In classroom situations encouraging learners to holistically engage in spoken and written tasks in English language learning with characteristics of being additional and unfamiliar, is equated to enhancing learning environment, thereby fostering individual and collective growth. For organizations to inspire recipients with speaking and writing abilities, this leads to innovative solutions. This paper seeks to inquire whether fostering opportunities in an organizational capacity for learners to engage in speaking and written activities have any significant importance towards enhanced language development. Underpinning this inquiry is a qualitative research approach with a case study design to explore key characteristics of the studied case. To gather data, five conveniently nominated participants were identified from a rurally located institution of higher learning. Semi-structured interviews led to a thematic analysis of gathered data. Findings revealed that through consistent engagements in spoken and written texts (i) there were improved communication skills and (ii) the development of an inclusive learning environment. The study concludes that when learner communication skills have been refined, this is tantamount to academic excellence with recommendations that individual learner contributions should be valued as inclusion promotes mutual responsiveness among teachers and learners not only in language learning but across all subjects underpinning curriculum.

This study explored the multifaceted landscape of secondary education following the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic brought about a shift in education worldwide, necessitating a rapid transition from traditional classroom teaching to remote and blended learning modalities. This conceptual paper explores the emerging landscape of blended teaching and learning in South African secondary schools in the post-COVID-19 era. While South Africa's educational system was not immune to the disruptions caused by the pandemic, unique challenges and opportunities also presented themselves. This study reviewed journal articles and book chapters focused on the nature of blended teaching and learning in South African secondary schools following the COVID-19 pandemic. First, to ensure an in-depth exploration, we conducted a generic search on the challenges posed by transitioning to blended learning, supportive measures to mitigate these challenges and the benefits of a blended learning environment. This resulted in more than 90 journal articles being found. We then customised our search, subsequently identifying 14 reports that satisfied our inclusion criteria. Our analysis of these studies highlighted a multifaceted and dynamic landscape characterised by teachers' technological adaptation, pedagogical shifts, challenges posed by the digital divide and the pursuit of student engagement. The paper underscores the critical importance of ongoing professional development, equitable access to technology, as well as pedagogical support in shaping the future of education in South Africa and addressing broader issues of equity and inclusivity in a post-pandemic world. The insights from this research offer valuable guidance for educational policymakers, institutions and educators seeking to enhance the quality and accessibility of education in a digital age.

The mini market business represents the modernization of traditional markets. However, with the enactment of Presidential Regulation No. 44/2016, which permits foreign retailers to open stores in Indonesia, foreign retailers have gained confidence in penetrating both major city malls and even trying their hand in smaller towns. The research aims to assess the quality of service and the trust associated with satisfaction using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The population consists of all consumers in various mini markets in the city of Cirebon. The sampling technique utilized is random sampling. Data collection is done through questionnaires, and data analysis employs multiple regression analysis and the IPA method. The research results, based on multiple regression analysis, demonstrate a positive and significant influence between the variables of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, based on the IPA method, the average level of conformity reveals that satisfaction is at 90%. Therefore, it is apparent that 21 indicators are distributed across Quadrants A, B, C, and D, signifying a conformity in service quality and trust toward customer satisfaction.

The study addresses the pressing issue of needing more permanent teachers in critical skills subjects, particularly mathematics and physical science, within rural areas of South Africa's Vhembe District. This shortage of permanent teachers has been adversely affecting the quality of teaching and learning in these rural schools. The primary objective of the research is to investigate the effect of demand and supply management on these scarce skills subject teachers in rural secondary schools, specifically in the Mutale area. To achieve this, the study adopted a quantitative research methodology. This employed surveys through questionnaires for quantitative data. The study targeted a diverse population, including principals, teachers, heads of departments, and managers at district levels. The sampling technique utilised simple random sampling to select participants. Three hundred questionnaires were administered to gather this quantitative data, but 201 respondents returned the questionnaires. The data was analysed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The study's findings reveal the critical effects of managing the supply and demand for teachers in Mathematics and Science, particularly in rural environments. Schools in rural areas struggle to attract Mathematics and Science teachers, and the study recommends restructuring teacher training programmes to motivate teachers to accept positions in rural areas. The study suggests further that offering attractive incentives is crucial to encouraging Mathematics and Science teachers in rural regions. At the same time, school principals should effectively manage the demand and supply of these teachers in rural areas.

21-st century is very busy, contradictive and tensed because of several cores of wars, accordingly abundant information flows out from the internet. Nobody has time to read several pages for a long time. Minimalism in words is appreciated more. As the 12 th century renaissance period Georgian poet Shota Rustaveli said in the prologue to his famous masterpiece "The Man in the Panther’s Skin”: “A long word is told shortly” (in few words is uttered a long discourse) as “Minstrelsy is, first of all, a branch of wisdom “…
So, the idioms, slogans, proverbs, parables, some other kinds of phrasal verbs and witty sayings are still the object of scientific studies as far as they have been in use side by side with ballads, poems, songs and preaches since time immemorial up today. You may meet them in modern publicist texts, in posters, in adverts, in web design as well. Therefore, interpreting the idioms adequately isn’t so easy. It’s well known that idioms are the set of fixed expressions, which is impossible to understand directly and, in most cases, one should consult with the dictionaries of idioms.
Thus, presented article’s topicality is conditioned by researching some idioms in posters for filling the information gap and developing intercultural dialogue. The methodology of investigation is qualitative, based on researching different posters, describing and analyzing.
Propaganda is an attempt to influence peoples’ opinions or behavior through the use of specific images and words. It usually gives limited information which is heavily biased in its presentation. Propaganda typically achieves its aims by generating an emotional reaction in the viewer. For much of the twentieth century, public posters were a common way for governments to use propaganda to persuade their citizens. They often relied upon simple images in order to manipulate people through fear or guilt. Propaganda uses stereotypes so that audiences can readily identify which people group is the target of the poster.

Presently, tourism is recognized as a crucial driver for generating added value and a viable option for global economic revitalization and development, particularly in developing nations. Our selection of this topic emerged from an examination of the tourism sector in Algeria, with a specific focus on the Skikda Department. This examination revealed certain deficiencies associated with this destination. Consequently, we contend that the tourism sector in Algeria confronts a myriad of challenges and threats, resulting in a continual decline in its share of the global tourism market in recent times.

The aim of this research is to study the reality of shopping tourism and its impact on the growth, organization, and dynamics in an Algerian city: Souk Ahras city as a case study. It highlights the various forms and aspects of shopping tourism and its influence on the commercial, economic, social, and cultural sectors. The research also examines the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with shopping tourism in the city of Souk Ahras, and formulates the general strategy for the city using SWOT analysis. The results derived from the strategy and field investigation indicate that shopping tourism in the city of Souk Ahras is influenced by several factors. These factors include the commercial weight of the city, its strategic geographic location, its openness to the border area, and the significant influx of tourists, especially from Tunisia. The city has experienced substantial commercial development through markets and shopping centers, contributing to increased inputs and resources. The availability of goods and products at competitive prices can be attributed to the social support policy on raw materials in Algeria. Additionally, the growth of the informal sector has provided a wide variety of products. All of these factors have positioned the city of Souk Ahras as an attraction for tourist flows, making shopping tourism a significant urban phenomenon that influences the organization and economy of the city.

Some authors classify reduplication from the structural point of view, from which parts of speech they have been derived. The statistic results of such classification allows to determine which parts of speech have broader reduplication opportunities. A great deal of languages belonging to different language families, have been involved into investigation. From the syntactical point of view, reduplications are mainly act in the function of subject, object, and adverb, with the minority of attribute and predicate.
