The city of Surabaya is the second largest city in Indonesia with a fairly high level of population density, with the existence of this population density causing residential density that can cause slums and have an impact on fires. This is the responsibility and commitment of the Surabaya City (DPKP) in providing firefighting handling services to the community. This study is intended to describe how the strategy of the Surabaya City DPKP in firefighting handling services. This research method uses qualitative methods with interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. The theory used in this study is strategy management by Fred R David (2019) based on three focus indicators, namely strategy formulation, strategy implementation and srateg evaluation. The results of this study show that the strategy used by the Surabaya City DPKP can be said to be succeeded by getting the Commendable Public Innovation award in 2022 through a 7-minute response time program with the support of the vision and mission, the strength of human resources and infrastructure.

This study aims to determine the Utilization of Regional Assets in Supporting Public Services at the Batudaa Pantai Sub-District Office, Gorontalo Regency. With sub-focus research namely coordination, maintenance, and supervision. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used are: Observation techniques, interviews and recording secondary data. In accordance with the type of research used, the data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis technique. The results showed that, the results of research on the Utilization of Regional Assets in Supporting Public Services seen from the aspects of coordination, maintenance, and supervision are still lacking or not effectively carried out in supporting public services at the Batudaa Pantai Sub-District Office, Gorontalo Regency. The things suggested in this study are the need for the findings of the problems identified in this study such as lack of coordination, lack of asset maintenance, and ineffective supervision can be used as benchmarks or recommendations for improving asset utilization in improving public services.

This study describes the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities in Realizing the Right to Decent Work by UKM Tiara Handicraft Surabaya. Persons with disabilities in society tend to experience discrimination and are seen as unable to work or hinder work in their daily lives, causing persons with disabilities to not get jobs. With the existence of small and medium enterprises that empower people with disabilities, namely UKM Tiara Handicraft Surabaya, they are able to prove the quality of their workforce can be taken into account in the world of work and increase community participation to be able to help improve their quality of life with voluntary assistance such as in the medical, educational, financial and other fields. etc. So this study aims to find out the process of empowering people with disabilities and the supporting factors and obstacles in realizing decent work rights by UKM Tiara Handicraft Surabaya. This study uses a Qualitative Research Method based on existing problems and is considered the most appropriate and appropriate to describe the problems that occur and uses several data collection techniques, namely Interview, Observation, Documentation, and Library Studies. The results of the study show that the empowerment of persons with disabilities in realizing the right to decent work by UKM Tiara Handicraft Surabaya has been carried out well although there are still several inhibiting factors.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the academic service quality on the students’ satisfaction of Universitas Negeri Padang. There were still students of Universitas Negeri Padang which were complaining about the services that they found to be unsatisfactory was the background of this study. The research method which was used was a quantitative research method. The population in this study were the Universitas Negeri Padang’s students that have a year of entry in 2018 and 2020. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula with an error rate was 10% and it produced 100 samples of students. In addition, the determination of the sample in this study was carried out by using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data collection technique which was used was a questionnaire that was distributed to the respondents with its measurement by using a Likert scale. After the data obtained, it was analyzed by using simple linear regression. The result of this research showed that (1) The variable quality of academic service has a significant effect on the satisfaction of Universitas Negeri Padang’s students simultaneously with a significance value was 0,000 and the an adjusted R Square value was 0.681. Thus, the effect of the academic service quality on the students’ satisfaction at Universitas Negeri Padang was 68.1%. (2) The test result partially, tangible sub-variable, responsiveness, and empathy, it influenced significantly the students’ satisfaction.

Peneliti menyelidiki secara cermat suatu program, peristiwa, aktivitas, proses atau sekelompok individu dengan kasus dibatasi oleh waktu dan aktivitas. Pendekatan Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang menghasilkan prosedur analisis yang tidak menggunakan prosedur analisis statistik atau cara kuantifikasi lainnya, dengan didasarkan pada upaya membangun pandangan mereka yang diteliti secara rinci, dibentuk dengan kata-kata, gambaran holistik dan rumit. P4K keluarga adalah salah satu inovasi yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi suami, keluarga, dan masyarakat dalam perencanaan persalinan dan pencegahan komplikasi. P4K bertujuan untuk mempercepat penurunan angka kematian ibu dan memastikan keselamatan dalam proses persalinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan persiapan P4K pada ibu hamil trimester III. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analitik dan Cross Sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap 30 responden menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara tempat persalinan dengan persiapan persalinan, adanya hubungan diantara pendamping persalinan dengan persiapan persalinan, adanya hubungan antara tafsiran persalinan dengan persiapan persalinan, adanya hubungan antara transportasi persalinan dengan persiapan persalinan, adanya hubungan antara jaminan kesehatan persalinan dengan persiapan persalinan, adanya hubungan antara tempat persalinan dengan persiapan persalinan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari total 30 responden, 16 responden (53,3%) telah melakukan persiapan tempat persalinan, sementara 14 responden (46,7%) tidak melakukan persiapan. Sebanyak 23 responden (76,7%) memiliki latar belakang pendidikan SMA, diikuti oleh 2 responden (6,7%) dengan pendidikan S1, dan 5 responden (16,7%) dengan pendidikan SMP. Terdapat 17 responden (56,7%) yang merupakan ibu rumah tangga, 5 responden (16,7%) bekerja sebagai buruh, dan 8 responden (26,7%) bekerja sebagai karyawan. Dari total responden, 5 responden (16,7%) tidak mendapatkan informasi mengenai persiapan persalinan, sementara 25 responden (83,3%) telah mendapatkan informasi dengan baik.

This paper examines digital leadership in the public sector which is one of the challenges faced by many government organizations in adopting and managing information and communication technology effectively, the use of ICT changes the way of working and business operations of an organization both in the public and private sectors. Digital transformation opens up opportunities and challenges to create business advantage by using the concept of digital capability as the ability of an organization o understand digital technology and use it to create business value, digital transformation is not only about implementing new technology, but also about changing the way of thinking and managing the business as a whole. Digitalisation and e-leadership can help improve transparency, accountability and public participation in decision-making processes in local government. In addition, local leaders are also using digital technology to improve communication with the public and get useful feedback in public policy making. In conclusion, digital leadership in the public sector is essential for governments and public sector organizations to keep pace with the rapid changes brought about by digital transformation. Digital transformation opens up opportunities and challenges to create business advantage by using the concept of digital capability as the ability of an organization o understand digital technology and use it to create business value, digital transformation is not only about implementing new technology, but also about changing the way of thinking and managing the business as a whole. Digitalisation and e-leadership can help improve transparency, accountability and public participation in decision-making processes in local government. In addition, local leaders are also using digital technology to improve communication with the public and get useful feedback in public policy making. In conclusion, digital leadership in the public sector is essential for governments and public sector organizations to keep pace with the rapid changes brought about by digital transformation. One of the functions of government is to empower the community to achieve equity and accelerate welfare. For this reason, the government has formed government units down to the village level so that the empowerment process can run well and on target. Cirawamekar is a village in West Bandung Regency that has the potential for wood crafting in the form of Wayang Golek and souvenirs. Unfortunately, amid increasing appreciation coming from the international community, this does not have an impact on the welfare of the artisans in Cirawamekar Village. For this reason, this research was conducted to see the empowerment efforts carried out by the village government for the craftsmen. Through a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, this study found that the empowerment efforts carried out by the Cirawamekar Village government for the craftsmen were not optimal. The basic needs of the craftsmen, specifically promotion and marketing, have not been able to be carried out by the Cirawamekar Village government.

Bantaragung Village, Sindangwangi District, Majalengka Regency, is a village that is currently growing rapidly and has been named as a tourism village and has earned a label as a potential tourism village from the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf). However, in its development, its popularity as a tourism village has not been matched by the speed of increasing management capacity and other supporting factors, so it has not been optimal as a commercial tourism destination. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the development of a tourism village in Bantaragung Village based on the perceptions of the village community using the Sustainable livelihood approach. The sampling method used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique on 30 respondents. The data analysis employed a quantitative descriptive method with five livelihood asset variable objects: natural, human, financial, social, and village infrastructure. The findings of the study show that the livelihood framework assets that primarily affect the development of Tourism Villages in Bantaragung are natural resources, followed by financial, social, human resources, and village infrastructure.
