Under the background of rapid development of China’s outward foreign direct investment (OFDI), there is big difference between the OFDI in China’s different regions due to China’s vast area. It is necessary to study the performance of OFDI in Chinese different regions. Using the OND, this paper analyzes the performance of OFDI in different regions and different provinces, and finds that the higher the level of economic development, the faster the development of OFDI. In order to promote the development of OFDI in different regions and different provinces, this paper puts forward some suggestions such as carrying out OFDI according to different conditions in different regions, pushing OFDI based on the strategy of ‘the Belt and the Road’ and improving the relevant laws and policies. Educators are making efforts to find the factors affecting students’ academic performance and help enhance their grades. This paper explored the effects of the self-regulation of time management and independent learning on junior students’ academic record, found out the structure chart of their theoretical relation, and provided effective thoughts and methods for vast educators. The questionnaire survey was adopted in this research, and there were 448 junior students accepting the survey. The measuring tools were The Chart of Junior Students’ Selfregulation of Time Management and The Chart of Selfadjustment Study. And the total number of questionnaire was 448. The recycled data were performed by t-test, F-test, correlation analysis, regression analysis and intermediary test analysis. The results were:(1)There was a significant positive correlation among self-regulation of time management, independent learning and academic performance;(2)Selfregulation of time management has a positive prediction effect on independent learning and academic performance;(3)Independent learning has the total mediating effect between self-regulation of time management and academic performance. As the disseminator and creator of Chinese culture, it’s necessary for the college students to cultivate their cultural confidence for it’s essential for them to sustain traditional Chinese culture, promote cultural deposits and advance the construction of Chinese culture. The direct selling model, after entering Chinese market, has gradually combined with health products industry and become its main choice. Despite the emergence of a series of problems, such as false advertising and pyramid schemes, the existence of the cooling-off period system has become a reasonable compensate for consumers’ information disadvantage in the market and an important legal way to clarify between direct and pyramid selling. As the direct selling market of health products continuously develops, it is hard for the relatively obsolete cooling-off period system to adapt to the current demand for direct selling transactions. According to the actual conditions in China, the paper borrows some legislation experience from other countries, studies the cooling-off period system as well as its application in our country and puts forward improving suggestions in terms of timeliness restrictions, transaction value and meaning expression limits and unified supervision of returns, classification of application and so on. In this paper, the reform of the teaching mode of the course "Numerical Computation Method" was explored and practiced in the application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities. Based on the social demand for applied innovative talents with scientific and engineering computing abilities, this paper firstly analyzed the current teaching situation of this course and its important role in cultivating innovative talents. Then, it put forward some suggestions and measures for teaching reform from the aspects of examination modes, teaching methods, teaching contents and teaching means. Finally, the teaching effect of this course was shown to support the reform measures. Keywords—talents training; numerical computation method; innovative ability; teaching reform
