Implementation of the Policy through the housing program without down payment, the company hopes to be able to catch up with the increasing demand for housing. Based on this, the authors can formulate this research problem, namely: How is the policy implementation of the house program without down payment at PT. Pilar Ksatria Tidar Nusantara Knights and what factors led to the implementation of the zero down payment housing program policy at PT. Pilar Ksatria Tidar Nusantara. In research on the implementation of subsidized housing, it was analyzed using the theory of Donald Van Meter and Van Horn (Suharsono, 2005:99) with six variables that affect implementation performance, namely: 1) Policy standards and targets, 2) Resources, 3) Inter-organizational communication and reinforcement activities, 4) Characteristics of implementing agents, 5) Economic, social and political environment 6) Attitudes of executors. The research approach that the authors use is descriptive qualitative, using key informants. Based on the results of the study that: 1) the implementation of the no-down payment housing program policy at PT. The Ksatria Tidar Nusantara pillar is good, as evidenced by the statements of both users and non-users who say this program is good and very useful for the community and 2) External constraints, namely the implementers involved in implementing the subsidized KPR program also experience various obstacles that External constraints do not only occur in policy implementers but also in society as the target group. These constraints include administrative problems such as KTPs that are not recorded at Disdukcapil, NPWP which has problems with entrepreneurs whose businesses have not been taxed while the conditions are that they must have an NPWP, as well as domiciles that do not match their original place of residence. Furthermore, the constraints on complaints from the public are related to communication which they feel has not reached them and other community acknowledgments such as some who feel that the entry fee is still too high even though it has been subsidized by the government.

Classification using a decision tree for grouping customers with a case study of PT Teknik Kreasi Solusindo is a problem that exists in the company. Where the classification of customer data grouping in the company PT Teknik Kreasi Solusindo previously had no basis which resulted in the classification results not being entirely good. To overcome this problem, this study uses a classification method that exists in the data mining process, namely the decision tree algorithm. This study uses a Decision tree because the data used has a discrete type and the classification process is simple and fast. The data in the research used are product offering attributes of PT Teknik Kreasi Solusindo from 2018-2023. The source of the data obtained is the results of interviews with representatives from PT Teknik Kreasi Solusindo and also several bidding files in the company. Based on this data, a classification will be carried out with the Google Colabolatory service. And with this method, the accuracy of the decision tree method will be seen as a reference for the desired classification.

The researcher will conduct a study entitled "Implications of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. 'X'. The population in this study were all employees of PT 'X', the number of samples used in the study followed the slovin formula, totaling 109 respondents. To obtain research results that are in accordance with the research objectives, the data analysis method uses multiple regression with two independent variables, namely Organizational Culture and Employee Discipline and one dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. The tools used are SPSS 24 for Windows. Based on research data that has been obtained from the results of an analysis regarding the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT 'X' it is concluded the simultaneous test (f-test) this study concluded that together organizational culture and work discipline have implications for employee performance in a positive and significant way for employee performance at PT. In its efforts to promote financial inclusivity, the Indonesian government has set a goal of achieving a 75% inclusion rate by 2019. However, as accessibility to formal financial services becomes more convenient for the general population, the risks within the financial industry also escalate. Unfortunately, ordinary individuals are ill-prepared for these circumstances as their understanding of financial products remains limited. The primary issues at hand are twofold: firstly, the lack of financial literacy among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and housewives in Indonesia, and secondly, the need for effective strategies to enhance financial literacy among MSMEs and housewives specifically in UMKM Azalea, located in West Jakarta. PKM aims to deliver training, knowledge, and solutions while offering capital resources. The research methodology employed is a descriptive qualitative approach. The outcomes of PKM reveal that there is a significant deficiency in financial literacy among Azlea MSMEs and households, with only 50% possessing adequate knowledge. Strategies for enhancing competency and capability encompass various aspects, including: a) fostering awareness and understanding of diverse financial products and services, b) comprehending the risks associated with financial products, c) ensuring customer protection, and d) cultivating skills in financial management.

PKM aims to deliver training, knowledge, and solutions while offering capital resources. The research methodology employed is a descriptive qualitative approach. The outcomes of PKM reveal that there is a significant deficiency in financial literacy among Azlea MSMEs and households, with only 50% possessing adequate knowledge.
