Analysis of Satisfaction Level with Hajj Registration Services using Fuzzy Service Quality and Importance Performance Analysis 基于模糊服务质量和重要性绩效分析的朝觐登记服务满意度分析

Service is an activity that is interactive between communities that aims to provide satisfaction and comfort. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to improve the quality and quality of services as well as in the Hajj registration service. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of satisfaction with Hajj Registration Services using the Fuzzy Service Quality (Servqual) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The data collection technique in this study used 100 questionnaires. The statement items used refer to the dimensions of service quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence and the methods used to analyze are service quality (servqual) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The servqual method will measure the service quality of each dimension so that the gap value is obtained which is the difference between expectations and reality received by the registrant. The servqual method is then integrated with Importance Performance Analysis to classify certain service quality attributes. The results showed that the Hajj registrants were not satisfied with the quality of services provided by the Ministry of Religion in Kabupaten Bogor by showing a negative servqual score. Based on the results of the IPA, there are 9 attributes that are in quadrant B and quadrant C, 3 attributes that are in quadrant D and none of them are in quadrant A. Therefore, improving service quality needs to be carried out by the Ministry of Religion in Kab. Bogor.

Classification of Organizational Data Using the K-Means Algorithm 使用K-Means算法的组织数据分类

The University of Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya (UMTAS) is a private university under the Muhammadiyah association located in Tasikmalaya City, West Java Province. As a form of developing student soft skills, UMTAS carries out many activities, one of which is through student organizations consisting of internal and external organizations. This research was conducted to find out which student organizations are categorized as excellent, good, and not good. The assessment attributes for grouping student organization data are the number of active members, activities in one year, organizational discipline, and achievements. Clustering uses the K-Means algorithm. The results obtained from calculations carried out manually and using the rapidminer application obtained the same results, namely clusters with the "excellent" category totaling 8 data (26.6%), clusters with the "good" category totaling 17 data (56.6%), and clusters with the "not good" category totaling 5 data (16.6%). The results of this study can be used by the head of the bureau of academic administration of student affairs and alumni in providing rewards in the form of priorities in organizational funding, awarding charters and punishments in the form of coaching and revoking student organization decrees.

The Bogor Regency Department of Fisheries and Livestock, in charge of the Breeding and Livestock Cultivation Section, has a work program to assist farmer groups, especially livestock, in acquiring aid funds from the government sourced from the Bogor Regency Regional Revenues and Expenditures Budget (APBD). As a result, the government allocates aid fundsfrom the Regional Revenues and Expenditures Budges (APBD) budget source to aid the community in managing livestock. Based on this, research will be conducted and methods used to determine which livestock farmer groups are eligible for government assistance will be implemented.A Decision Support System (DSS) will be used as a tool to recommend which farmer groups deserve assistance based on predetermined assessment criteria. By using the service, you will be able to provide a more accurate and objective evaluation. Because of its capacity to determine criteria values that contain uncertainty and select the best alternative based on these rankings and alternatives, the Fuzzy-PROMETHEE approach was chosen for handlingmulti criteria issues.

The Role of E-Money in Sustainable Smart City Development in Bogor City Area 电子货币在茂物城区可持续智慧城市发展中的作用

In the current era of society 5.0, especially in industry 4.0, the use of information systems is very important where in this era the community is expected to help the development of smart cities. In this era, people always carry out activities with technology and digitalization, one of which is how to transact that transforms electronically with technology. Currently, e-money is considered to have its own role in the sustainability of community activities, especially in the city of Bogor, so that if the role of e-money can be utilized, a positive value can be generated for the sustainability of smart city development. To assess the success of the role of e-money, this research instrument was built using the DeLone and McLean methods in building a research model that aims to support the development of smart cities with aspects of indicators such as information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction level, utilizing and net benefit. The research method used in this study is factor analysis to process the data obtained from the questionnaire. The Alpha Cronbach value in this study has a value of 0.971 or 97.1%, so it can be concluded that the positive influence of e-money is very large to support the development of smart cities in Bogor City. This research is expected to provide information related to the sustainable development of smart cities in Bogor City.

The Effect of Force Ratio Multiplier on A Control System for Surfing Problem Simulation 力比倍增器对冲浪问题仿真控制系统的影响

A surfing problem is a control problem of the surfing board to maintain its position on top of an ocean wave as long as possible. There are some physical and mathematical problems regarding a surfing problem that have not yet been solved. One of them is on translating a target inclination problem from an ordinary differential equation (ODE) control system to the inclination control system via the distribution of a surfer’s weight. To move the surfing board swiftly, a correct value of the multiplier, which is notated by σ, is needed on the weight distribution system. In this work, an investigation has been done on the effect of the multiplier in an attempt to help moves the surfing board fulfils the target inclination angle needed by using a smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) simulation. The result from this work shows that the best value for the multiplier is σ=10 that gives the smallest average positional error for some variations of a given target position. This work gives a contribution on an attempt to model a surfer’s phenomenon mathematically.

Forecasting of the Cases of Covid-19 Patients in Indonesia using Fuzzy Time Series 基于模糊时间序列的印尼新冠肺炎病例预测

The main objective of this study is forecasting of the cases of covid-19 patients in indonesia using fuzzy time series. The data used is from February 1, 2022 to February 28, 2022. The methods used are Fuzzy Time Series (FTS) Chen and FTS Cheng, using first order and second order. FTS is a forecasting method that uses rules and logic on fuzzy sets. The level of prediction accuracy is then calculated based on the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value. The MAPE values of these two methods are then compared to know which method is more suitable in this case study. The results showed that Fisrt Order FTS Chen produced an accuracy of 4,21% and Fisrt Order FTS Cheng produced an accuracy of 4,22%. Second Order FTS Chen and Second Order FTS Chen produced/1the same MAPE, 1,23%./1The results of this study indicate that Second Order FTS Chen and FTS Cheng produce good accuracy and can be used to predict new confirmed cases of Covid 19 sufferers in Indonesia.

Detection and Classification of DDos Attack on Software Defined Network 基于软件定义网络的DDos攻击检测与分类

Software-Defined Networking (SDN) is a new network paradigm that changes network architecture. However, it turns out that the SDN network also has several issues, one of which is security. The higher the traffic on the network, the higher the possibility of security threats that will occur. Therefore, it is necessary to detect attacks that might occur on this SDN network. This study will detect attacks on the SDN network with the stages carried out, namely the process of building an SDN architecture using a mininet emulator, then network simulation according to the topology, retrieval of traffic data using wireshark and performing data analysis using the Weka application on the NSL KDD dataset. The results of this research found that a DDos attack a ping of death is an attack that sends messages continuously to the recipient, causing the computer to crash, then analysis of attack classification data is carried out using a dataset to compare machine learning algorithms that have high accuracy was Random Forests. The targeted output in this research is published in the Journal of Computing.

Digital dictionary of medicinal plants a collection of applications a collection of names of medicinal plants. This application was developed to make it easier for users to access the use of medicinal plants based on keywords, names of common diseases such as asthma, diarrhea, fever, headache, diabetes, and so on. The obstacle in using the digital dictionary application of medicinal plants is that it is difficult to find exact information on drug searches, because the vocabulary in producing several other items is not necessarily the same as what is being sought. This study uses the Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP) algorithm search technique on a digital dictionary of medicinal plants by matching keywords as input with strings between text and patterns. This study aims to develop previous research on a digital dictionary of medicinal plants using a mobile-based Rocchio algorithm that searches medicinal plant data by querying proximity in a database that has weaknesses in words that have the same meaning with different words, using another search technique, namely KMP. is expected to get optimal results on search results based on the keyword name of the disease. The test results with 30 keywords on 640 medicinal plant data resulted in a precision value of 92.4, accuracy and recall of 100%.

Rancang Bangun Fitur Chatbot Customer Service Menggunakan Dialogflow

The quality of providing customer service channels is very influential on customer satisfaction. To keep customer satisfaction, it is necessary to have a good interaction from customer service to the customer. In this case, PT Dian Prima Jayaraya is one of the companies that utilize Solo's application product as a medium for customer service. The development of the Solo application makes the application's features more complex and makes it difficult for users to do activities in the application. Customer service has a role in accommodating questions and answering difficulties experienced by users. The number of incoming questions is quite large, so that the existing customer service team cannot answer. Ignored or unanswered questions can lower the level of customer satisfaction. Therefore, we need a system that can help optimize customer service in a Chatbot to minimize unanswered customer questions. A chatbot is a service powered by rules and artificialintelligence, which the user interacts with through a chat interface. The Chatbot will be built on an iOS prototype application and use the NLP (Natural Language Processing) platform, namely Dialogflow. This platform will process and scan every question given by the customer.

Virtual Tour Campus Sebagai Media Promosi di Masa Pandemik Covid-19

The use of Virtual Tours is now widely used to introduce infrastructure facilities owned by a campus. For almost a year, the COVID-19 pandemic has made prospective students and college students hesitant to continue their studies. This raises concerns if you come directly to campus to see all the facilities in it. The purpose of this research is to create a virtual campus tour application as an alternative media promotion during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method using augmented reality. The result of this research is an application in the form of a virtual game, where before exploring the study programs, the user will be asked to have the appropriate character, then with the help of controlling the joystick from the keyboard, the user can enter the rooms and the information in it, either in the form of direct templates. or use the barcode to go directly to the information in it. Thus, in addition to users becoming more familiar with the Computer Science Study Program environment and the infrastructure in it, it is also an inspirational tool, that to study or create applications it can be done if you enter as a student.
