Among the fields that use rhetoric as an art of verbal persuasion for effective manipulation and increasing credibility in society like political science, psychology, sociology, linguistics, communicative linguistics, literary studies, etc., we should highlight a segment that is interesting to us - communication and one of its "weapons" - media text, for which the theory of rhetorical argumentation is the main pillar to influence the audience. The transition to the media-based global cultural environment and the claim to the media - as if it degrades high, elite culture, lost its relevance and was modified in a new direction - by forming the role of a counter-producer in cultural processes. Development of media is a continuous and irreversible process, where the forms of communication change periodically, the language of the media, which is one of the important areas of action and creativity, remains unchanged. That is why it is important to study Architecture and context of media text in the process of producing effective communication and raising awareness of public support.

Metallurgy has always played an important role in the almost 4000-year history of Georgia's statehood. Its specificity, development, ups and downs and new reincarnations in other times and places, over and over again, is the main plot of this article. The metallurgical centers of South Georgia (the Lower Caucasus Range) are considered the birthplace of iron metallurgy in the world and throughout the ancient era played a leading role in the markets of the then world. However, during the Middle Ages, Georgian metallurgy was forced to hide in the Northern Mountains to keep away from aggressive invaders, and suffered from a limited ore base and isolation. The article attempts to analyze and clarify iron deposits in Georgia, which may have been used by ancient metal masters. In addition, those small elements were established that were added to iron to produce high-quality steel, and later Damascus steel in Georgia.

Inclusive economic growth refers to economic development that promotes equity, benefiting all segments of society, reducing inequality, and addressing unemployment. Indonesia, as one of the world's largest archipelago nations, faces challenges of uneven population distribution and varying socio-economic backgrounds, leading to persistent issues of inequality and unemployment. Telecommunication infrastructure plays a crucial role by establishing information and communication networks that can contribute to accelerating economic equality. This study aims to examine the impact of telecommunications infrastructure on inclusive economic growth in Indonesia, utilizing panel data from 34 provinces spanning the years 2011 to 2021 and employing the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) methodology. The findings demonstrate that indicators such as base transceiver station (BTS), cellular telephone usage, and internet connectivity have a positive effect on per capita income growth, while simultaneously reducing unemployment, inequality, and raising the inclusive economic development index (“Indeks Pembangunan Ekonomi Inklusif-IPEI”). Moreover, the effects of telecommunications infrastructure vary across different sub-regions, highlighting disparities in infrastructure development and variations in technological expertise across regions.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the basis used by Bapenda to deviate from the provisions of Article 6, paragraph (2), letter a of Law Number 20 of 2000 concerning BPHTB, in conjunction with the provisions of Article 7, paragraph (2), letter a, in conjunction with Article 10 of Malang City Regional Regulation Number 15 of 2010 concerning BPHTB, in collecting BPHTB in Malang City. It also aims to analyze and describe the indicators used by Bapenda to determine the fair transaction price in the sale and purchase of land in Malang City for the collection of BPHTB. This research is a socio-legal study with a juridical-sociological approach. The research was conducted at the Regional Revenue Agency of Malang City. The analysis results show that the Fees for Acquisition of Rights on Land and Building (BPHTB), as a local tax, are collected by the local government. BPHTB is calculated using the tariff and tax base, after being reduced by NPOPTKP. There is a difference in terminology between NPOP in the BPHTB Law and NJOP in the BPHTB Perda of Malang City. The collection of BPHTB must adhere to the principles of justice, legal certainty, legality, and simplicity. However, there were irregularities in the collection of BPHTB by Bapenda in Malang City in 2022 and 2023, as they violated the provisions by using the tax database and determining the increase in NJOP without a clear basis, undermining the principle of legality and causing conflicts with the BPHTB Law.

The purpose of this research is to analyze toll road’s efficiency performance in Indonesia within 2018-2022 period.Using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, the efficiency of operating costs and maintenance costs is assessed for 20 toll road sections in Indonesia. Additionally, the study employs the Tobit regression technique to examine the impact of Capital Structure (proxied by Debt-to-Equity Ratio) and technological sophistication (proxied by Gross Domestic Product - GDP) on the efficiency of Toll Road Companies. The analysis reveals that the efficiency level of Toll Companies remains relatively constant during 2018-2020 but experiences a significant decline in 2021-2022. DER is found to have a significant positive effect on Toll Road Companies’ efficiency, suggesting that BUJT management should carefully consider debt and equity costs when determining the capital structure composition. Conversely, the sophistication of corporate technology exhibits a significant negative effect on Toll Road Companies’ efficiency. This outcome arises from the high costs associated with the procurement and maintenance of advanced technology. Moreover, the implementation of new technology may temporarily reduce efficiency due to the time and resources required for employee training and adapting to new work processes and systems. This research aims to provide the management authorities for toll road’s performance assesment indicators by investigating toll road efficiency.

In the process of communication, verbal communication is the main natural form of concretization of thoughts and desires of every person. However, despite the fact that verbal communication is the primary means of carrying out communication, non-verbal means of achieving optimal information, their role in communication cannot be ignored. According to type of situation, the structure of the spoken text and non-verbal means, many factors affecting communication should be considered. Thus, there are basically two forms of communication: verbal and non-verbal communication. While verbal communication uses symbols of human language, non-verbal communication uses facial expressions, human body, gestures, etc. Regardless of its structure, no language can exist without communication. The main object of this study is the information used in verbal and non-verbal communicatin. It deals with different types of communication, their characteristic features and influence to each other. This article expresses the main problems that we can face during non-verbal and verbal communicatin and the research focuses on different methods of verbal and non-verbal communication and analyses the main problems which may occur during the communication. According to the result of this research,we can say that, the richer the language, culture, and traditions of the people, the richer the conceptual space and, therefore, the conceptosphere of that nation. The conceptosphere is the totality of human concepts. The cognitive and communicative aspect of each language directly reflects the culture of that language and its speakers.

The advent of the COVID-19 pandemic on a global scale has had a significant impact on all aspects of human activities. The integration of digital technologies has led to a substantial transformation of the worldwide education system. The primary objective of this investigation was to examine the transition from traditional face-to-face instruction to virtual instruction in South African institutions of higher learning amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The research utilised content analysis to conduct a scoping review of existing literature pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic. The research investigated the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on tertiary education establishments in the Republic of South Africa. The study reviewed journal articles and book chapters focused on the shift from conventional classroom learning to online learning in South Africa’s Higher Education to answer two research questions raised in the study. To ensure an in-depth search, the researcher searched 67 journals articles and identified 58 reports/studies satisfying the inclusion criteria. The findings of the analysis of these studies highlighted that the educational establishments were not adequately equipped for the abrupt shift from traditional face-to-face instruction to remote digital learning. Despite the expeditious efforts made by numerous institutions of higher education to incorporate online learning into their curricula, several obstacles were encountered during this technological shift towards the perpetuation of educational instruction. Consequently, it is recommended that institutions provide sufficient learning technologies, consistent internet data subscriptions for students, and technical support for lecturers to improve the effectiveness of online learning. On the other hand, the research has demonstrated that educational establishments have undergone a significant transformation from traditional in-person instructional settings to virtual learning environments.

The aim of the theoretical framework is to examine the issue of autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) among scientific communities and enhance the knowledge horizons of students in medical and pedagogical fields. Considering the increasing public interest in ASMR, the article also addresses the parents of ASMR content consumers. The material reviews the current international research on ASMR and its effects on children and students. Using scientific methods of theoretical analyses, observation, and expert evaluation, the author popularizes in the specialized media the specifics and psycho-pedagogical effects of ASMR on the people who shape the generation Z and generation Alpha. The results highlight the need for in-depth theoretical and empirical research in order to gain a better understanding of the impact of ASMR on the mentioned young generations. Such research is crucial for establishing the connection between ASMR and mental health and socialization in these groups, as well as for understanding the relationship of the phenomenon under investigation with the existing scientific knowledge. Concerns regarding adverse consequences on the mental health and socialization of children and students are also shared.
