This article tries to reveal another meaning to the word al-nabiy al-ummiy in the context of historic-Sufistic. Among Indonesian mufassirs al-nabiy al-ummiy means less read and write, although there are other muslim scholars who understand that the Prophet Muhammad does not know how to read and write. Based on this latter view it becomes an apologetic argument that all the revelations revealed to the Prophet Muhammad are independently. There were not influenced by the previous traditions and religious cultures. To find the meaning beyond the conventional meaning above, the author tries to trace the historical background before and during Muhammad's time by using descriptive analytic-historical and sufistic. The result of this discussion of the author finds that beyond the common sense al-nabiy al-ummiy can be understood by: first, that Muhammad saw as the perfect person he became the source (babon), polecy (policy), and wisdom (wisdom) both vertical and horizontal among the people. Secondly, based on the historical reality of the proud Arab nation if it is attributed to the lineage of Mother's side, it affirms that the prophet Muhammad is an honorable man. Third, al-nabiy al-ummiy became one of the visions of Islam as a motherly religion that women should be honored and get their rights. Fourth, al-nabiy al-ummiy as proof that the prophet Muhammad gave strict laws against the mothers (of a husband) who can not be passed on to the children of his old wife.

This paper takes the topic of religious freedom. Freedom of belief when faced with the principle of freedom of religion promoted by the declaration of human rights cause differences in public perception. The formulation of freedom of religion can be understood by choosing or embracing a religion, out of a religion and no religion is the scope of freedom of religion. This also affects the law and the provision of transitional religious sanctions contrary to the principle of religious freedom which will affect the violation of human rights. The existence of clash between two interests is the author interested in discussing it further.This research is library research (literature study), with normative approach. Data collection is done by recording, reviewing and reviewing all information obtained from primary and secondary data. After the data collection process is complete, data selection, data grouping, and description process is the compilation of data into a narrative text. Then the data is analyzed qualitatively to get the conclusion.This research produces: 1) There is a difference of opinion of scholars related to the issue of religious transition. The majority of religious scholars believe that the case of religious transition into the hudud finger. This is due to the definite and permanent form of punishment and there is no chance for the ruler to forgive him. Meanwhile, according to Hanafiyah incase this transition case of religion on takzir jarimah, the consequences of death penalty is fixed and permanent, but there is an opportunity for the ruler to forgive him and forgive him; 2) For the murder of transitional people in the shari'ah of Islam is the replacement of religion accompanied by war. This article aims to track the Qur'an review of corruption. Because one of the most prevalent issues in Indonesia today is criminal acts of corruption, various ways have been done by the State to overcome corruption, from changing the law, establishing an institution specifically dealing with corruption to increase the sanction for convicted of corruption, but it is still not yet yielding results that encourage the community. The data presented in this paper is sourced from literature review by tracing the sources directly related to the theme especially the Qur'an and Sunnah. From the results of this study found that: Corruption as an extra-ordinary crimes crime is not explicitly mentioned by the Qur'an, but some terms such as ghulul, suht, sarq, hirabah some terms are considered to represent the Qur'an's notion of corruption. The punishment for the perpetrators of corruption, the most appropriate according to the authors is the punishment of the ta'dzir finger which in its implementation may equal or even exceed the sanction of hadd penalty. In this case the rulers are given the power to determine punishments according to the public interest, and should not be contrary to the provisions of shari'ah and general principles, such as applying Undang-undang No. 31 Tahun 1999 and which has been perfected by Undang-undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 Tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.

This study aims to determine the influence of religious attitudes toward PHBS community at RejangLebong district. This research is field research, with approach of mixed methods, concurrent triangulation model. The results showed that the attitude of religiosity has a contribution of 83.80% to the community PHBS Dusun Curup. The attitude of the religiosity of society has an influence on the clean behavior of them, as the religious ritual dimension brings influence to the behavior of using clean water in everyday life. Then the dimension of religious consequences in the community in bringing influence on community behavior in combating mosquito larvae. The influence of the attitude of religiosity on the Psychic / Mental health of society is to make people obedient to the leadership who gave command that is Allah SWT. Coachingpeople have a high legislature in carrying out the duty that is given to them. Making people have an optimistic attitude in facing the future. Reassuring people's souls. Encouraging the community face the problems of life with a patient and steadfast heart.Educating people to be sportive and gentleman to admit their mistakes and sin. Avoiding people from doing despicable and evil. While the influence of medical health, has not brought significant influence as there are still many people who smoke, smoking habit has been evenly done by the fathers, not only fathers, but also the youth who are still in school and have not had a job.

Religious life in Indonesia is very dynamic with the emergence of various cases set to religious radicalism.. The phenomenon is not only growing at a particular community, but its existence has been developing in the form of transnational institution. Even pesantren as part of Islamic tradition of archipelago is often associated as' base or central understanding of Islam fundamental become root for growth radical movement that in the name of Islam. The radicalization of understanding at certain pesantren huts that impact on acts of radicalism in Indonesia should be laid in the context of the development of transnational Islamic movements due to the various developments of the existing world. The results of this study concluded that Islam as a universal religion of love (rahmatan lil 'alamin) which teaches education by upholding human values, respecting human rights, respecting cultural and cultural diversity, craving peace, justice, tolerance and a balanced attitude, and other noble manifestations. Dogmatic groups that justify acts of violence in the name of religion have reduced and injured the teachings of rahmatan lil 'alamin. Islamic education (Pesantren) that teaches hatred against different opinions and beliefs is not ideal for the continuity of diversity and diversity in Indonesia. Pesantrens infiltrated by radicalization need to be reoriented in a direction compatible with the Islamic spirit that teaches mutual respect and brotherhood.
