This study aims to analyze the management of public expenditure stages carried out by the City Government of Bukittinggi in fulfilling services and improving the quality of basic services for Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in the field of education in the 2022 Fiscal Year. With a budget of more than 181 billion, the City Government of Bukittinggi allocates activity budgeting 80% for basic services and 20% for achieving quality basic services, in Early Childhood Education, Basic Education and Equality/Non-Formal Education. In 2022 the city government is synergizing to further improve the quality of education after the Covid-19 situation by launching a number of new programs in the Bukittinggi Government Featured Program (PUPB). This study then analyzes the stages of public expenditure management carried out by the City Government of Bukittinggi based on the thoughts of Cheryl Williamson Gray. Using a descriptive qualitative research method based on the main data of observation, interviews and other document data as supporting secondary data. The results of the study then show that the City Government of Bukittinggi for the 2022 Fiscal Year has met the service performance target at Minimum Service Standards at 97% with 3% of the deficiencies being mostly in the category of educators and education staff who are still not fully qualified S1/D-IV in each level of education.

Employee performance is less effective because there are employees who don't arrive on time, there are employees who are not in place during working hours, and there is poor communication between employees in the working relationship. The purpose of this study was to describe the quality, quantity, timeliness and work effectiveness of the employees of RSUD Mohammad Natsir Solok. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees and the sample obtained using the Slovin formula, namely 80 respondents with a sample collection technique namely quota sampling and the data analysis technique used was univariate data analysis. The results of the study on the description of the quality, quantity, timeliness and work effectiveness of the employees of RSUD Mohammad Natsir Solok is high, although some are still low. For this reason, suggestions that can be submitted are in order to maintain and further improve the performance of the employees of RSUD Mohammad Natsir Solok both in terms of indicators of quality, quantity, timeliness and work effectiveness of employees.

Implementation of public policies in the development of village SDGs in the aspect of achieving goal-II which prioritizes food security for the community in the COVID-19 era in a sustainable manner. This area is also an agricultural base where there are always conflicts over land grabs between farmer groups and planting plans according to local cultural demographics. Ironically, the government has provided a village development budget every year in the management of agricultural aspects, but this cannot be understood on a continuous basis by SKPK and village officials in achieving the objectives of the strategic plan. Qualitative research methods that focus on social solutions in real life, both individual practical problems or community groups and the impact can be felt directly by the community. Technical data collection through primary data and secondary data. Primary data, FGD. Interviews in this study are semi-structured (Semi-Structured Interview) and are carried out individually and in groups. The results of the study show that the implementation of village SDGs development policies in the aspect of achieving goals-II in the covid19 era is not optimal, there are still challenges in communication patterns that are not in the direction of the government and village governments, resources are not competent and the budget is still limited. However, the Goal-II village SDGs policy has an opportunity in community development that is normally understood and realized by the local government of the presence of customary institutions in accordance with Qanun Number 8 of 2010 in Aceh. This position will be strengthened by village government organizations in the future so that food security development can be achieved according to community expectations

Indonesia's economic growth in 20221 shows a positive figure, namely 3.69% yoi. This growth experienced a significant increase compared to economic growth in 2020 which experienced a contraction at minus 2.07%. This economic growth certainly gives good hope for the growth and movement of the Indonesian economy in 2022. One of the strategies implemented by the Ministry of Investment/BKPM RI is the preparation of an Investment Opportunity Map that is ready to be offered to Investors. This program is State facilitation for investors to invest their capital by providing all the necessary information in the form of a pre-financial study (pre-FS). The research aims to describe the effectiveness of the program for compiling investment opportunity maps in supporting the achievement of investment realization in Indonesia at the Ministry of Investment/BKPM RI. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, the output of which is the publication of the ISSN national journal OJS and national seminars. The results of this study indicate that the PPI program is effective in increasing investment realization in Indonesia. The seven indicators consisting of Clarity of Goals to be Achieved, Clarity of Strategy for Achievement of Goals, Steady Policy Analysis and Formulation Process, Mature Planning, Proper Programming, Availability of Facilities and Infrastructure, Educational Monitoring and Control System all show a high level of effectiveness.

The existence of information systems in the industrial era 4.0 is important in an effort to realize the quality of government administration. Therefore, the disdukcapil together with diskominfo work together to innovate the public service system. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the service system innovations provided to the people of Tangerang City. Using qualitative methods, it means that the data collected comes from direct observation, documentation with a qualitative descriptive type of research. Through observation to describe and know directly related to the innovation of the public service system of the tangerang city population and civil registration service on the application of sobat dukcapil. The results of the research show that the system in terms of the quality of e-service services is still less than feasible, because of the internal factors of the agency which are still not responsive and external factors the community is still not familiar with e-service. Keberadaan sistem informasi di era industry 4.0 menjadi hal penting dalam upaya mewujudkan kualitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Oleh karena itu pihak disdukcapil bersama diskominfo bekerjasama membuat inovasi sistem pelayanan publik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja inovasi sistem pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat kota tangerang. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, maknanya data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari observasi secara langsung, dokumentasi dengan tipe penelitan deskriptif kualitatif. The adoption of decentralized and autonomous systems has created numerous opportunities for regional governments to drive development in various sectors, including rural governance. With the rapid advancement of technology, it is important for governments to keep up with the development of digital services. Lawatan Village is a prime example of a community that has successfully implemented the concept of a digital village. This research aims to investigate the development of a digital village in Lawatan Village, Dukuhturi District, Tegal Regency. The focus of the research is examined through the theory of successful elements of e-government development as identified by the Harvard JFK School of Government, consisting of support, capacity, and value. This research employs a qualitative, descriptive method in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the digital village development in Lawatan. The findings indicate that the Lawatan Village Government has successfully implemented the concept of a digital village with the support of the government and sufficient resource management capacity. The development of a digital village has provided benefits to both the village.

This study was undertaken in order to ascertain the opinions of ODGPZ and to introduce narcotics rehabilitation policies to them, so that the information provided to respondents can provide insight into the world of rehabilitation, particularly in terms of narcotics rehabilitation rules and regulations. The topic of this study is quite sensitive and has a private personality, which makes it difficult to find informants ready to share their stories, particularly about narcotics. The authors used a descriptive qualitative method in this study and were able to collect 4 (four) respondents using the snowball sampling methodology. The findings of this study show that respondents lacked information about narcotics rehabilitation policies, causing them to be unaware of the contents of these rules. The authors then goes on to explain the key points of the rehabilitation policy, concluding that the policy is an effort or form of the government to protect abusers from becoming addicted to narcotics.

Tangerang City Government has implemented a smart city policy, with public transportation via Bus Tayo being one of its programs. The difficulties encountered in managing Bus Tayo include a lack of integration with other modes of transportation, a lack of reliability of facilities on board, inaccurate schedules, and inflexible payment systems. This study aims to analyze the community satisfaction index towards Bus Tayo services and the quality of bus management by the operator. This study employs a mixed method (quantitative and qualitative). The quantitative data came from passenger perception surveys, and the qualitative data came from interviews, observations, and document studies, with key informants being PT. Tangerang Nusantara Global officials. Result show that the community satisfaction index on Bus Tayo services is 68.55 with a good predictor. All performance targets, namely environmental sustainability, safety, physical and social accessibility, reliability and consistency, integration of micromobility, and integration of information and communication technology, have not been met in terms of Bus Tayo management quality. As a result, increasing the number of human resources, improving the service culture, improving the quality of bus infrastructure and facilities, and implementing a flexible multi-payment system are all necessary.

This research takes a case study at the Kediri Regency Trade Office in applying the principles of Good Governance in realizing the quality of public services. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used interviews with selected informants, namely apparatus at the Market UPTD, and the Kediri District Trade Office. Data analysis uses an interactive model of four stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study state that the application of the principles of Good Governance at the Kediri Regency Trade Service is quite good but has several notes. The record is in terms of transparency and participation. Transparency must be further strengthened by commitment between stakeholders in its implementation. Meanwhile, participation can be said to be not very participatory, because it has not involved the community when formulating policies. Supporting factors consist of 3 (three) things, namely the role and support of the leadership, a collaboration between governments, and direct supervision from law enforcement officials. While the inhibiting factors consist of 3 (three) things, namely the head of the service which is not yet definitive, limited human resources, and reports from NGOs.

The purpose research is to find out how the supervision of the agriculture and food security service in Pandglang Regency and the effectiveness of the performance of its employees, and to find out how much influence the supervision has on the effectiveness of the performance of its employees. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all civil servants and non-PNS employees. The sample in the study, namely the entire population that was used as the research sample, totaled 46 employees, taking the sample with total sampling. The entire population is used as a sample if it is below 100. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, direct observation at the research location, questionnaires, and library research. The results of this study, there is a positive and significant influence of the monitoring variable on the effectiveness of employee performance at the agriculture and food security service in Pandeglang district with the results of hypothesis testing if tcount > ttable then the hypothesis is accepted. From the results of the research with the help of SPSS v.23, the results were 5.960 > 2.015 with a significance level of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05). Meanwhile, in the interpretation table of the correlation coefficient, the correlation value is 0.612. This figure is in the range between 0.60-0.799 so that it has a strong level of influence. This means that if the value of the monitoring variable increases, the effectiveness of employee performance will also increase.
