The effort to reform the high education system in Albania is oriented toward education with independent learning habits, so that the student easily integrates into society. Learning occurs when the student is actively seen as a critical thinker and he is constantly entrusted with the assumption of responsibility. The stage of intellectual development is achieved if it is equipped with the necessary powers. Competencies are gained through engaging in active activities by combining the knowledge, skills and abilities of the individual. This paper tries to expand the view that the organization and development of the teaching process in the auditorium associated with the subject practice ensures the active involvement of the student in this process, and is considered as the philosophy that today orientates contemporary education. Research is important because it argues the impact of the practice-based learning, which is considered as a key conceptual basis for creating revelatory learning environments.

In this paper, we want to address the issue of the relationship between social space, education methods and institutions that carry out education today and project the future of the society: human, social, economic and cultural. The inclusion of infants and children in education in our day in the Korca region, Albania, has attracted the attention of the University and local municipal institutions, in order to form them in accordance with the best educational programs and perspectives used today. Over the last years in Albania, pre-university education such as university campuses has been overwhelmed by political changes in the country, but also by new visions driven by both the outside and the emerging needs of the country. Albania has a set of well-developed laws for covering sectoral policies and delivery of services to all children (0 to 18 years). However, a suitable environment for early childhood development has not yet been established. Basically, early childhood education, care and development are a proven and very important investment in national wellbeing. Investing in quality early-learning programs is one of the most effective ways to improve children’s success in school, to increase incomes and to reduce costs to society. In Albania there is a wide range of early childhood development services, including childcare, pre-school education and programs for vulnerable children. Early childhood development is a multidimensional process. To meet the diverse needs of children during the first years of life, government coordination is indispensable both horizontally in different sectors, and vertically from local to national levels. We will try to present the conditions and qualities of buildings and facilities of the century 21's, along with trends toward standards of new Early Childhood school, to offer the knowledge required by implementing them new standards. The theoretical part analyses some important information child care centers, function-related, space and safety, decoration, comfort, materials, the relationship between educators and children and many other factors. The programs and curricula that take place today at our University aim to build an education with contemporary standards, in cooperation with local administrations and organized institutions that care for infants and children. This cooperation has created examples of good practices in the Early Childhood School of our region.

Generally speaking the matter of education has been proposed during long history of human beings. As a matter of fact, Confucius as a great Chinese thinker and Imam Ali as a great Muslim Imam have paid to philosophy, values and ends of education. It would be interesting to discuss similarities and differences of these both distinguish thinkers in regard to Education. One might be wondered as he come to know that both of them emphasis on necessity and need of education for people. Although the end of education might differ among between them. Upon the fall of communism, dictatorial regime in Albania, there were created the possibilities for the theoretical-practical discussion on the human rights. All this, the law and the justice system during the years in our county was in transition. In function of this, in years, a justice reform in Albania has been a necessity. In this paper, we will treat the general framework presented by the state of law in Albania, stopping in some important moments such as justice reform (Laying the groundwork for a consolidated rule of law), decisions of Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, etc. Also we will treat some problematic moments that appeared at the field of human rights, which is a warranty of the State of Law. The formal improvement of the legislation or organization of institutions is not enough to realize the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms, but more is needed in this direction.

The Village Institutes are a major step forward in the Republican era for the development of the community as well as the education system. The students were educated in ways of vocational and technical aspects in mentioned institutions. For example; student haven’t been only taking some theoretical lessons as it is today; it has been working in the school’s field, beekeeping, raising chickens, and female students have been cooking. These lessons were given in the school curriculum have been doing as practical. In this way, both students have been fully being trained and the village's needs have been being provided and thus, these activities, which were carried out simultaneously, also have been serving social development. It is seen that today's education system is formed in the following form: in the framework of a standard education program, independent of the students' abilities, it is based on a theory and based examination system and in the form of an institutional structuring which prevents them from thinking and pushing to rote learning. Comparing the educational level of the Village Institutes with today's education level as much as possible and identifying the missing aspects of the current education system are the aims of this paper. At this point, one graduates from the Village Institutes was contacted directly and his opinions were consulted.

It is already known that one of the greatest challenges of education nowadays is: motivating students in language acquisition. The school, besides being one of the main agents of socialization, is at the same time the main institution which has the responsibility and the attribute to provide students with scientific knowledge according to their age and characteristics. Thus, in order to guarantee this attribute, specialists of education, educators, researchers in the field of education psychology, methodology, etc. constantly recommend the application of critical thinking techniques by the teachers. The aim of this paper is to highlight the importance of acquiring scientific knowledge at an early age and defining effective strategies in order to achieve this goal. This paper also aims to review some important issues such as: motivating students through teaching strategies in classroom environments and the responsibilities of the teacher who will serve as a catalyst to carry out the above processes. Through this study we will answer these questions: How can students be motivated in classroom environments when scientific knowledge can be provided in different ways and in relatively short time? What are the most effective strategies for their motivation? Why is it so important to acquire scientific knowledge for this age? According to the norm theory of Kahneman and Miller, when people evaluate an object, they often think about other objects in the same category, and compare the stimulus object to the anchor (Hsee, 1998, 109). However, people would intrinsically ascribe value to things (Hood & Bloom, 2008) without using an explicit anchor. We argue that instrumental value is embedded in the intrinsic one and therefore intrinsic valuation is active for any evaluation of the individual. In the study, the existence of intrinsic value was tested by using the meditative state of mind as a tool and author found three omnipresent phenomena that affect the assigned value of things: a) Just after a high level of meditative state, participants distinctly assigned lower values to images relative to their non-meditative peers. b) Participants assigned significantly higher values to more complex images only when they focused on these images for a while. c) When participants made instant valuation, while the complexity of images rising, the values assigned took in the form of a U-curve. These situationalities has been integrated and resolved on a theoretical ground..
