Many industry leaders are beginning to realize that digital technology is rapidly shifting its position in sync with organization development processes and interventions from serving as a marginal efficiency driver to becoming an enabler of fundamental innovations and disruptions as it moves from being a marginal efficiency driver to an enabler of fundamental disruptions. With the advent of digitalization, sweeping and large-scale transformations are occurring across multiple aspects of business, providing the opportunity to create and capture unique value as well as posing significant risks to the organization's development processes and interventions. In order to be prepared for the strategic implications of these changes for their organizations, industry ecosystems and society as a whole, business leaders across all sectors are grappling with the process and intervention development of their organizations. Currently, the economic and social implications of organization development processes and interventions are contested, raising serious concerns about digital transformation's wider impact. The purpose of this research is to provide an analysis of organizational development processes and interventions in the digital technology industry and to develop a framework for the application of policies to practices.

The article deals with the semantic aspect of food functioning as punishment/reward and lovelessness/comfort in the English literature of the XIX and early XX centuries in the works by L. Carrol, Ch. Dickens and P. Travers. The research investigates the food motif as a means to reflect eating traditions of a particular historic period and a social marker for the protagonists. The author explores how the writers use eating habits to express acceptance, resistance, emotional affection, taboo behaviour, power and celebration traditions. It is suggested that food imagery is positively related to cultural identity which includes various issues from social position to gender issues. It is shown that the presentation of food in literature can mirror the writers’ own preferences allowing them to tap on their personal experience in the works, thus giving “food” for bibliographers. Recent literary culinary studies have stimulated the development of gastronomic tours on the pages of the renowned writers, the so-called food trails, and theme fests such as the Great Dickens Christmas Fair and Victorian Holiday Party or Whitby’s White Rabbit Trail as part of niche gastronomic tourism in Great Britain. So, the present interdisciplinary research may be of great interest not only for philologists but also for students specializing in tourism and country studies and the general public.

Clearly formed attitudes based on the morality and law force any citizen to respect, to recognize individualism of each person, his uniqueness and equality. Establishing of a kind of society having such democratic values and reaching of an absolute equality remains to be a key challenge in any country. Particularly, it refers to the persons with disabilities, as resolving of the given task requires overcoming of a physical resistance on top of the morality. “We are tired of being statistics, cases, wonderfully courageous examples to the world, pitiable objects to stimulate fund-raising”. (Hunt, 1966, p. 4) Reassessment of the attitudes implemented in the society is majorly guaranteed by the inclusive reporting with its specifics and characteristics. The present research, based on the example of the Georgian Public Broadcaster – First Channel demonstrates specifics of providing of the audience with the issue in a very delicate form. Legal and ethical levers, practical experience of media outlets are represented in it. In addition to the stated, ways of inclusive representing are discussed, being a method of revealing of significance and priority of the persons with disabilities.

Advertising is a tool, without which it would be difficult for our society to develop from the economic point of view. By means of advertisements one can sell his/her products, services and also buy or get whatever he wants. Thus, the role of advertisement is very great in the lives of everybody, beginning from children to elderly ones. Nowadays, advertisements have the biggest power to manipulate customers. The manipulation in different types advertising has become a tool that advertisers use to attract people. It would be just to say that manipulation has moved away the mission of marketing that of meeting the needs of customers and widens the asymmetries of power between the company and the consumer. Some of manipulative advertisements are too difficult to prove because they do have controversial content and nature. In the current article, the main language elements that affect the manipulation process of advertisements are analyzed. To be more exact, three language elements – linguistic, semantic and emphatic elements that manipulate consumers are investigated deeply here. Some unhelpful features of them are also described here, to help future advertisers to avoid ineffective advertisement text or slogans.

This article deals with the impact of the architectural spatial configuration on the social behavior of its occupants, through the analysis of some syntactic measures. In this regard, several definitions have been considered on this topic where they have defined the spatial configuration as the simultaneous relations that exist between the parts and that constitute the totality (Hillier & Vaughan, 2007). Any physical environment has a close relationship with the social one, without forgetting that space is a fundamental need of the human being and it has to respond to its needs in order to reach an optimal degree of spatial satisfaction. Among the educational spaces, the faculty buildings within the university, present a social environment that allows students to socialize, share interests, develop relationships within groups, and feelings of belonging. Social behaviors, social interactions, and student gathering areas in faculty buildings are important issues from the perspective of architectural programming and architectural design performance. For this reason we took for this study the method of the spatial syntax that will help us to study this issue, A variety of theories have successfully indicated this method that will facilitate us to study the relationship between spatial configuration and pedestrian movement in various urban structures (Hillier et al., 1993; Hillier,Yang, & Turner, 2012; Sharmin & Kamruzzaman, 2018). We took for this study the faculty of architecture at the University of Constantine in Algeria. Using the tool "DEPTHMAP» software will allow us to draw the configurational characteristics of the corpus of our study area. The confrontation of the results of the analysis of the spatial syntax showed a correlation between the spatial properties and the social movement within the faculty, it has a direct impact of the spatial configuration on the behavior of the students inside the faculty in the use of the spaces of circulations, exchanges and gathering, as well as, on the visibility and the movement the accessibility in the use of the spaces by its occupants

Purpose - The main aim for our research is gaining knowledge of institutional regulation of eco-migration processes in Georgia and, consequently, evaluating the state politics of eco-migration, so as to show off what improving changes can be considered in coming years exactly in the above-mentioned direction. Design/methodology/approach - The research design is based on the institutional approach to studying migration processes. And the empirical analysis was based on the information collected as a result of the study of archival-state documents and interviews in eco-migrant populated areas. The survey was conducted from March 12 to September 25, 2022. Findings - Outcome of our research underlines that the development of institutional provision of eco-migration processes has gone through the different stages during the last centenary in Georgia. As if from the side of government appropriate policy is worked out, however, the research showed that it is necessary to establish a systematic and transparent approach to eco-migration and resettlement by the state, the implementation of which should become the prerogative of both the central government and the municipal administration, which should probably happen in the near future. Originality/value - The scientific novelty of our work is that, for the first time, we studied the historical context of the state policy of eco-migration, the goals of the state policy of eco-migration, the strategy of the state policy of eco-migration and the legal basis of the legal regulation of eco-migration as a process.

The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of bragging in general and its two main types: Humblebragging and Outright bragging in pre-election debates. Also, fundamental driver of the article is to reveal what linguistic “tricks” are employed by political actors when advertising themselves in order the audience to think highly of them. Theoretical material of the research is collected from the works of Peggy Klaus, Meredith Fineman, Ovul Sezer et la and Henry Alford. As for the practical material, it is mainly retrieved from American cable and satellite television network, C-Span. Based on above named sources, investigation revealed that various types of linguistic techniques such as: repetition, personal pronouns, idiomatic expressions, adjectives, intensifiers, comparative forms, superlative forms, rhetorical questions, rhetorical device such as enumeration etc, are used on frequent basis by politicians involved in political battle and bragging assuredly is very effective tool to knock your opponent down.

Quality human resources will quickly acquire knowledge about digital technology, in this case, it is necessary to improve the quality of human resources in the development of learning in the future. The use of interactive learning media in the form of animation can convey information with sound, video, and motion animation that can improve the hydrology learning process. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using animation media in hydrology learning for D-3 civil engineering students, this study uses the ADDIE method in the control and experimental classes where the pretest and posttest are treated. The results of the animation media are then validated by design experts, materials, media, and also the product trial process, this is done to improve the quality of the animation media. the results of the expert validation assessment obtained an average value of 89.91%, and the average test results were 90%. the results obtained from validation and testing, the animation media is feasible to use and can be continued for data analysis in the development of animation media in hydrology learning, where the results of data analysis show an increase in learning outcomes by 34.45% after using learning media.
