The main purpose of this study was to determine the effect of managerial ownership structure, institutional ownership structure, investment opportunity set and firm size on firm value. The population of this study is a real estate company that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the observation period 2008 to 2012. Data obtained by the method of purposive sampling and the 42 companies sampled each year. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression by using SPSS 20.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) managerial ownership structure has no effect on firm value, (2) institutional ownership structure has significant effect on firm value, (3) investment opportunity set has significant effect on firm value, and (4) firm size has significant effect on firm value.

Using social movement theory, this study identify factors that influence likelihood and speed of acceptance new brand community. With grounded theory approach, data collected by in-depth interview from 16 informants within 2 famous brand communities. These brand communities exhibit three processes that transform aspiring community from a few costumer who consume similar brand and product become a big brand community that accepted in environment. These processes consist of (1) Differentiation; (2) Legitimacy Building; and (3) Mobilization. The author also reveals some norms call normative community pressure that protect members of community to interact and cooperate within community stay on the right track. Managerial and academic implication also explained how to build and grow brand community which can be very usefull to firms.

This study was conducted to analyze and examine the influence of the agricultural sector output, processing industry, trade, hotels and restaurants to the poor population in the province of East Java. Quantitative approach in this study using panel data regression method. The data used is the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) at constant prices (AHDK) in 2000 and the Poverty rates of 29 districts and 9 Cities in East Java province, from 2005 to 2013. The estimated using models Fixed Effect Model (FEM) or often referred to as engineering Least Squares Dummy Variable (lSDV). The results of the model shows the output of agriculture, manufacturing, trade, hotels and restaurants negative and a significant effect on reducing the amount of poor population in the province of East Java. Increased output of the agricultural sector amounted to Rp. 1 billion will reduce the amount of poor population of 355 people, cetirus paribus. Increased output of the industrial sector of Rp. 1 billion will reduce the amount of poor population by 169 people, cetirus paribus. Increased output of the hotel and restaurant trade Rp. 1 billion will reduce the number of poor by 217 people, cetirus paribus.

To realize the necessary human resource management that have high integrity and capabilities which can meet the demands of the company. PT. NaSDEC Indonesia is one of the private companies engaged in the field of ship design which considers important psychological empowerment which can improve task performance and contextual performance. This research consists of three variables, namely, psychological empowerment, task performance and contextual performance. Based on the Foundation of theory that is used and the formulation of the problem posed, there are four hypotheses. Calculations using the regressions analysis that includes a test of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, test the assumptions of classical analysis, correlation, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous testing (test F) and partial test (t).The results of testing against the employees of PT. The purpose of this study is to find out the impact both inflation (INF) and real wages (RW) have on gross profit margins (GPM) for LQ 45 companies in Indonesia. The LQ 45 companies are the most liquid companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange and were chosen as the most appropriate object of study. This study analyzed the data by using panel data regression models for 78 companies collectively for years 2004 to 2012. The results indicate that gross profit margins are negatively correlated to inflation and positively correlated to real wages. Future research may include companies that participated in the months of August to December.

This study empirically examines the causal relationship between population growth and economic growth, aswell as to analyze the influence of capital, labor, population growth and human resources on economic growth, using the annual data of ASEAN-5 (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand), over theperiod of 1980-2013. The method used in this study is the Granger Causality and Vector Error CorrectionModel (VECM). VECM is used because the data is stationary at first difference and there is cointegrationbetween variables. From the results estimation which is conducted, it is concluded that, overall, the relationship betweenpopulation growth and economic growth in ASEAN-5 is strong and negative flow from economic growth topopulation growth. This study supports the opinion of theoretical and empirical claims; as income increases, households value quality over quantity of children. Concurrently, population can be a stimulus for economicgrowth through the realization of favorable economies of scale induced by low labor costs, enhancingaggregate demand for goods and services and promoting human capital, and improved efficiency.
