This study is to understand the factors hindering women's social participation in NGOs. This qualitative study invited the participants to describe what factors inhibited women's involvement in NGOs. In particular response to the nature of women's social participation in Sarawak, the researchers highlighted long and critical answers and discussions as put forth by 36 selected participants from various NGOs in Sarawak, Malaysia. It is important to emphasize on their discussions as it provided the understanding of the barrier towards women's social participation in NGOs. There were four categories of obstacles being identified in this study. The factors namely practical deterrent, psychological barrier, discrimination and prejudice, and lack of resources. The inhibiting factors which were grouped in these four categories comprised of 16 factors. It is hoped that this study will help the stakeholders to come out with different strategies in assisting women to be more aware and active in civil based society. Emotional Intelligence (EI) can be defined as recognising our own and others' feelings, motivating ourselves, and effectively managing emotions in ourselves and relationships (Goleman, 2009). Emotional intelligence has garnered much attention in management literature, particularly in the leadership domain, apart from the increasing number of studies in the industrial-organisational psychology discipline. Emotional intelligence is linked to observing team members' behaviour, adjusting the team's direction, and encouraging and convincing members, all of which are crucial in developing effective leadership (Lehner, 2020). Effective leaders may show employees how to complete their obligations more efficiently and effectively and provide solutions to complex problems that they cannot solve on their own. Furthermore, effective leaders are concerned with ethics since ethical leaders are significant with the fair treatment of their subordinates and two-way communication, significantly minimising stress and emotional distress among employees (Lee et al., 2021). This research was conducted to (1) investigate the activities and cost drivers in the mask manufacturing process, (2) investigate the effectiveness of activity-based costing lessons, and (3) perform a comparison of learning achievements attained through the case-based learning of mask production using the activity-based cost method. The study results were reported as means, standard deviations, and dependent samples (t-test) results. The analyses revealed that five activity centers are involved in the production of valveless surgical masks and costs were determined by both volume and duration, whereby the Process Efficiency/Product Efficiency (E1/E2) ratio of 82.25/81.55 met the predetermined standards. Moreover, students' academic achievement after completing the case-based learning activity increased at a significance level of 0.01. Thus, these research findings can be of value for teachers aiming to develop lessons for students in accordance with the 21st century teaching and learning strategies. Keywords: Activity Based Costing; Case-based Learning; Surgical Mask.

Running a business in the complex and global world requires cooperation of entities with different complementary resources and competences. A socio-economic organization which wishes to be competitive in the modern market must possess proper human, financial, material and information resources and be able to use them in the most effective way. A significant element in creating a network of connections is the absorption of knowledge and its skillful use linked with shaping innovation. Stimulation of the flow of knowledge between cooperating entities increases the level of innovation of undertaken projects. Enterprises and institutions that join together in cluster initiatives bring their material potentials, skills and experience in order to survive in a competitive market (most often small and medium-sized enterprises, scientific and research institutions) and to multiply the possibilities of achieving benefits. The accepted thesis of the article which claims that new, cooperating, innovative inter-organizational networks supported by local institutions contribute to an increase of their competitiveness in the market does not require special justification. However, the research problem is to indicate the methods by which it is possible to assess if participation in a business cluster brings benefits in specific areas of activity. The starting point for considerations in the presented study is the assumption that participation in clusters provides economic, social and scientific entities with economic or marketing benefits as well as knowledge development and socio-economic revival of a region. The main scientific inquiry, not only for the purposes of this thesis but also knowledge necessary for managers, is the effectiveness level of the adopted project. The aim of the article is to present research methods that can be used to assess the benefits that individual organizational entities achieve due to participation in a business cluster or a cluster initiative. Road injury is classified as an unintentional injury resulting from road crashes with one or more vehicles or persons, and this injury may result in fatality. Among unintentional injuries, Road Traffic Injury (RTI) is the most common cause of death worldwide (Onainor, 2019). Approximately 1.3 million people are involved in road crashes, resulting in 20 to 50 million suffering from non-fatal injuries worldwide (World Health Organization, 2021). Pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists, and pillions are considered at-risk groups that were contributing to half of the road traffic fatalities and injuries. About 93% of these road fatalities are from low and middle-income countries, negatively impacting their countries' economic well-being. Apart from that, the condition impacts the national economic growth and the household financial burden due to the loss of productivity caused by premature death aged 5 – 29 (World Health Organization, 2021). While there are costing analyses and mathematical injury models that might project the burden of RTIs, there is another way to understand the burden: measuring the quality of life of those affected. QOL is one of the prominent tools used in RTI, which provides evidence-based patient-reported outcomes regarding individuals' well-being. QOL is also used in guiding informed decision making for future healthcare planning. The QOL measurement also is relevant when the measurement of morbidity and mortality cannot be assessed accurately (Rissanen, Berg, & Hasselberg, 2017). While the health provider and policymaker are affected economically due to road crashes, the patients involved too are greatly affected by the crash aftermath. The volume of data that individuals & businesses create tends to increase rapidly, leading to the challenge of how to leverage them to create real value? That's why more and more businesses are engaged in pursuing Data Culture & orienting it to become the number one priority (according to Gartner's survey). However, the transition from instinct-driven decision-making to data-driven decision making is not an easy process. From culture to logistics, there are countless barriers that organizations must navigate in order to make optimal use of cultural data to their benefit. This Paper is based in the following Research Design. It first seeked the theoretical framework on Data-Driven Culture, Data-Driven Marketing and its importance in an Organization. Then, via the application of Data Analytics – An application that analyzes data to identify problems and solutions, the Paper then proposes this data as the backbone for all activities and decisions in the process of planning, implementing, and optimizing operations. Thirdly, it researches a sample case study of Common types of data in Performance Marketing and Marketing data analysis process. The study has shown very significant results. One of the primary outcomes of this research is to find out the definition of Data Driven Culture, Data-Driven Marketing and related theorectical framworks. In addition, the findings showed a Case Study of Performance Marketing which reveals the Data Driven Culture, Data-Driven Marketing and its applications for business decison making and for Enterprises problems solving. The Covid-19 pandemic that has spread since the beginning of 2020 is considered a "Black Swan" event because it appears unexpectedly, is difficult to predict and occurs not within the normal expected range and has a very extreme impact. The Covid-19 pandemic brought people to enter an era full of turbulence called VUCA, or stands for "volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous". The implementation of social mobility restriction policies to overcome the rate of viral infections led the community to enter a prolonged health, social and economic crisis. One of the worst affected sectors is MSME.In Indonesia alone, MSMEs have a significant role in the economy because they contribute 61.07% of GDP and absorb 97% of the total workforce (Kementerian Kordinator Bidang Perekonomian Republik Indonesia, 2021). However, the MSME Performance survey during the COVID-19 pandemic showed that during the pandemic, 94.69% of businesses experienced a decrease in sales, and 85.42% of MSME respondents also stated that their business was likely to last only one year since the pandemic took place (Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia, 2020). The results showed that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are particularly vulnerable to failure in continuous shifts and unpredictable events (Pal et al., 2014), like Covid-19. SMEs are also the most affected in times of crisis and the least prepared of all organizations. Furthermore, the study of How SMEs prepare and respond to emergencies is still not much explored (Sullivan-Taylor & Branicki, 2011).

Furthermore, the study of How SMEs prepare and respond to emergencies is still not much explored (Sullivan-Taylor & Branicki, 2011).\u0000\u0000\u0000Keywords: MSME Business Resilience, Covid-19, Cost of Technology Adoption, Technology Perceived Usefulness, Government Support

High school learners Mathematics performance have a direct relationship to a nation's scientific and technological improvement and learners' competence in Mathematics and the Sciences is important for their social and economic standing (Othman, et al., 2012, Reddy, et al., 2015). The 2015 TIMMS report states that the slow level of change in the contextual conditions contributes to the levels of poverty and nature of inequality in the country and this rate of change is insufficient to meet the educational expectations and needs of the country (Reddy, et al., 2016). In the 2019 TIMMS report, Reddy, et al. conclude that the rate of improvement in Mathematics has declined (Reddy, et al., 2020). Upon analysing the Grade 12 National Senior Certificate Results for the period 2016 to 2019, the researchers found that the performances of learners in Mathematics has adversely affected the overall pass rate of Grade 12 learners, within each high school, in the Phambela Circuit. In addition, parents expressed concern that the poor Mathematics pass rate deny their children the opportunity to enrol for Mathematics and Science related courses at institutions of higher learning.

During the globalisation period, information and communication technology (ICT) has profoundly impacted various fields, particularly in the banking and finance sector in which resulted to the emergence of digital banking. When a country's majority population is Muslim, such as Malaysia, Islamic digital banking becomes required to arise in order to meet the needs of the country's community to enjoy the halal financing products given by Islamic banking. However, the community may respond or not to the adoption of new technology such as Islamic digital banking since there are certain elements that impact people's proclivity to accept this new technology. This study is aimed to investigate the interconnection between the average income level of Malaysian community and the tendency Malaysian community toward the adoption of Islamic digital banking. This study used a quantitative survey questionnaire with 100 valid respondents. The SPSS software was utilised in this study to analyse the data using descriptive analysis. The general finding of this study shows that the group with lower income level be responsive about the adoption of Islamic digital banking compared to the higher income group. It indicates that, this group believed that Islamic digital banking can be beneficial to the community socially and economically.
