18-50 years, and the occupational background were students and employees. The result of this research revealed that natural harmony, self-renewal, community, and hedonism were positive factors that had a significant influence on customer satisfaction toward rafting adventure tourism products. The research suggestions and implications are also discussed in this research.

This study aimed to analyze the production process of Dies Forging Piston Wheel Cylinder and to suggest the improvement for the production. The data were analyzed by Time-Function Mapping, Cause and Effect, and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The findings showed that there were seven production phases of Dies Forging Piston Wheel Cylinder. After figuring out the troubled phase, the next step was searching for the cause and the solution of the problem using FMEA. The FMEA calculation indicated 4 problems i.e. the employees working on another product, vibrating clamp machines, employees producing jig, and unavailability of jig. The main problem was detected based on the highest score of Risk Priority Number (RPN) that calculation indicator was severity, occurrence, and detection.
