THE EFFORTS OF SINGKAWANG BATIK COMMUNITY TO REALIZE EQUALITY AND WELFARE OF WOMEN AND DISABILITY GROUP 新卡旺蜡染社区为实现妇女和残疾群体的平等和福利所做的努力

Equality and welfare need to be realized for women and groups with disabilities. To realize this, various efforts are needed. The purpose of this study is to explain the strategies and roles carried out by the Singkawang City Batik community in realizing equality and welfare for women and groups with disabilities through local wisdom. The method in this research is a qualitative case study. The results of the study show that equality and welfare for women and groups with disabilities are interconnected and influence each other, and to realize equality and welfare for women and groups requires special strategies. The conclusion from this study is that the efforts of the Batik Kote Singkawang community to realize equality and welfare for women & groups with disabilities through empowerment have been carried out through a strategy, namely empowering women and groups with disabilities based on local wisdom and carrying out roles according to what is needed by empowerment participants, namely mentors, motivators and facilitator.

THE IMPACT OF MANDALIKA CIRCUIT DEVELOPMENT ON SOCIO-CULTURAL CHANGES : A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW 曼荼里伽回路的发展对社会文化变迁的影响:系统的文献回顾

Socio-cultural changes from the existence of a tourism development affect the order in society. The study of socio-cultural changes can be seen from the changing forms of culture in the surrounding community. Socio-cultural changes that can be seen in terms of changes in mindset, behavior patterns, and of course changes in the form of physical objects. For this reason, this study aims to study the impact of the construction of the Mandalika Circuit on socio-cultural changes. The literature search in this study was based on the Google Scholar database, which produced 21 published articles from 2019-2022 using the keyword Mandalika Circuit Development. The Direct Knowledge database with the keywords social impact tourism in the 2018-2022 range of 10 articles. After going through the process of screening, quality assessment, data extraction, and adjustment to the inclusion criteria, 31 articles were obtained as reference articles that could be used in this study. The results of this study obtained various impacts of the construction of the Mandalika Circuit on socio-cultural changes in the form of changes in people’s mindsets and behavior patterns. The mindset and behavior of the community towards progress and its impact are in the eyes of the needs of a more heterogeneous community, the community feels proud of the construction of the Mandalika Circuit, and some of the impacts on the economic sector and MSMEs. In addition to the positive impacts, negative impacts are also inevitable, let alone the erosion of one’s own culture which is full of good values. In the future, the community will not be complacent and will not be displaced by migrants because they are less competitive due to the limited competence of both hard skills and soft skills in the tourism sector. Researchers in the field of special socio-cultural studies due to the construction of the Mandalika Circuit are still not significant.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PANCASILA VALUES TOWARDS IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MERDEKA CURRICULUM IN INDONESIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM 在印度尼西亚教育系统中实施独立课程的pancasila价值观

The research background can be seen from the curriculum which continues to experience changes as a result of the very rapid progress of the times, especially in the Indonesian education system which must be in harmony with the values of Pancasila, namely, in order to develop oneself in terms of abilities, skills, ethics and morals. In research reports, the authors apply qualitative research methods that use literature library research (literature study) where researchers take secondary data sources to collect related information about subjects and issues with data analysis techniques from the Miles and Huberman model, namely using qualitative data analysis. In the national education system, Pancasila values are nationally placed as a guideline for achieving educational goals, the system that refers to the implementation components is the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila which is used as the foundation of the state education system. As a consequence of improvements related to the addition of the previous curriculum, instructions for implementing the Merdeka Curriculumwere given as part of learning recovery (recovery of learning), as stated in Kemendikbudristek Decree No. 56 of 202. Based on this, the author tries to provide additional knowledge about the current education system which implements Pancasila values in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. Merdeka Learning must be able to liberate students, educators, and educational institutions in a more effective system to advance the quality of education in Indonesia.

The existence of the Multicultural class is an attraction, because not all schools dare to carry out the Multicultural class program in overcoming social inequalities that often occur. Cultural conflicts and violence in Papua, the assessment of the term dividing individuals through religion, riots, and intolerance are not new discourses that appear in the highlights of the mass media. The multicultural class bridges teaching related to these issues to the nation's children so as not to repeat the same case, realizes the value of Pancasila that we are one, and also interprets the country's motto, namely Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Religion is not necessarily taught to individuals for free, various media and methods are carried out for this teaching collaboration. It is not a taboo subject, Islam teaches the diversity of multicultural education implicitly in the Qur'anic text. So it is not impossible, religion and multicultural education become a harmonious blend in learning. In a society, religion is one of the factors that support life, especially in spiritual life. Therefore, the researcher considers it necessary to do community service based on these social phenomena, with the aim of strengthening the cultivation of religious and social character values for the community by contamination of the existence of various cultures of immigrants who settled with the intention of school students from outside the area.

CHARACTER EDUCATION BASED ON LOCAL WISDOM SIRI’ NA PACCE IN SOCIOLOGY LEARNING 以地方智慧为基础的人格教育在社会学学习中是没有进展的

Technological developments have opened up the opportunity for every mixed culture, with negative and positive effects. One negative impact is that students tend to imitate foreign cultures and forget their culture's local wisdom values. Thus, the study intended to see the concept of integrating character education in siri’ na pacce’s local wisdom through sociology. This type of research is a library study that uses books and other literature as primary objects. Studies show how integrating siri’ na pacce’s value in sociology can be done through four strategies. First, exemplary strategy. The teacher, as the subject, gives an example of any action, behavior, or words that indicate siri’ na pacce's attitude. The second strategy is to intervene by integrating values-based character education siri’ na pacce in sociological studies. The third strategy is consistent breeding. After an exemplary and intervention strategy has been implemented, a strategy is needed to keep what has been implanted into a habit or habit. The fourth strategy is reinforcement. The strategy is basically done along with the breeding strategy. This integration can be an attempt to introduce and pass on local culture to the student, as well as good character creation.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kebutuhan bahan ajar digital berbasis studi kasus di perguruan tinggi sebagai upaya untuk mengimplementasikan merdeka belajar di Indonesia. Kemampuan analisa kasus yang dilakukan dapat membantu meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir mahasiswa untuk mencapai kemerdekaan berpikir. Penelitian dilakukan pada mata kuliah Dasar-dasar Imu Pendidikan sebagai mata kuliah wajib di Perguruan Tinggi Lembaga Penghasil Tenaga Kependidikan (LPTK). Bahan ajar telah tersedia dalam bentuk cetak dan digital namun bagaimana kebutuhan bahan ajar yang berbasis studi kasus? Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mix metode. Mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah Dasar-dasar Ilmu Pendidikan dimintai mengisi angket dan diwawancarai terkait kebutuhan terhadap bahan ajar berbasis studi kasus. Data tersebut dianalisis teknik analisis data deskriptif dan triangulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa membutuhkan bahan ajar digital berbasis studi kasus. Bahan ajar berbasis studi kasus ini direkomendasikan juga untuk dikembangkan pada mata kuliah lain sebagai upaya mencapai kemerdekaan berpikir.

Data tersebut dianalisis teknik analisis data deskriptif dan triangulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa membutuhkan bahan ajar digital berbasis studi kasus. The research carried out was Classroom Action Research. The purpose of conducting this classroom action research is to improve and improve the practice that should be done by the teacher. The average score of learning outcomes in the initial reflection I reached 68.39 Of the 31 students in the high school class of SDM 01 Babat students were able to achieve scores in accordance with the KKM. Thus classical completeness was only achieved as much as 54.84%. Referring to these results, the average learning outcomes, absorption and classical learning completeness have not met the predetermined targets. Therefore, learning outcomes can be improved through the application of the discussion method in the learning process. Because the observation results of cycle 1 and cycle 2 can state that the discussion method can improve learning outcomes in students of SDM 01 Babat. Because of the increase in reflection in cycle II by 70% with an average student learning outcome of 81.29 so that it can be said to be successful.

Tantangan dan persaingan global mengharuskan sumber daya manusia memiliki kualitas agar dapat bersaing di masyarakat dengan memiliki keterampilan abad ke 21. Ketrampilan berfikir kritis adalah suatu kompetensi untuk dapat memecahkan masalah yang dibutuhkan untuk menjawab sebuah tantangan di masa kini maupun tantangan dimasa depan. Penerapan model pembelajaran sangat berpengaruh dalam memicu daya berpikir kritis, salah satunya dengan model discovery learning. Model pembelajaran discovery learning yang dibantu dengan platform Moodle membantu siswa mendapatkan distribusi materi yang diajarkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dengan menerapkan model dicovery learning berbantuan moodle dalam kegiatan pembelajaran biologi materi sistem imun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode quasi experiment. Hasil dengan uji N-Gain mendapatkan nilai N-Gain kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari pada kelas kontrol. Terjadi signifikansi pada keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model discovery learning berbantuan moodle.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the entrepreneurial school program from the aspect of evaluating context, input, process, and product (CIPP) with the existence of an entrepreneurial school program to support entrepreneurship subjects in vocational schools. The CIPP evaluation model is one type of model that can analyze the success rate of implementing the Entrepreneurial Printing School (SPW) program. The results of the evaluation analysis that have been carried out state that the SPW program at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Pinang based on the context aspect has a conducive environment to make the school a driving force for entrepreneurship, with the existence of creative products for students and teachers, has a business management department and a marketing department both retail and online. input from this program students starting from class X in various majors have been prepared to have an entrepreneurial spirit by making captains and danru in each class to carry out entrepreneurship programs and to support entrepreneurship subjects, teachers who teach entrepreneurship subjects are teachers who on average have businesses and have an entrepreneurial background and have good infrastructure, the process aspects of the activities are carried out in accordance with the guidebook that has been determined by the Directorate of Vocational Development (PSMK) and is carried out well, the product aspects are (1) Formation of the SPW team; (2) Socialization of the SPW program in the school environment; (3) SPW program product exhibition activities; (4) Fostering entrepreneurial activities; (5) Increasing student competence in digital marketing; (6) The creation of student entrepreneurial activities independently; and (7) Evaluation of the SPW continuation program.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Kedisiplinan Terhadap Pengembangan Karir Guru SD 小学教师职业发展的变革领导、就业动机和纪律的影响

This study aims to investigate the extent of the effects of principals’ transformational leadership in terms of teachers’ perception, work motivation, and discipline on the career development of elementary school teachers in Godean District, Sleman Regency. This research is a type of non-experimental quantitative approach, The subjects were teachers in the Unit Yandik Godean districts, teachers involved in the study were 173 persons. The descriptive results of the study show that principals’ transformational leadership is in the high category with a mean of 3.44, teachers’ work motivation is 3.46, teachers’ discipline is 3.36, and teachers’ career development is 2.94. The results of the regression analysis show that principals’ transformational leadership has a significant effect of 18,1% (p<0.05) on elementary school teachers’ career development, teachers’ work motivation has a significant effect of 7,9% (p<0.05) on elementary school teachers’ career development, and teachers’ discipline has a significant effect of 8,4% (p<0.05) on elementary school teachers’ career development. The results of the analysis show that principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ work motivation, and teachers’ discipline as an aggregate have a significant positive effect of 24,8%, indicated by the statistical test showing F = 19,955 (p < 0.05), on the career development of elementary school teachers in Godean District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Territory.
