“Development is the top priority, the talent is the first resource and innovation is the primary driving force”. This important assertion is delivered by president Xi. This paper uses methods of questionnaire survey, field investment and literature reference to investigate students in a university of Shanghai. The students, chosen from freshman to senior year of three colleges, were asked to rate their level of interest in entrepreneurial intentions. Based on the analysis, teaching programs and teaching methods of entrepreneurship education can be improved according to the characteristics of major and grade in university. Keywords—university students; college; grade; entrepreneurial intention; survey data

World experience shows that advanced countries, such as Japan, South Korea, Singapore and others, have achieved a high level of economic development and well-being of the people on the basis of turning science into a direct productive force. According to experts, the economic growth in these countries was ensured by the total capital by 17%, the development of natural resources by 19%, and the contribution of the human factor almost two times more than these two factors combined, more precisely, by 64%. An important role in the process of preparing highly qualified personnel for the economy is played by the higher education system. In a number of post-Soviet states, including Russia, universities and institutes of the Academy of Sciences play a significant role in shaping the knowledge economy. However, in recent years, due to low quality of graduates of higher education, a situation has arisen in Russia where, with an excess of graduates, the need for the sectors that make up the knowledgebased economy is not satisfied. The authors attempt not only to show the leading role of higher education in the development of the knowledge economy, but also to analyze what problems prevent Russia today from reaching the front lines in the world. Keywords—knowledge economy; higher education; public policy

Music is an auditory art. Music auditory sensation runs through the music education. The music education oriented by auditory aesthetic puts the sensation towards music elements at the first place. For teaching objects of varied levels with different cognitive characteristics, like preschool children, primary and secondary school students and college students, the auditory cognition is the beginning of music education. The auditory sensation towards different music elements will be shaped in score reading. That’s the main channel to grasp the features of music elements. In the aesthetic activities of music education, it is worthy of efforts to actively explore the characteristics and value of music elements in the process of auditory cognition. At the same time, it should also arouse the attention of music educators. Keywords—music elements; music education; auditory sensation

This paper analyzes the American interior design education model and concludes that the United States pays special attention to the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability in teaching, and realizes the practical effect of teaching through a series of teaching methods. Simultaneously it has a systematic evaluation system and the evaluation standard to the student study quality evaluation. These points are particularly worthy of China's reference and learning. Legislation is an important guidance of grassroots social governance in China and its practical foundation embodies in two mutually-supporting aspects: reconciling social contradictions and guaranteeing the "one core and multiple" governance structure according to law. However, Legislation is not the purpose of grassroots social governance itself, and its practice cannot be separated from the constraints of Chinese grassroots social traditions such as "no litigation" and "public and private alike", which will cause many problems such as weak legal authority and law enforcement, unadaptable hard law and so on. It is necessary for further to promote the legalization process of grassroots social governance by strengthening the guidance of party building at the grassroots level, promoting the co-existence of hard law and soft law, and shifting the emphasis of of law enforcement in grassroots level. The goal of this paper is to propose strategies to improve the classroom teaching efficiency of college students based on the current advantages of the Internet. The reform of teaching mode is the key to promote the classroom teaching efficient of college students in China. The practice and exploration of teaching mode reform is an important path to realize the maximization of teaching efficiency. The traditional teacher-centered teaching model inhibits students' initiative in learning, which is not conducive to the cultivation of students' exploration spirit and innovative practical ability. In this paper, we introduce several student-centered teaching models, including inquiring teaching, discussion teaching, hybrid teaching and put forward how to implement these teaching models in the internet environment. Since the traditional lecturing teaching mode is widely implemented in China, there are many difficulties in promoting the student-centered teaching mode. In this paper, we also put forward some problems that needed to be solved to carry on these student-centered teaching modes. Finally, we give some suggestions to strengthen the interaction between teachers and students in the internet environment. This paper has a positive guiding significance for improving traditional teaching methods, mobilizing students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, cultivating students' innovative practice ability and improving classroom teaching efficiency with the help of the advantages of the Internet. Keywords—strategy; classroom teaching; efficiency; college students; network environment

Power generation enterprises are the pillar industry in energy field with thermal power bringing about surge economic development at the expense of resources and environment for its high-energy consumption and high pollution. Y Electricity Generation Enterprise’s core industry is thermal power; it should adhere to the sustainable development strategy and continue to improve the level of environmental management. This paper introduces the basic situation of Y Electricity Generation Enterprise. At the same time, Based on the fourdimensional theory of Balanced Scorecard, this paper divides the environmental performance evaluation system of Y Electricity Generation Enterprise into financial dimension, stakeholder dimension, internal business process dimension, learning and growth dimension. Then, Analytic Hierarchy Process combined with experts’ investigation method is employed in this paper to decide the weight of index. There is reference significance for electricity generation enterprises on environmental performance evaluation and analysis. Keywords—Environmental performance evaluation; Balanced scorecard; Analysis hierarchy process; Power generation enterprises I. THE BASIC SITUATION OF Y ELECTRICITY GENERATION ENTERPRISE Y Electricity Generation Enterprise was established in August 2001. It is a power generation enterprise born as a result of power system reform. The registered capital of Y Electricity Generation Enterprise is 23 billion RMB, It is the largest power generation enterprise in province G.Y Electricity Generation Enterprises have been awarded the title of "A Class Enterprise" for 14 consecutive years in the performance appraisal of province G. The power supply structure of Y Electricity Generation Enterprise is dominated by thermal power, among which the primary energy of thermal power mainly comes from coal resources. The installed capacity of coal and electricity is 83%, and the other new energy generation capacity is about 17%. The power generation enterprises are committed to optimizing the power supply structure. At present, Y Electricity Generation Enterprises do not have systematic Environmental performance evaluation system. II. THE BUILDING OF ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SYSTEM OF Y ELECTRICITY GENERATION ENTERPRISE BASED ON BALANCED SCORECARD A. The objective of constructing Y Electricity Generation Enterprise environment evaluation system Y Electricity Generation Enterprises have the characteristics of production and management. Based on the four-dimensional theory of Balanced Scorecard, this paper divides the environmental performance evaluation system of Y Electricity Generation Enterprise into financial dimension, stakeholder dimension, internal business process dimension, learning and growth dimension. At the same time, Y Electricity Generation Enterprise decomposes the environmental strategy into specific goals based on these four dimensions. These objectives are broken down into key performance indicators,
