Dalam dunia Pendidikan seorang pendidik sangat berpengaruh dalam kualitas pendidikan, kualitas pendidikan tidak akan pernah tercapai jika tidak ada upaya peningkatan mutu Pendidik. Seorang Kepala Raudhatul Athfal mempunyai peran yang besar dalam  meningkatkan mutu pendidik untuk memajukan Raudhatul Athfal.  Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan Kepala Raudhatul Athfal yang mampu mengelola mutu dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pendidik secara efektif dan efisien. Karena kemajuan Raudhatul Athfal dan pencapaian keberhasilan visi misi lembaga pendidikan sangat dipengaruhi oleh bagaimana Manajemen Kepala Raudhatul Athfal yang baik dan inovatif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran Strategi Kepala Raudhatul Athfal dalam mengelola lembaga Pendidikan untuk menghasilkan Mutu Pendidik yang berkulitas dalam memajukan lembaga untuk menghasilkan siswa yang cerdas dan lulusan yang berkualitas. Dalam penjelasan akan djabarkan, meliputi: 1) Standar Mutu Pendidik di RA NU Astanajapura Kab Cirebon dan 2) Strategi Pengembangan Mutu Pendidik di RA NU Astanajapura Kab Cirebon.

PENGARUH MEDIA "THE LINE FLASHCARD" TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENULIS AWAL ANAK USIA 4-5 TAHUN DI TK YAMASSA SURABAYA 媒体“线抽认卡”对4-5岁孩子在泗水幼儿园雅普拉什的早期写作能力的影响

Fine motor potential in early childhood really needs to be developed considering the importance of having the ability to coordinate hand and eye muscles to carry out daily life. Observations made at TK Yamassa Surabaya show that there are still many children who have difficulty finding activities that require fine motor skills such as writing. This study uses a quasi-experimental research type with a non-equivalent control group design, which is a research design using pretest and posttest in the control group and the experimental group. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of test techniques, observation or interviews, and documentation. Based on data analysis performed with SPSS 26 using the independent sample t test, the sig (2-tailed) result was 0.000<0.05, so Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. The conclusion is that there is an influence of "The Line Flashcard" media on the early writing abilities of children aged 4-5 years. The researcher suggests that the teacher can use "The Line Flashcard" media for each child by printing A4 or A5 size, the teacher should use "The Line Flashcard" media with the classical method, but it is very necessary to do tests for each children so that the teacher knows the extent of the child's understanding of the concept of lines that have been taught.

The ability to read is an important foundation in opening up opportunities for a child's future, because it is the first step in mastering knowledge and knowledge. Therefore, teaching reading, especially early reading, can be done at the Kindergarten (TK) level. Observations made at the Yamassa Kindergarten in Surabaya showed that group B children were less interested in learning to read and 6 out of 11 children still could not read. To be able to improve children's early reading skills, educators must pay attention to children's competencies and consider methods that children will like so that learning is effective, such as the singing method. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an influence of the singing method to improve early reading skills in children aged 5-6 years at Kindergarten Yamassa Surabaya. This study uses a quasi-experimental research type and uses a non-equivalent control group design which uses a pretest and posttest given to the experimental group and the control group. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. This study used the Mann Whitney U Test and the results showed that there was a significant effect of the singing method on early reading skills in children aged 5-6 years at Kindergarten Yamassa Surabaya.

PARENTING UNTUK AYAH DAN IBU DI RA PERSIS 27 RAIHAN 27罗翰父母的养育

Anak adalah generasi penerus bangsa, tumpuan dan harapan orang tua serta masa depan. Pengembangan program parenting menjadi salah satu metode dalam membangun karakter kehidupan yang ada di tengah masyarakat global. Karena kualitas hubungan keluarga menjadi salah satu unsur penting dalam membangun masyarakat yang saling mendukung satu sama lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pendekatan kualitatif adalah penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis. Hasil penelitian dari observasi dan wawancara yang telah dilakukan di RA Raihan Persis 27 didapatkan bahwa ada beberapa program parenting, seperti Parenting mengenai kontrak belajar, OSPEK (Obrolan Sekitar Perkembangan Anak), Parenting untuk ayah dan Parenting untuk couple orang tua. Adapun perencanaanya, yaitu program parenting di RA Raihan termasuk ke dalam program yang disusun saat awal tahun ajaran. Parenting biasa dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan sekali dan untuk parenting besarnya, dilaksanakan selama satu tahun dua kali tentunya dengan mengundang pemateri khusus dari luar. Kesulitan yang dihadapi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan parenting ini baik dari pihak guru maupun orang tua yaitu pengaturan waktu, karena peluang waktu dari orang tua yang berbeda beda. Pihak sekolah mengadakan seminar di tempat-tempat yang memang sesuai dengan tema dan kebutuhan. Upaya tindak lanjut dari pihak sekolah kepada para orang tua dengan memberikan sertifikat setelah selesai mengikuti kegiatan, lalu adanya kunjungan guru ke rumah sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap anak apabila orang tuanya memang sama sekai tidak bisa mengikuti kegiatan, dan guru mengadakan psikotes perkembangan anak yang terlihat setelah orang tuanya mengikuti parenting yaitu anak terlihat semakin berkembang, anak semakin mandiri, juga terdeteksinya anak yang memiliki hambatan dalam perkembangan. Manfaat teoritis dari penelitian ini bahwa dengan adanya program parenting  dapat mempermudah orang tua maupun guru untuk memahami anak. Adapun manfaat praktis yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah agar mampu merubah anak untuk menjadi anak yang mandiri dan jauh lebih baik. 孩子是下一代,是父母和未来的希望。养育计划的发展是建立全球社会中存在的生活特征的方法之一。因为家庭关系的质量是建立一个相互支持的社会的重要组成部分。本研究采用定性方法对案例研究。定性方法是一种描述性的研究,倾向于使用分析。在raraihan 27日进行的观察和采访的研究发现,有几个育儿计划,如学习合同的育儿、看护者、父亲的养育和父母父母的养育。至于计划,在raraihan的养育计划包括在学年开始时组织的计划。通常每周进行3个月,而对于一般的成年人来说,进行一年两次,当然是邀请外部的特殊参与者。在进行这种养育活动时所面临的困难既来自老师,也来自父母,这是一种时间安排,因为来自不同父母的时间机会是不同的。学校在符合主题和需求的地方举行研讨会。学校对家长们的后续努力由于给活动结束后跟随证书,然后老师参观房子作为一种关心孩子当父母是一样讨厌不能遵循儿童发展、活动和教师举办惠灵看起来父母跟随育儿就是孩子后的蒸蒸日上,孩子越来越独立,也发现发展障碍儿童。这项研究的理论好处是,养育计划可以让父母和老师更容易理解他们的孩子。至于这项研究的实际好处,就是能够把一个孩子变成一个更独立、更好的孩子。关键词:幼儿、育儿计划、父母

Implementation of the Storytelling Method to Improve Early Children’s Language Skills 运用讲故事法提高幼儿语言技能

Language for early childhood is important as a means of thinking, listening, speaking, and reading and writing. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of an appropriate and effective storytelling method so that it can improve early childhood language skills in group B at Baitul A'la Lubuklinggau Kindergarten. This study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method or action classroom research using 3 cycles. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects in this study were early childhood in group B of Baitul A'la Lubuklinggau Kindergarten, totaling 20 children. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in language skills from cycle I and cycle III seen from the class averages of (2.30), (3.00), (3.60) and an increase in mastery of learning outcomes in language skills from cycles I and cycle II by 30% increased in cycle II to 75% and cycle III to 100%. The application of an effective storytelling method to improve language skills for early childhood in group B of Baitul A'la Lubuklinggau Kindergarten, this is reflected in an increase in communication skills and social action.

Peran Pola Asuh Orang Tua dan Implikasinya terhadap Perkembangan Sosial-Emosional Anak 教养模式及其对儿童情感社会发展的影响

Parenting style plays a big role in aspects of children's self-development, one of which is the child's social-emotional development. This study aims to describe parenting practices and how they influence the social and emotional development of Bukit Sion PAUD children in Raeloro Village. The research method used is qualitative. There were 10 research informants consisting of 8 parents and 2 Bukit Sion PAUD teachers. The results of the study show that the role of parenting style has a major impact on the social-emotional development of children in the Bukit Sion PAUD. This can be seen when participating in learning activities at school, children have self-awareness in the form of an independent attitude in choosing activities and completing activities given by the teacher, have a sense of responsibility for themselves and others, want to share, help and assist friends who experiencing difficulties in learning activities and respecting the excellence of others in this case respecting the work of others, and having an enthusiastic attitude in completing assignments given by the teacher. The results of this study can be used as input for teachers in formulating appropriate learning methods to achieve children's social-emotional development and also become parenting guidelines for parents.

The Influential Factors of Parents' Involvement in Early Childhood Education: Study of Children 4-6 Years Old 父母参与幼儿教育的影响因素:以4-6岁儿童为研究对象

This research aimed at identifying the influence of socio-economic status towards parents’ involvement, the influence of teacher social competence towards parents’ involvement, the influence of school climate towards parents’ involvement, and the influence of parents’ socio-economic status, teacher social competence, and school climate towards students’ involvement in early childhood education, specifically in kindergartens located in Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara. This quantitative study was designed using ex post facto reseach method. There were 203 parents of 89 Kindergartens chosen to be the research sample determined by using purposive sampling technique. Questionnaires were used to collect the data which was then analyzed using descriptive analysis and regression. The result of study reveals a significant influence of soci-economic status; no significant influence of teacher social competence towards parents’ involvement; a significant influence of school climate towards parents’ involvement; and a simultaneously significant influence of socio-economic status, teacher social competence, and school climate towards parents’ involvement. Finally, in order to improve parental involvement, education policymakers have to consider socioeconomic status and school climate.

This study aims (1) to analyze the need to stimulate geometry abilities in children aged 5-6 years, (2) to determine the level of feasibility and effectiveness of the SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) learning model to stimulate geometric abilities in children aged 5-6 years. This research is development research that refers to the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The test subjects in this study consisted of 101 children aged 5-6 years in Pancung Sol District, Pesisir Selatan. Collecting data with interviews, questionnaires and observation. The research results obtained were (1) in stimulating the geometric abilities of children aged 5-6 years they needed the SAVI learning model, (2) the SAVI learning model was declared feasible and effective for stimulating geometric abilities in children aged 5-6 years based on the results of the N-Gain test with a value of 0.81 or 81% which is included in the high and effective category. Recommendations for future researchers to conduct similar research by developing other learning models, so that there are many learning models that can be used to stimulate the geometry abilities of children aged 5-6 years.

Pengaruh Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas Terhadap Kemandirian Anak 面对面学习对儿童自立的影响有限

This research aims to describe and calculate the major effect of limited face-to-face learning in Kindergarten Kemala Bhayangkari 100 Malang. The research uses a quantitative approach with the type of correlational research with Spearman correlational analysis techniques through SPSS. The subjects studied were all children from Groups A and B with a side random sampling of 32 children, each class containing 8 children. Data collection using questionnaires, documentation, and interviews with teachers and parents. The results of the study show that the correlation coefficient is 0.571. This means that the effect of limited face-to-face learning on children's independence is strong. The hypothesis test shows that the t count is 3.78 greater than the ttable 2.750. From the results of the t-test showed that Ha was accepted while H0 was rejected. This means that there is a limited effect of face-to-face learning on children's independence in Kindergarten Kemala Bhayangkari 100 Malang which has a positive value. A higher level of face-to-face learning has a good influence on the high level of independence in children, as evidenced by the early admission of children there were 30 children in class B who could not wear their shoes, along with face-to-face learning at school with the efforts of teachers who provide various activities to train children's independence so that children are ready to continue to the higher education level.

Model Kepemimpinan Kepala Taman Kanak-Kanak pada Masyarakat Pandhalungan Kabupaten Jember

Qualified kindergarten principals have different leadership models. Urban and rural areas with varying characters, cultural models, and speed of information influence the principal's leadership model in kindergarten. This study aims to determine the Leadership Model of Kindergarten Principals in the Pandahalungan community in urban and suburban Jember districts. Descriptive qualitative approach method combined with interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used partial interpretation, overall interpretation, and meaning. The research subjects involved in this study were principals and teachers of kindergarten institutions in urban and suburban areas. The results of applying the principal's leadership model, in kindergarten institutions in the Pandhalungan community in urban areas, principals use the transformational leadership model, and the suburban area leadership model mostly still uses the Transactional leadership model. Suggestions given by school principals to kindergarten institutions in the Pandhalungan community can take positive values in each leadership model adjusted to social, economic, cultural, and environmental factors.
