This study aims to determine the implementation model of the urban farming program in improving the agricultural sector in the city of Surabaya along with. To find out, a descriptive-qualitative research type was used, with data collection techniques of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that there are similarities between the models for implementing the urban farming program for the three elements, including the urban farming program, the Food and Agriculture Security Service, and the Subur Kedurus Farmers Group which are both interrelated and influence the successful implementation of the program. In the implementation of the urban farming program at the Subur Kedurus Farmer Group it is in accordance with the policies made by the Surabaya City government, seen from the existence of community participation and public awareness in the form of mutual cooperation, labor, to the existence of vacant private land to be used for urban farming and there are suggestions from community especially farmer groups for fertilizer subsidies and directions in marketing products to improve the community's economy. However, there are still obstacles, namely the lack of absorption of fertilizer which results in a decrease in the amount of harvest

This research investigates the factors that contribute to deviations in the implementation of government construction projects through a case study approach in West Sumatra Province. This research is based on the primary secondary data, namely the West Sumatra Provincial Inspectorate Auditor Performance Audit Report from 2017 to 2021, totaling 15 (fifteen) Audit Reports (LHP). The findings of the inspection results are grouped into 3 (three) types of deviations based on the objectives of implementing a construction project, namely Cost, Quality, and Time. The results of the analysis show four dominant factors causing deviation. The first cause is contractor negligence, with a percentage of 16.13%, which highlights the problem of work implementation that is not by the contract. The second cause was negligence of the supervision consultant, with a rate of 11.29%. This included a lack of adequate supervision and producing reports that needed to reflect the actual conditions on the ground. Furthermore, the last two causes are the negligence of the Activity Technical Implementation Officer (PPTK) and the Commitment Making Officer (PPK), each with a rate of 29.03%. These two factors include problems in activity management and administration, as well as approval and payment processes that must be by the contract. Overall, the data indicates that administrative and managerial issues were the most dominant cause of deviations, at 58.06%.

Even though the SSGI stunting rate decreased from 24.4% in 2021 to 21.6% in 2022, West Sumatra province is one of the provinces in Indonesia with a fairly high stunting rate. One of the cities in West Sumatra which is the largest producer of animal and vegetable food is the city of Padang Panjang. The potential of Padang Panjang City is expected to be able to support the development of the younger generation optimally. However, ironically, around 19% of teenagers still suffered from malnutrition and stunting in Padang Panjang City in 2018. Apart from that, the third area in West Sumatra Province that was designated by Bappenas as a place to care for stunted children, namely Solok Regency. This research uses the concept/theory of good governance according to Ali Farazmand. This research uses a literature review method. This research produces an analysis of the existence of inclusive policies to support the accessibility of district/city areas which have an impact on the potential for economic prosperity. Furthermore, this becomes the axis of health and nutrition development. Finally, there should be policies that produce international synergy in the use of agricultural and fisheries resources which have an influence on the development of health and nutrition in the region.

This study aims to find out and describe effective supervision in heavy equipment management in the Medan City Public Works Office. The research method used in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observations, and documentation, the data obtained were analyzed qualitatively with the supervisory theory approach proposed by Siagian. The results of the study show that supervision of heavy equipment management at the Medan City Public Works Office has been effective. This can be seen from the clear role and target of supervision from people who are authorized to supervise the management of heavy equipment. Supervisors have been able to detect problems and take precautions. The problem is that there is no Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for heavy equipment management which causes supervisors not to carry out objective supervision but to carry out supervision subjectively, namely conducting supervision at will without a clear procedure flow regarding what parts will be supervised.

This study aims to describe and examine the realization of the successful elements of electronic government development through the Medan Rumah Kita Complaint Service in Medan City. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using structured observation, documentation, literature study, and in-depth interviews through purposive and snowball sampling. The results of the study show that government support is well realized through the power of regulations governing the Medan Rumah Kita Complaint Service from the center to the regions. It's just that a clear guarantee of time is needed in completing complaints. Then, on the capacity indicator, the government is able to provide adequate financial, infrastructure and human resources. It's just that the Medan Rumah Kita Complaint Service has not been integrated with other services and the features displayed must be presented more fully so that people are comfortable using them. Then, on the value indicator, the public can freely interact with the government without having to go to the relevant agency and wait a long time, even though there are still some unresponsive services. Thus, various obstacles to the Medan Rumah Kita Complaint Service must be addressed in order to realize Medan City as a Smart City.

The waste problem in Jombang Regency shows an interesting phenomenon as it is known that several programs have been launched at the initiative of the government or government regulations. However, this time the Jombang Civil Society Forum (FMMJ) which was formed by the non-governmental organization (NGO) Sanggar Hijau Indonesia (SHI) launched a program to improve waste management in Jombang Regency. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the Jombang Regency's collaborative governance waste management approach. This study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology using procedures for collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of the study indicate that the collaborative governance method used by the government, non-governmental organizations, and society at large may be deemed effective. According to Goldsmith and Kettl's indicators of success, each stakeholder has participated in all three stages of the process in some combination of the following: Network Structure; Commitment to Common Goals; Trust Among Participants; Governance; Access to Authority; and Accountability/ Distributive Responsibility.

There are always physical and psychological repercussions of violence towards children. A child's identity might be harmed if numerous child victims in the Sidoarjo Regency do not receive particular aid and therapy. In an effort to protect child victims of violence, organizations such as the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children (UPTD PPA) have been formed. This research aims to explain how the Sidoarjo Regency Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children (UPTD PPA) helps children who are disadvantaged. In addition, this research aims to describe the difficulties faced by UPTD PPA when providing assistance to children in Sidoarjo Regency who are victims of violence. In this research, qualitative descriptive methodology was used. Researchers collect data, observations, interviews and documentation to obtain comprehensive and detailed information. The Director of UPTD PPA, legal advisors, psychiatric counselors, people who have used UPTD PPA services, and clients all participated in this research. (1) The responsibility of the UPTD PPA in handling victims of violence against children is based on six responsibilities, including: a) processing public complaints; b) victim outreach; c) case management; d) provide temporary housing; e) mediation; and f) provide support to victims.
