The purpose of this study is to explore positive personality and leadership practice of medical college students’ relationship, so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the basic psychological quality of contemporary college students and cultivating excellent talents in the new era of multi-faceted development. Using the Positive Personality Scale and the Student Leadership Practice Scale, 2 980 medical college students were selected were selected for research through group testing. The results showed that the scores of positive personality and leadership practice of medical college students are in the middle to high level. There is a significant correlation between positive personality and college students' leadership practice behavior. Positive personality can significantly predict college students' leadership practice. This can increase students' leadership practice by improving their positive personality. Keywords—College Students; Positive Personality; Leadership practice; Correlation

Previous researchers found that the adoption of meta-cognitive monitoring strategies is a way to improve the autonomous learning competence of students. However, these researches lack background support as to why meta-cognitive monitoring strategies help to improve autonomous learning. Quantitative correlation between them is rarely studied. By conducting questionnaire survey among college students, this paper studies the status of meta-cognitive monitoring and autonomous learning among college students and investigates the correlation between them. Results of data analysis show that the competences of self-monitoring and autonomous learning of the majority college students are poor; correlation between metacognitive monitoring strategies and autonomous learning is significant. Students who self-monitor their learning well also perform well in their autonomous learning. These findings offer a quantitative support to related researches, and inspire college teachers to update their teaching approaches and assist students to improve their autonomous learning competence through adopting meta-cognitive monitoring strategies. The primary responsibility of applied universities is to cultivate applied talents. Based on the application-oriented professional target, the bilingual course is established in a targeted manner, which makes the talents possess the ability of language and provides the possibility for the compound senior talents being delivered to the society. However, how can we effectively combine professional application with English to achieve twice the result with half the effort, which is a subject, needs continuous exploring for all the bilingual lectures. This paper takes the bilingual course of Physical Chemistry Experiment established by Zaozhuang University as an example; detailed analyses involve the motivation analysis, curriculum design, selection of teaching mode and assessment method. Some suggestions for teaching mode have been put forward combining with the professional characteristics of the College of Chemistry Chemical Engineering and Materials Science. These can provide reference for the construction of bilingual course in other applied universities. The Constitution of the Russian Federation in 1993 proclaimed our country a social state. “The Russian Federation is a social state,” says Article 7 of the Basic Law, “whose policy is aimed at creating conditions for a decent life ...” The Constitution implies that the main goal of a social state is to create conditions that ensure a decent life for all citizens. In addition, the social state, according to the Constitution, is obliged to direct its activities towards the free development of a person, the provision of guarantees for the social protection of the population, and the development of the social sphere. In Russia in the past two decades, certain attempts have been made to create conditions for improving the lives of citizens. The state has formed a general concept, main directions and priorities of social policy, has created a legislative basis for their implementation. However, the presence in the country of 20 million citizens who are below the poverty line, other arguments and facts show that the political leadership, the government has failed to provide with conditions for a decent life for Russians. In this paper, the reform of the teaching mode of the course "Numerical Computation Method" was explored and practiced in the application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities. Based on the social demand for applied innovative talents with scientific and engineering computing abilities, this paper firstly analyzed the current teaching situation of this course and its important role in cultivating innovative talents. Then, it put forward some suggestions and measures for teaching reform from the aspects of examination modes, teaching methods, teaching contents and teaching means. Finally, the teaching effect of this course was shown to support the reform measures. Keywords—talents training; numerical computation method; innovative ability; teaching reform

The polyphonic works in piano teaching is an important teaching content, among which Bach's works are the most representative. Bach's piano polyphonic works have rigorous rules, diverse techniques and exquisite logical relations. However, due to its complicated vocal direction and varied technical skills, polyphony has become a difficult teaching problem for teachers and students. This paper starts with the analysis of Bach's polyphonic works, and puts forward effective training strategies according to his works' style characteristics and creative techniques in order to improve the teaching quality of Bach's polyphonic works. Keywords—Bach's polyphonic works, learning significance, training strategy, notice Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750) is the greatest musician in human music history. His polyphonic works are regarded as a treasure in the history of human music, which has never been surpassed. The beauty of his works is not only reflected in the preciseness and balance of the musical form structure, but also in the deep emotion nurtured by the notes themselves. Austrian conductor Karajan described his music as "like a fountain flowing through the soul". Today, hundreds of years later, Bach's polyphonic works are widely used in teaching. However, due to the rigorous and complex creative techniques and changeable performance skills of his works, teachers find it difficult to teach them and students are confused. In the author's opinion, in order to play Bach's polyphony well, we need to make an in-depth discussion from the following aspects. I. THE SIGNIFICANCE TO LEARN BACH'S POLYPHONIC

The paper reasonably selects main citation index of Jiangxi Normal University’ ESI materials science based on InCites and Web of Science (WOS).Then makes analysis of paper output, impact, collaborating, contribution, source publication, comparison with ESI materials science threshold by statistics, bibliometrics and comparative research methods. Then makes conclusions which the output and quality of papers in materials science of Jiangxi Normal University have certain gap with the level of first-class international disciplines. And at last the author puts forward four feasible suggestions. Keywords—InCites; WOS; ESI Materials Science; Bibliometrics; Citation Index

A characteristic feature of the modern economic system is the high dynamism of transforming knowledge into a key resource for progressive changes in socio-economic and technological development of countries. The main feature of higher education in knowledge economy becomes the shortening of the life cycle of professional knowledge. This causes the need for countries that want to take a leading position on world markets in terms of total expansion of globalization process to shape a new paradigm of higher education. The focus on inculcating the individual desire for fulfilling one’s creative potential, the continuous replenishment of one’s store of knowledge, the expansion of the general and professional horizons and readiness for innovative activities should become the central ideas of the new educational paradigm of higher education in Russia. In the article, the authors attempted to investigate the accumulated problems in the training of highly qualified specialists, to identify new priorities for the Russian higher education institution, to formulate the main paradigms of the development of the higher education system for the knowledge economy. Orientation to instill the personality of the desire for creative implementation, the constant replenishment of the "baggage" of knowledge, the expansion of the general and professional horizons, and readiness for innovation should be the central ideas of the new educational paradigm of higher education in Russia. In recent years, the rapid development of modern information technology has promoted the reform of education and teaching methods. The integration of modern information technology and traditional teaching methods has formed a new blend-teaching model. At present, the new blend-teaching mode has been widely used, and some problems have arisen. Through the practice, analysis and comparison methods, this paper analyzes how to improve the scientific, rationality, pertinence, effectiveness and comprehensive evaluation of the blend-teaching mode. On this basis, it puts forward 11 articles that need further improvement. It is hoped that through the research on the problems existing in the application of the new blend-teaching mode, some teachers will be provided to help teachers who use the blend-teaching mode.
