Log4shell Investigate Based On Generic Computer Forensic Investigation Model 基于通用计算机取证调查模型的Log4shell调查

Log 4Shel1 (CVE-2021-44228) Vulnerability was disclosed on November 24, 2021. It is loophole from JAVA application which is a ubiquitous library of Log4j for logging framework. The hacker invokes JNDI lookup component for call Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) which attacked by several ways such as Remote Code Execute (RCE) which is a critical effect on the vulnerable server. Therefore, this research paper proposes a study to investigate Log 4Shell under the control of the Generic Computer Forensic Investigation Model (GCFIM). The purpose of this investigation is to determine the management of the analysis process for accessing guideline information, gathering data, and analyzing digital evidence related to the Log4Shell attack. Furthermore, the paper provides a report documenting the source of the attacker that attacked the servers, which can be used as evidence in legal documents in court.

Low-Frequency Wave Propagation in the Cave 洞穴中的低频波传播

Wireless communication within caves or tunnels has been researched for a long time. The major problem in cave communication is the limitation of wave propagation within the conductive cave wall, which makes it like the waves traveling in the waveguide. In addition, cave environments with curved and non-uniform paths that cause high attenuation differ from propagation in free space. However, the nature of the low frequencies, with their diffraction abilities and skin effects, allows them to communicate within caves. Therefore, this paper presents a study of low-frequency wave propagation in the cave by investigating the mechanism of low-frequency propagation within the cave. The method used was an experimental study by transmitting low-frequency waves through the cave cavity, which revealed the attenuation that occurred as the wave propagated in the cave. In conclusion, the significant factor is the skin depth generated by the electrical conductivity of the cave wall, which made it possible to explain the low-frequency propagation behavior in the cave and will use to develop a low-frequency propagation model.

Developing Steps for Learning Programming through Gamification 通过游戏化学习编程的发展步骤

Gamification has been widely used in recent years to enhance the learning experience of various subjects, including programming. However, there is a lack of clear and structured approach to implement gamification in programming education. This aim of this research is to develope a set of steps for efficiently learning programming through a game. The proposed steps cover the essential aspects of learning programming such as problem-solving, debugging, and understanding of programming concepts. The study also found that the proposed steps are flexible and also be applied to different programming languages and level of learners. The proposed steps also can be used as a guide for educators and trainers to implement the proposed step in programming education to make the learning process more engaging, interactive and fun. The study concludes the proposed step can be a valuable resources for educators and trainers to use gamification in education.

Feature reduction for hand gesture classification: Sparse coding approach 手势分类的特征约简:稀疏编码方法

Hand grasping patterns are highly complex and necessitate sophisticated hand kinematic models. To effectively investigate and study hand gestures in realistic and daily-life scenarios, it is crucial to reduce the dimensionality of hand kinematics. Many studies have proposed low-dimensional kinematic models using dimension reduction techniques, revealing that only a few dimensions of the kinematic model are significant for accurately recognizing hand gestures. In this paper, we propose a novel feature selection technique based on sparse coding to classify hand gestures, with a specific focus on grasping objects. Our technique outperforms Principal Component Analysis (PCA), which is a commonly used dimension reduction technique. By utilizing sparse coding, we are able to extract the most informative features from the kinematic data, resulting in a more precise and efficient classification of hand gestures. Our approach has significant potential for real-world applications in areas such as human-robot interaction, prosthetics, and virtual reality.

Machine Learning-Based Coarse Frequency Bands Classification For Cognitive Radio Applications 基于机器学习的认知无线电粗频带分类

This paper is focused on multiple supervised machine learning algorithms’ performance evaluation in terms of classification accuracy and speed for the blind frequency bands classification into three occupancy classes: white, gray, and black spaces for potential implementation in cognitive radio application. Training and validation data sets consisting of 180 000 samples, including 60 000 samples per class, have been collected in the controlled experiment. Data samples have been generated using a hardware signal generator and recorded on the receiver’s front end as the time-domain complex signals. Gray space data samples contain one, two, or three signals modulated into 2FSK, BPSK, or QPSK with symbol rates 10, 100, or 1000 kSymbol/s. White space data samples contain no own generated signals. Black space data samples contain two signals with the symbol rate of 22.5 MSymbol/s and offset +14 MHz and −14 MHz from the central frequency occupying the entire observation band. Training and validation of twenty supervised machine learning algorithms have been performed offline in the Matlab Classification Learner application using the collected data set. Fine decision trees have demonstrated the highest classification accuracy of 87.8 %, the observed classification speed of 630000 Objects/s is also higher than the required 2000 Objects/s. Medium decision trees and ensemble boosted trees have demonstrated 87.5 % and 87.7 % accuracy and classification speeds of 950000 and 230000 Objects/s respectively. Therefore, ensemble boosted trees, and fine and medium decision trees have been selected for the deployment on the target radio application in the scope of future work.

Balancing Dual DC Voltage Control in Quasi Single-Stage Converter for Low-Voltage Energy Storage System Grid-Connected 并网低压储能系统准单级变流器平衡双直流电压控制

The aim of a bidirectional quasi single-stage converter (QSSC) for low-voltage energy storage systems that are grid-connected is to reduce the power conversion stage of the dc-dc converter, which results in improved overall efficiency. The QSSC configuration relies on a modified modulation strategy due to the unequal dual dc port (upper and lower dc ports) voltage. The control for ensuring that the dual dc port voltages are equal is presented in this paper. When the lower dc port is varied in response to battery voltage, another is controlled to track in response to the lower dc port, so that the voltage ratio between the upper and lower dc port is always equal to one. Furthermore, power sharing in a dual dc port is equal, which means that a dc-dc converter automatically operates at 50% of the battery power. Thus, the existing modulation can be used and the power stage conversion of the dc-dc converter can be decreased. The proposed control for the QSSC is verified with simulation results.

Marine Predators Algorithm Optimization for Economic Load Dispatch with Valve-Point Loading Effects 具有阀点负荷效应的海洋掠食者算法优化

This paper presents an application of a marine predator algorithm to solve the economic load dispatch problem. By using the fuel cost function with the valve-point loading effects or non-smooth cost function. The objective function is needed to find the minimum fuel cost based on the power balance and power limit of the generator constrain. The Brownian and Lévy randomization in the marine predator are used for finding the best answer. The three and six unit generator systems are case studies. The simulation results were compared by other methods of the optimization techniques. This study is found that the proposed method can be able to determine the power of the generator resulting in lower fuel costs.

By using the fuel cost function with the valve-point loading effects or non-smooth cost function. The objective function is needed to find the minimum fuel cost based on the power balance and power limit of the generator constrain. The Brownian and Lévy randomization in the marine predator are used for finding the best answer. The three and six unit generator systems are case studies. The simulation results were compared by other methods of the optimization techniques. Accuracy Improvement of the Shrimp-size Estimation Method for an Automatic Feeding-tray Lifting System Used in Shrimp Farming 对虾养殖中自动投料盘提升系统对虾尺寸估算方法精度的提高

Two shrimp-size estimation methods were previously proposed in the shrimp-growth estimation based on ResNeXt for an automatic feeding-tray lifting system. The first one is based on the size of the smallest rectangle in which a shrimp is inscribed. The second is based on the shrimp’s skeleton. Both methods have their strength and weakness. The former works better in the case of straight-body shrimp, but the latter works well in the case of curved-body shrimp. This study proposes a combination method of box-based and skeleton-based measurements by using a box ratio or eigenvalue ratio as a method-selection parameter to improve the performance of the shrimp-size estimation. Experimental results showed that the combination method using the box ratio can reduce the error by 63.56% and 9.24% compared with those of the previous box-based and skeleton-based methods, respectively. The combination method with the eigenvalue ratio can reduce the error by 63.10% and 8.08%, respectively. This study shows that combining the box-based and the skeleton-based measurements can reduce the error of the shrimp-size estimation method and improve its performance considerably.

Radiation of an Antenna on a Planar Metamaterial Coated PEC by Using Reciprocity Theorem 利用互易定理研究平面超材料涂层上天线的辐射

Radiation of a current moment in the presence of an infinite planar material with PEC ground plane is presented in terms of rays by using the reciprocity theorem. The material can be double positive/double negative (DPS/DNG) materials. All the dominant radiation/scattering mechanisms of a current moment are identified and analytically quantified in terms of rays in the edge fixed plane coordinate system. The Fresnel reflection and transmission coefficients are obtained when the source is obliquely incident. Some examples are given, when the source is mounted on or in an infinite planar material with PEC backing.

Efficient Deep Attentive Pixels Network in Face Super-Resolution at Scale Factor of 16 16比例系数下人脸超分辨率的高效深度关注像素网络

Nowadays, Face Super-Resolution (FSR) models utilize the fusion approach, which combines the attention technique with the super-resolution network. The fusion approach has been proposed and solves the problem of FSR. Facial attributes have been effectively used to guide low-level information of the face to perform robust face image restoration. Iterative techniques appraised the value of facial landmarks to boost the reconstruction capability of the super-resolution network. Nevertheless, the network parameters in FSR are high, while the learning rate is still low. This paper proposes an attention mechanism combined with the Face Alignment Network (FAN). The proposed attention mechanism consists of channel attention and a non-local module. Our proposed model outperforms at the scale of $times 16$ compared to the other state-of-the-art models.
