In recent years, major projects are becoming risk sources to social instability, which have triggered many mass incidents. High-risk society changes evaluation criteria and agenda of project decision-making. By introducing risk society theory into social impact assessment on major projects, a model of “cognition-behavior” is established to modify the assessment criteria and discipline, and also a new framework to assess and precaution potential social stability risks related to the major projects. As a case study, more than 1000 residents from Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant are surveyed. It shows that there is a significant correlation between psychological reactions and social stability risk behaviors. Along with the risk perception degree enhancement, persons are more likely to have a strong risk appetite and risk behaviors. Including risk perception of the surrounding residents in the framework of social risk assessment explores a path to prevention of psychological crisis of anxiety triggered by major projects, which helps to establish a more scientific and reasonable risk assessment model.

Agile satellite becomes mainstream development direction in the new generation of earth observation satellite due to its low cost, light weight, a short development cycles and high accuracy of attitude adjustment. Its mission planning problem is NP-hard difficult characteristics because of satellite attitude maneuver ability. A mathematical model of multi-objective for agile satellite mission planning problem is built on the basis of analysis of the agile satellite observations manner and observational characteristics in this paper, and tabu search-parallel genetic algorithm which designed algorithm encoding structure, genetic manipulation and the flow of entire framework and algorithm is proposed. The results that were analyzed by simulation case indicated the effectiveness and speed of the proposed algorithms which are superior to Immune Clonal Selection Algorithm and Adaptive Ant Colony Algorithm.

With the development of China's market economy and the gradual disclosure of executive compensation data, the remuneration of the company's senior managers have become theoretical and practical issues of common concern. In this paper, based on the related theories and the data of listed logistics company in 2009, we do a quantitative study using regression analysis method. By analyzing EPS and ROE, we come out that executive pay does not have a significant linear relationship with corporate performance. From the perspective of corporate governance, this paper comes to the relationship between executive pay as well as the scale of the company and its independent directors, board of supervisors. In the end of this paper, we proposed the corresponding countermeasures.

The recommendation behavior from the consumer to potential consumer is one of the effective ways, which even affect the sound development of mobile commerce industry. In this paper, we construct a decision-making model of recommendation behavior to compare the behavioral choices under rationality and reciprocity, and also analyze the influence of reciprocity preference and referral reward program on recommendation behavior and the incentive effect. The results indicate that the effect of reciprocity on the level of effort about recommendation is not absolutely positive, and it may come into being negative effect. Given the reciprocal preference of the agent, the more important for improving effort-rate is to increase the reciprocity parameter, and to improve the assessment of kindness term that potential consumer response to consumer.

In practice, returns on investments in IT cannot be directly verified and it is difficult to identify the proportion of the shared IT budget allocated to each stage for multiple production process. In order to measure the IT returns on each stage directly, this paper proposes a simultaneous production functions model for the multiple production process connected in series. This model can be used not only to identify the impact of IT on firm performance, but also to estimate the technical efficiencies of each stage for multiple production process. It can be shown that the difficulty of identifying the shared inputs in each production stage will disappear with this new model when those decision making units have the same allocation of IT budget.

The enterprise research and development (in short, R&D) system is the basis of the regional, industrial, and even national innovation system. The coupling degree of the enterprise R&D system elements and the interaction relationships between the elements and the external environment will both cause deep influence on all kinds of the innovation systems which are mentioned above. In contrast to the existing literatures which only consider the elements and operational processes in the R&D system based on the closed perspective, from the view of system opening, this paper re-examines the connotation, boundary and the input-output relationship between the enterprise R&D system and its external environment, systematic analyzes the effectiveness of the enterprise R&D system, and hopes to provide the basis of theoretical analysis for the relative researches on the enterprise R&D system and its external environment.

How do corporate select and employ streamlined indictors to facilitate supply chain management on its products is an issue of interest and practical significance. Both water footprint and carbon footprint are popular indicators with sound public perception to assess product environmental performance and further undertake supply chain management. As a big contributor to water scarcity as well as greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, immense potential exists in agrifood sector for reducing environmental impacts exerted from humanity's production and consumption activities. In this paper, water and carbon footprints were calculated for three soybean products at brand level, under a process-based life cycle assessment (LCA) methodology to evaluate the applicability of the concept and method for food product. The results demonstrated well comprehensiveness and practicality of water and carbon footprints as streamlined indicators in product supply chain management for the selected products. Footprinting values were compared among different life cycle stages and possible mitigation strategies were put forward for water use and GHGs reductions throughout the supply chain.

Between February and April 2012, all the companies which both listed at home and abroad disclose their internal control reports and internal audit reports to the society for the first time, according to the internal control supporting guidance of the enterprises. The content and influence of the internal control evaluation reports become the attention focus for academic circles, enterprise and government. By using empirical analysis based on event study method, we prove that the condition of information leakage of the annual reports and internal control reports is very serious. In addition, there is much abnormal return existed near the time when the reports disclose. At the same time, by using Paired Samples T Test, we find that the fluctuation of the stock price is mainly caused by the disclosure of annual reports. The influence of internal control reports is rather small. To sum up, the internal control reports are more likely to be the supplementary information for the annual reports. Information disclosure of internal control reports is insufficient and vague. Moreover, the standards of the internal control reports need to be refined and the internal control construction of the enterprise remains to be developed.

E-commerce recommendation helps consumers to find the products and services they want. Challenging research problems in E-commerce remain. The existing methods tend to use the same theme granularity. However due to the consumer's individual differences and the context of the consumer tasks, different consumers are not possible to understand all the same. Meanwhile, the data sparsity reduces the accuracy of the recommendation system. In this paper, we propose an approach on collaborative preferences extension based E-commerce recommendation that overcomes these drawbacks and try to find the hidden theme preferences, based on the collaborative extension SOM clustering method. We describes our method in three stages: collaborative preferences expansion, preference feature construction, and preferences clustering stage. Experiments show that the proposed approach is effective.

Aiming at the problem of index to evaluate the capability of regional technological innovation in a large quantity and the problem of the impact on assessment results caused by the correlation among the indicators, the paper creates the evaluation indicator system from the input, supporting, and the output three aspects based on the analysis of the components of system. Combined with the economic meaning of the indicator, clustering the criterion layer indicators, the regional capabilities of technological innovation of our country's 16 provinces and cities are evaluated comprehensively by utilizing the entropy method. The evaluation results reflect the actual level of various provinces and cities in the technological innovation capability, which verify the validity and scientific of the proposed method.
