In the context of the widening gender employment gap in China, this paper discusses whether the use of we-media can improve the employment rate of women. Closing the gender wage gap provides new impetus and is critical to achieving gender equality in China's labor market. Based on China provincial panel data from 2000 to 2020 and using 2015 as a time point, this paper establishes a multiple regression model to analyze the relationship between female employment and we-media. The paper also uses Variance Inflation Factor, F-test and Hausman test to identify the regression model. The result shows that we-media have some negative effect on female employment and developed cities are less affected than under-developed cities. The regression result has been influenced by statistical limitations in employment rates, the small sample of years and the COVID-19 pandemic. In this situation, more data will be used in the future to assist further analysis to reveal the true relationship.

This paper discusses the concept and importance of constitutional review. The article analyses judicial review in the United States and its jurisprudential basis, taking mainly American judicial review as a reference. In analysing the justification process of judicial review, the article cuts through the separation of powers and the least dangerous branch theory. In the face of elitist blame, the article specifically analyses how the non-democratic process of judicial review achieves democratic ends. On this basis, the author analyses constitutional review in China and the reasons why China's attempt to use judicial review ended in failure. Through comparison, the author summarises the political system factors, political philosophical thought factors and judicial factors that led to the failure. After that author suggests that judicial review is not directly applicable in China. Finally, the paper attempts to present the constitutional court model as a possible transitional model for China's future attempts to develop a judicial review model.

Based on Rolex's sales situation, market overview and marketing strategy in the past 5 years, this paper analyzes Rolex's strategic objectives in 2024, aiming to make a reasonable and rational inference about Rolex's sales strategy in 2024. This paper mainly uses the literature survey method and case analysis method, through the comprehensive analysis of sales, secondary market stability, brand positioning, distributor cooperation, price strategy, innovation and other aspects of each year, to get part of the development strategy planning of Rolex. This study shows that luxury brands need to actively innovate in brand creation and product marketing. The Rolex brand needs to dynamically analyze the development situation of the industry in the new era, focus on digital marketing strategies, and break the traditional marketing model under the application of media carriers and modern technological means. Expand the scope of corporate services and luxury brands through the "online + offline" integration model. This can not only help enterprises to create greater economic benefits, but also stabilize the development position of enterprises in the industry, which is an inevitable trend of the development of the luxury industry in the direction of digitalization.

With the progression of technological advancements and the evolution of globalization trends, the influence of enterprises in various domains, such as society and the environment, is expanding. Against this backdrop, there is a growing focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) among scholars and managers both domestically and internationally. Despite ongoing debates on certain issues, numerous instances from both domestic and international contexts affirm the positive impact of corporate CSR initiatives on the global community. Organizational culture is a culmination of the long-term existence of an organization, representing the highest goals, fundamental beliefs, value standards, and behavioral norms collectively followed by its members. Therefore, for an enterprise, its organizational culture is intricately linked to its corporate social behavior. However, there is currently a lack of research that establishes a connection between CSR and organizational culture both domestically and internationally. This paper takes the case of a Chinese mixed-ownership power company, referred to as Company H, as an example. Firstly, it provides definitions for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the essence of organizational culture. Secondly, it introduces the basic profile of the company, its current CSR practices, and the content of its organizational culture. Thirdly, it conducts a SWOT analysis based on Company H’s current CSR practices. Finally, the paper concludes by offering relevant optimization strategies based on the results of the SWOT analysis.

In recent years, the economic and social development and urbanisation of the Hong Kong region have shown a vigorous development under the implementation of one country, two systems. Historical studies of Hong Kong have also gradually received attention from the society and the academia, but the existing studies are relatively weak on the geographic location change of Hong Kong’s social development in modern times. This paper examines the process of geographic location change in Hong Kong in the modern era, in order to provide ideas on historical geography for the study of Hong Kong history. Although colonial rule brought Hong Kong deep sufferings and humiliation, making full use of its geographical advantages and actively seizing every opportunity for development, Hong Kong gradually arose from a small fishing village to a ccosmopolitan city. Its diversified economy, prosperous industries and active financial market have attracted investors and talents from all over the world. Hong Kong had gradually realized the transformation and development of modernization, and had become a shining pearl in the South China Sea.

In recent years, the marriage rate in Chinese society has shown a depressed state. This paper takes the cost of marriage as the starting point, then analyzes the reasons for the low marriage rate in Chinese society from the four dimensions. First, in China's social norms, owning a house is the premise of an ideal family, and China's high housing price limits the expectations of young people for their future families. Second, bride price and dowry limit the expectations of young people to form a family. The rising price of bride price became a burden for men to bear, and dowry is difficult to truly deliver to women in the actual marriage life. Third, marriage has a huge impact on the career of young people. Marriage means giving up a part of career to pursue family life. In addition, marriage generally has a greater impact on women's employment than that of men. Fourth, the cost of child-rearing also weakens the willingness to get married. The upbringing of children is no longer just providing basic living conditions, but requires a better life and better education. The parenting period of children is increasing, which makes young people more reluctant to get married.
