The article characterizes the key problems of strategic management of digital transformation of large companies in traditional sectors of the economy. Based on the analysis of mainly actively cited scientific publications, the main ideas of modern Russian researchers in the field of digital business transformation are summarized. Approaches to choosing a model of a corporate digital transformation strategy, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of digital transformations, and ways to form the necessary competencies are described. A number of proposals are made regarding the definition of priorities and the evaluation of effectiveness in the implementation of end-to-end technologies, as well as the digital maturity of the organizations themselves.

The article analyzes the informational potential of financial documents of Komsomol organizations, introduced into scientific circulation for the first time. The source base for the study is composed of documents from the financial departments of Komsomol organizations deposited in the funds of the Russian State Archive of Socio-Political History, the State Archive of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Archive of Contemporary History of the Ulyanovsk Region. The purpose of the article is to analyze a wide range of financial documents and determine their historical worth when studying the history of the Komsomol in the 1960s. The financial and economic department of the administration of the Central Committee of the AllUnion Leninist Young Communist League was engaged in the preparation of the budget for the Komsomol organization and the distribution of funds for grassroots committees. The analysis of financial documents of the Komsomol makes it possible to trace the sources of funds in the conditions of the termination of state subsidies in the 1960s and highlight the priority areas of work of the Komsomol. The documents of the regional Komsomol organizations reflect the material condition and financial support of grassroots committees. The author notes a certain complexity of the classification of financial documents in modern source criticism literature. The author proposes the use of the term «financial and reporting documentation», which includes the budget, financial statements, balance sheets, distribution of funds by budget items. This material may be of scientific interest in the study of certain periods and directions in the history of the Komsomol.

The article presents a study of the first stage of the formation of the Aristotelian Society. Unlike works devoted to the development and study of the meaning of the Society in the general historical and philosophical context, in this article the focus is on the group of scholars and amateurs left without close attention, which formed its ‘network’ basis. The qualitative growth of the membership of the Society, the leveling of the most negative aspects of the manifestation of the Matthew effect, strong local traditions — all these factors played an important role in the history of the development of the Society.

The interest in the formation and development of historical science in the region led to the need to create a socio-political history of the Siberian region. This goal is achieved in the second half of the 20th century thanks to the efforts of a number of researchers. Many of the researchers do history and social studies teachers trained as part of the transition to universal secondary education. One of them was E. Sh. Khaziakhmetov. Based on the memoirs of colleagues, reference materials and archival funds, personal impressions, the author comes to the conclusion that Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor E. Sh. Khaziakhmetov is one of the founders of the scientific school for the study of pre-revolutionary political exile in Siberia. A man of his time: a child who lost his father and survived the war, a student during the «thaw», a witness to the development of the region in the post-war years and a university teacher. In what he saw the usefulness of his work, how his political views changed over the years, changes in the socio-economic system and political system, the presented material will tell.

The article examines the problems of the development of the system of local selfgovernment bodies during the establishment of power by A. V. Kolchak in the Perm province. The great interest of scientists in the history of the Civil War made it possible to single out many problems that were not considered in Russian and foreign historiography. It is important to study the activities of the zemstvo and city government in new conditions. This became the goal of this study. During the revolution, the system of local self-government was subjected to significant changes, was actively involved in the political life of the country. However, in 1919, under A. V. Kolchak no longer played a big role in the political life of the zemstvo. In the Perm province, self-government was supposed to work in a frontline situation. With this in mind, the direction of development was only indicated, but in the summer of 1919, with the arrival of the Bolsheviks, the zemstvo was finally liquidated.

The military-revolutionary period in the history of Omsk (1914–1917) due to wellknown events is one of the most relevant topics not only for academic specialists, but also for the general public. The purpose of this study is, using military anthropology, to characterize the measures of the military leadership of the Russian Empire for the cultural adaptation of cadets-peasants to the conditions of the urban environment (by the example of Omsk). The source base for the study are departmental reports, normative-instructional and clerical materials from the funds of the Russian State Military-Historical Archive and the Historical Archive of the Omsk Region. As a result of the study, it is found that the main measure for the cultural adaptation of the cadets-peasants is the instruction, which with «pedantic precision» regulated their «everyday life and duties».

The article is a survey research that examines the experience of the formation and development of the national education system for small indigenous peoples of the Yenisei province in the pre-revolutionary period and analyzes the role of the Russian Orthodox Church in this process. The study provides a characteristic of the regulatory and methodological framework, describes the structure of church institutions involved in the education of foreigners, and also analyzes the activities of educational institutions for the foreign population. A complex of research methods is used for the study: comparative historical, structural-functional, problemchronological, anthropological, statistical. The author comes to the conclusion that the Russian Orthodox Church played a fundamental role in the genesis of the system of national education for the indigenous small peoples of the Yenisei province in the second half of the 19th – 20th centuries.

This paper deals with the history of first Russian newspaper in Shanghai: Russian section of «Shanghai Gazette». With a detailed analysis of this newspaper, I have succeeded in identifying five editorial staffs of the Russian section: the first SocialRevolutionary staff, the Bolshevik staff, the White Army staff, the second SocialRevolutionary staff and the Monarchic staff. The author concluded that the editorial staffs of Russian section don’t follow a policy of the Editor-in-chief Chen Youren, colleague of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. At that time the members of Kuomintang couldn’t clearly know about the political situation of Russia, and from 1918 to 1920 there were very few people in China who knew the Russian and could translate Russian articles into Chinese. This is why the Editor-in-chief Chen Youren hadn’t notice that there were a large number of anti-Bolshevik elements in his Kuomintang newspaper.

The article discusses the features of accounting in the context of the spread of COVID-19 infection, gives a conditional classification of the directions of the impact of the pandemic on the current reporting of the organization. It is noted that the danger to the life and health of the population during the COVID-19 pandemic has a negative impact on the financial system of various countries, including Russia. In this regard, both the State and business entities should review the procedure and mechanism established for the functioning of processes, including such important elements as the procedure and conditions for the preparation and presentation of accounting (financial) statements. The article presents an overview of legal changes in the field of accounting in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic; structural changes in accounting services in organizations in remote work conditions are considered.

The article examines the problem of the quality of service for private clients in the transportation of groupage cargo. The research is conducted from the perspective of a private client-oriented approach. The author proposes an assessment technique. It is based on a system of quality criteria. They are formed taking into account the specifics of the work of the transport company with individual consignors. The technique has been tested on the example of the Russian Railways-Express service of the Russian Railways JSC. Based on the results of the study, the strengths and weaknesses of transport services to customers are identified, recommendations are formulated to improve its quality.
