The cultural industry is gradually becoming an important part of the world's economic development, China vigorously promote the development of cultural industry, put forward "let the development of cultural industry become an important pillar of economic development". Under the guidance of the development strategy of the party and the state, Shandong provincial government proposes to "build a culturally strong province". Zaozhuang should be actively integrated into the national and Shandong province's cultural industry development process to promote the development of Zaozhuang's cultural industry. At present, our country comprehensively promotes the "One Belt And One Road" strategy, and the "soft power" construction plays an important role in the strategy. Through the translation of cultural classics, we can find the emotional interworking zone with countries along the belt and road, promote cultural exchanges, and promote the new situation of China's diplomatic and economic development. Zaozhuang is the hometown of Mo Zi and the birthplace of Mohist culture. The development of Mohist culture is the characteristic industry of Zaozhuang. Mohist culture advocates universal love, non-attack and equality, which is just in line with the spiritual strategy, and strengthens the external publicity of Mohist culture to provide cultural support for the strategy of "One Belt And One Road". In order to improve the learning effect of electrotechnics for students majoring in robotics engineering, teachers strengthen the cultivation of students' core abilities, so as to lay a good foundation for their professional courses. The educational concept of student-centered emphasizes learning, interaction, and the combination of theory and practice based on the concept of IEET engineering education certification. An electrotechnics course integrating knowledge, theory and practice is designed. Teaching reform promotes the growth of students as the center, and gives full play to the basic role of curriculum teaching in the process of cultivating students. The teaching idea, method, means and even the whole teaching process are reformed and designed. In addition, we modularized the course content, and also carried out the construction of teaching resources and teaching team. It improves students' practical ability and innovation consciousness fundamentally. It has certain significance to cultivate the applied talents for production, service and management. Government information system audit, as the frontier field of computer audit carried out by national audit institutions has developed rapidly in recent years. The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee decided to implement the policy of the Universal Two-Child Policy. However, as the main body of fertility, women will be the first to suffer after the adjustment of the birth policy, especially the protection of women's employment rights will usher in new challenges. How to protect women's employment rights after the introduction of the two-child policy has become a problem that our society attaches great importance to. The article outlines the employment rights and protection status of Chinese women, adopts qualitative research methods, explores the problems of women's employment and the reasons behind the problems through interviews, and proposes suggestions for protecting women's employment rights. Through research, it is found that the two-child policy must pay attention to the employment problem of women if it wants to implement smoothly. The government, society, enterprises and women themselves should play their respective roles to protect women's employment rights.
