Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Kualitas Pelayanan Bagi Disabilitas dan Lanjut Usia di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuasin. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Bagi Disabilitas dan Lanjut Usia di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuasin sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat berdasarkan Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Bagi Disabilitas dan Lanjut Usia di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuasin yang meliputi dimensi dan indikator yang digunakan adalah : Tangibles / produk-produk fisik ; Reliability / kehandalan ; Responsiveness / daya tanggap ; Assurance / jaminan ; Empathy / empati yang semuanya sudah memiliki kualitas yang baik. Perlu melakukan upaya untuk lebih menyempurnakan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat desa tentang pentingnya dokumen kependudukan dan persyaratan pengurusan dokumen kependudukan, sehingga semakin banyak warga disabilitas dan lanjut usia yang paham dan mengerti akan pentingnya memiliki dokumen kependudukan, karena dijaman sekarang hampir semua Lembaga menggunakan dokumen kependudukan sebagai salah satu alat untuk persetujuan; Optimalisasi sarana dan prasarana untuk penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuasin, seperti optimalisasi penggunaan papan petunjuk, serta optimalisasi sarana dan prasarana untuk mengantri; Memperbanyak akses layanan administrasi kependudukan bagi seluruh masyarakat di Kabupaten Banyuasin

Penyebaran covid-19 tiga tahun terakhir di Kota Makassar telah menimbulkan berbagai perubahan kondisi aktivitas kota. Hilangnya mata pencaharian masyarakat, anggaran pendapatan daerah menurun, tingginya angka kematian secara tiba-tiba, dan lumpuhnya ekonomi masyarakat menengah. Berbagai upaya dilakukan mulai dari pemberlakukan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar atau (PSBB) beberapa kali mengalami perpanjangan waktu, pemberlakuan Work From Home (WFH) bagi seluruh aktivitas masyarakat dan pemerintah, pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan secara ketat, hingga pelaksanaan kebijakan Makassar Recover. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa dampak pelaksanaan program Makassar Recover terhadap penanggulangan covid-19 bagi masyarakat. Metode penelitian digunakan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pendekatan wawancara dan telaah dokumen. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dampak program Makassar Recover dari: Dimensi Imunitas Kesehatan sebanyak 1.259.049 masyarakat telah merasakan peningkatan imunitas melalui vaksinasi. Pemerintah juga membentuk satuan tugas khusus Detektor, Raika, dan Covid Hunter sebanyak 15.306 orang. Memberikan bantuan 12.000 pack alat PCR, 4.000 pack jamu tradisional, 100.000 lembar masker medis, dan menyediakan 1.166 posko recover. Pemerintah juga senantiasa memastikan pelaksanaan penanganan triase, testing, tracing, dan treatment dilakukan oleh Satgas Recover. Dimensi Adaptasi Sosial pemerintah kota telah melakukan sterilisasi dengan penyemprotan disinfektan sebanyak 509 fasilitas sosial dan fasilitas umum, menyiapkan 1.500 tempat cuci tangan gratis, alat pengukur suhu tubuh, scan QR Code Card, dan scan QR Card Handphone, dan menyediakan media edukasi dan call center siaga covid-19 bagi warga. Dimensi Pemulihan Ekonomi membentuk 5.000 strart up lorong sebagai pelaku usaha baru, sebanyak 13.277 pelaku UMKM, dan 1.604 unit koperasi diaktifasi dan pemberian pemodalan.

The practice of child prostitution has caused various negative impacts, one of which is damaging the morale of the nation's next generation, so that it can threaten the survival of the nation and state in the future. Ironically, cases of child prostitution have soared by more than 50 percent since the Covid-19 pandemic hit Indonesia. This, of course, is of concern to the government and law enforcement officials, including the author as an academic. This research is legal research with a typology of normative legal research or doctrinal research that aims to produce arguments, theories or new concepts in solving the problems to be studied. The results of the study concluded that the arrangements for eradicating criminal acts of online child prostitution in Indonesia are scattered in several statutory provisions. Legal System Theory concluded that online child prostitution law enforcement in Indonesia is still considered not to be effective and optimal, so that in the future there is a need for system changes in online child prostitution law enforcement.

Train is a land transportation mode that is quite reliable and environmentally friendly and has advantages that other land transportation modes do not have, namely in terms of carrying capacity and punctuality of travel. The advantages of rail transportation have been used for centuries as a means of delivering passengers and goods with a destination that can be directly entered in the city center. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is a transportation provider that provides this train transportation service, one of whose services is the Long-Distance Train service managed by the Jakarta Operational Area 1 for departure from Jakarta to major cities throughout the island of Java which is affordable to the railway network. The advantages of the train mode make this mode excellent for service users who want to travel out of the city from the city of Jakarta, However, being the main choice of service users makes transportation operators continue to improve services and improve services to service users on an ongoing basis. To see further how the improvement of services is carried out, the concept of marketing mix involving promotional variables, places, people, physical environment and processes analyzed with the SPSS program is used so that mathematical conclusions are obtained to interpret the factors that affect consumer satisfaction from the 5 variables of the marketing mix concept. In this study, it was found that the physical environment variable has the greatest influence on consumer satisfaction which is then followed by physical environmental factors, processes, promotions, places, and people.

The emergence of demands from the public for public services, encourages the existing central and local governments to use information technology in the implementation of public services known as e-government. One of the regional government that utilizes e-government in providing public services, especially licensing services, is the DPMPTSP Serang Regency which is currently carried out online through SIMPONIE. This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-government in online licensing services through SIMPONIE in DPMPTSP Serang Regency. The research method in this study uses qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The theory used in this research is a successful element of implementation e-government based on the results of studies and research of the Harvard JFK School of Government, including support, capacity, and value. The results of the study show that the implementation of SIMPONIE in the DPMPTSP Serang Regency can be said to be a success. This can be seen from the support in the form of vision and mission, regulations, and socialization. The implementation of SIMPONIE also provides benefits such as easier service and does not take a long time, it's just that in its implementation there are still network constraints that make SIMPONIE sometimes inaccessible.

Along with the growth of cellular phone subscribers in Indonesia, cellular network operators continue to strive to build infrastructure to establish broader service coverage areas, thus, increasing the quality of service. Regional Rules & Regulations in DKI Jakarta are intended to regulate the BTS towers within an area. However, they become a barrier for Telecommunications operators to meet the needs of good networks/signals. Changes in the zoning of telecommunication towers can meet the needs of operators and increase customer satisfaction. This study uses qualitative method analysis with an interview. The results show that policy evaluation regarding the implementation of telecommunication towers has yet to meet the needs of telecommunication tower providers (Tower Providers) and has been shown to cause areas that operator signal networks cannot cover. This situation impacts the satisfaction of particular customers and can threaten the business continuity of the operator. Conclusion of the Policy of the Governor of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta Number 14 of 2014, concerning the Implementation of Telecommunication Towers for Telecommunication Tower Providers, the annexse to the zoning of telecommunication towers needs to be reviewed because it has not been able to meet the needs of telecommunication tower providers and can pose a threat to business continuity.

This research purposes to reveal the Implementation of Public Services Effectiveness with the E-Court Application at the Lubuk Attitudeing District Court, to find out the obstacles in the Implementation of Public Services Effectiveness with the E-Court Application, and to find out the steps taken in overcoming the obstacles to the Implementation of Public Services Effectiveness with the E-Court Application. This research used method of descriptive qualitative. Based on the research result on the Implementation of Public Services with the E-Court Application at the Lubuk Attitudeing District Court it has not been effective, this is because there are several indicators of the eight indicators that have not been achieved properly. In the case of implementing public services Effectiveness with the E-Court application at the Lubuk Attitudeing District Court, there are still obstacles both internal and external, such as limited resources of human, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and a public knowledge was lack. Steps taken in overcoming obstacles to the Implementation of Public Services with the E-Court Application are carried out by participating in training such as training, or technical guidance, and conducting outreach.

This research used method of descriptive qualitative. Based on the research result on the Implementation of Public Services with the E-Court Application at the Lubuk Attitudeing District Court it has not been effective, this is because there are several indicators of the eight indicators that have not been achieved properly. In the case of implementing public services Effectiveness with the E-Court application at the Lubuk Attitudeing District Court, there are still obstacles both internal and external, such as limited resources of human, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and a public knowledge was lack. This research purposes to analyze environmental sustainability aspects based on natural heritage conservation and resource management at turtle beach tourism objects in Nagari Ampiang Parak, South Coastal District, researchers conducted research using qualitative methods with purposive sampling techniques, the techniques for data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity test of the data using analysis by source triangulation, namely reduction for data, data presentation, make conclusions. The turtle beach destination is said to be environmentally sustainable in terms of natural heritage conservation and resource management. The results showed that natural heritage conservation management was not optimal, information media such as sites did not exist, resource management was not optimal because destinations did not yet have renewable energy, did not have guidelines for monitoring reduced water use and did not have data and reports on water quality.

This paper aims to study the environmental impact of Covid-19 Essentials Kit’s Waste, such as one time use face mask, and hand 1most importantly in the economic sector. Yet, even beyond matters of health and the economy, the impact of the Covid-19 virus is significant to the environmental sector. One time face mask and hand sanitizers have been continuously being use by the citizens as it is compulsory by the government and has been become an essentials kit and almost every people has it with them. Further than that, contaminated protective equipment that being use by the common person might not have been disposed properly. Proper disposal is need to reduce the contamination made by those essentials kit to the soil, water, and air. Government cooperation with other concerned parties is essential to the creation of mutual security and comfort for the surrounding environment. In conclusion, the government can promote various programs, such as making the public aware of the importance of discarding their masks in the trash and utilizing what is left in the recycling process.

Development is a change that leads to improvement which aims to live a decent and prosperous life in a country. These social problems arise in the community because the need for livable housing is not immediately addressed so that the uninhabitable housing program is a development priority proclaimed by the South Tangerang city government to date. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the uninhabitable housing program (RTLH) in South Tangerang City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study show that the implementation of the program has been realized well enough to help the less fortunate in obtaining a decent living, especially for a comfortable and safe place to live. From the implementation of the policy, which statistically shows that the policy from 2020 to 2021 has succeeded in providing house renovation assistance to 403 uninhabitable housing units, the evidence for the overall target can already be seen. Although there are some that are uneven so that the overall target has not been reached.
