The Constitution of the Russian Federation in 1993 proclaimed our country a social state. “The Russian Federation is a social state,” says Article 7 of the Basic Law, “whose policy is aimed at creating conditions for a decent life ...” The Constitution implies that the main goal of a social state is to create conditions that ensure a decent life for all citizens. In addition, the social state, according to the Constitution, is obliged to direct its activities towards the free development of a person, the provision of guarantees for the social protection of the population, and the development of the social sphere. In Russia in the past two decades, certain attempts have been made to create conditions for improving the lives of citizens. The state has formed a general concept, main directions and priorities of social policy, has created a legislative basis for their implementation. However, the presence in the country of 20 million citizens who are below the poverty line, other arguments and facts show that the political leadership, the government has failed to provide with conditions for a decent life for Russians. Previous researchers found that the adoption of meta-cognitive monitoring strategies is a way to improve the autonomous learning competence of students. However, these researches lack background support as to why meta-cognitive monitoring strategies help to improve autonomous learning. Quantitative correlation between them is rarely studied. By conducting questionnaire survey among college students, this paper studies the status of meta-cognitive monitoring and autonomous learning among college students and investigates the correlation between them. Results of data analysis show that the competences of self-monitoring and autonomous learning of the majority college students are poor; correlation between metacognitive monitoring strategies and autonomous learning is significant. Students who self-monitor their learning well also perform well in their autonomous learning. These findings offer a quantitative support to related researches, and inspire college teachers to update their teaching approaches and assist students to improve their autonomous learning competence through adopting meta-cognitive monitoring strategies. The polyphonic works in piano teaching is an important teaching content, among which Bach's works are the most representative. Bach's piano polyphonic works have rigorous rules, diverse techniques and exquisite logical relations. However, due to its complicated vocal direction and varied technical skills, polyphony has become a difficult teaching problem for teachers and students. This paper starts with the analysis of Bach's polyphonic works, and puts forward effective training strategies according to his works' style characteristics and creative techniques in order to improve the teaching quality of Bach's polyphonic works. Keywords—Bach's polyphonic works, learning significance, training strategy, notice Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750) is the greatest musician in human music history. His polyphonic works are regarded as a treasure in the history of human music, which has never been surpassed. The beauty of his works is not only reflected in the preciseness and balance of the musical form structure, but also in the deep emotion nurtured by the notes themselves. Austrian conductor Karajan described his music as "like a fountain flowing through the soul". Today, hundreds of years later, Bach's polyphonic works are widely used in teaching. However, due to the rigorous and complex creative techniques and changeable performance skills of his works, teachers find it difficult to teach them and students are confused. In the author's opinion, in order to play Bach's polyphony well, we need to make an in-depth discussion from the following aspects. I. THE SIGNIFICANCE TO LEARN BACH'S POLYPHONIC

The primary responsibility of applied universities is to cultivate applied talents. Based on the application-oriented professional target, the bilingual course is established in a targeted manner, which makes the talents possess the ability of language and provides the possibility for the compound senior talents being delivered to the society. However, how can we effectively combine professional application with English to achieve twice the result with half the effort, which is a subject, needs continuous exploring for all the bilingual lectures. This paper takes the bilingual course of Physical Chemistry Experiment established by Zaozhuang University as an example; detailed analyses involve the motivation analysis, curriculum design, selection of teaching mode and assessment method. Some suggestions for teaching mode have been put forward combining with the professional characteristics of the College of Chemistry Chemical Engineering and Materials Science. These can provide reference for the construction of bilingual course in other applied universities. —In the light of the traditional financial analysis system that limits to the surface data analysis of financial statements while neglecting the core capabilities evaluation, this paper attempted to set the financial analysis index of enterprise core competitiveness to compensate for the limitations . In this regard, based on the domestic and foreign researches and development atmosphere of enterprise core competitiveness, the financial analysis index system of enterprise core competitiveness has been restructured in four dimensions, namely, human capital return on investment, R&D and innovation capability, cash balance capability and the return rate on capital investment. Meanwhile, the test results based on the data of listed companies in Shaanxi province show that there is a positive correlation between the core competitiveness of enterprises and the four financial analysis indicators, therefore, the indexes are reasonable and have practical value.

The Economist, as a quite influential newspaper in the western society, began to set up China column in 2012 and has made quite a lot of reports concerning different aspects of China and therefore used many expressions with Chinese characteristics. This paper cited the editorials in the China column as the subjects, trying to analyze why and how the translation of lexical items with Chinese characteristics are rewritten in guidance of the three factors of Lefevere’s rewriting theory (ideology, poetics and patronage) and evaluate the rewritten translation to summarize some applicable suggestions to improve domestic translation in this field. This thesis finds that most translations of lexical items with Chinese characteristics in The Economist achieve semantic faithfulness but always carry derogatory hints due to discrepancy in ideology, from which Chinese translators may draw a lesson and avoid similar mistakes. The wave of merger has brought a dramatic change to the entire higher education sector that covers almost all levels of Chinese higher education institutions. Because the higher education in China plays a significant role in promoting the development of the domestic economy, the strategic measure of the large-scale merger will undoubtedly create a great influence on the entire society of China. Nevertheless, the researchers of China higher education have only paid little attention to this wave of the merger. Among the limited number of studies on the merger in the past, they mainly focused on the role that the government played in carrying out reforms at the level of laws and policies, while few focused on mergers at the level of institution, and this research aims at filling in the gap. This paper is for the purpose of discussing the achievements of the merger of China higher education and uncovering the key elements that restrict the progress and achievements of the merger activity. What is more important is that there is the necessity for us to make an analysis on the achievements that the merger activity has obtained from an objective perspective after it has experienced a development period of more than ten years.
