To solve the electrical capacitance tomography(ECT) technology "soft field" effect and pathological problem, a new Barzilai-Borwein algorithm for electrical capacitance tomography is presented. On the basis of analyzing ECT system measurement principle, constructing corrector formula of secant approximation algorithm in second-order information items of objective functions. The feasibility of using this algorithm for ECT problems is also discussed. It shows that it is easy to meet the convergence condition and error of image reconstruction is small. Experimental results and simulation data indicate that the algorithm can provide high quality images and high speed compared with LBP, Steepest Descent algorithm and Tikhonov algorithm and this new algorithm presents presents a feasible and effective way to research on image reconstruction algorithm for Electrical Capacitance Tomography System.

The Couner-Propagation neural networks is weak in convergent speed, will easily sink into local minimum, and its choices of initial weights and thresholds lack sound basis. So, a new optimal algorithm of neural network based on rough set was proposed. The new approach integrates the advantages of the two algorithms; it has good understandability, simple computation and exact accuracy. Then a new algorithm based rough set was put forward and used to optimize the design of neural network weights and threshold. The results of simulation show: the new algorithm can get over the insufficiency of CP, and compared with CP, greatly improve the convergent accuracy and speed, and get a good measurement result.

This paper studied the localization problem for a rescue robot based on laser scan matching and extended Kalman filtering (EKF). Scan matching method based on normal distribution transform (NDT) can avoid hard feature extraction problem by estimation of the probability distribution of laser scan data and localization can be achieved using correlation of the NDT. Based on NDT scan matching, the NDT-EKF algorithm has been proposed, which realizes fast and precise localization in rescue environment by fusing odometery data and scan matching together. The NDT-EKF algorithm has been extensively tested and experimental results show its effectiveness and robustness.

With the acceleration of urbanization, urban atmospheric pollution is becoming severe. Urban atmospheric environmental quality evaluation has aroused broad attention. This paper introduced grey correlation analysis into evaluation of urban atmospheric environmental quality and established an evaluation model. The paper selected PM10, SO2, NO2 and days of air quality equal to or above grade II as evaluation indexes. Finally the paper developed a case study on the four municipalities directly under the central government and the twenty-seven provincial capitals. The calculation results show that atmospheric environmental qualities of the 31 cities are not good, especially the four municipalities. Additionally, the paper compares results of grey correlation analysis method with that of fuzzy matter-element method. The concept of grey correlation analysis is clear and the calculation process is convenient, so grey correlation analysis is applicable to evaluation of atmospheric environmental quality.

China, with its rapid expansion of road construction and increase in the number of vehicles, road traffic accidents are becoming a serious public health problem. Driving fatigued was significantly related to traffic accidents in which the driver’s behavior contributed to the accident. This paper describes prototype driver fatigue evaluating performance by setting up various parameters that typically characterize fatigue level of the driver. This model was validated that the driver with fatigue states need longer time to reduce the decisive, sensitive and real-time competence under the protean road condition, and correlation analysis to exact parameters of drivers' reaction time.

Terrain analysis is an important job for terrain classification and geomorphologic mapping in complex terrain context. When Shuttle Radar Topography Mission appeared, enormous account of data, SRTM Digital Elevation Model (abbreviated SRTM DEM), has been sent back to earth. Then automating the analysis of this data and its interpretation represents a challenging test of significant benefit. In this study, we propose combing texture statistics and classification to interpret topography data of Sichuan Basin and landform surround and to identify constituent land-forms of the Sichuan Basin landscape. Our approach used unsupervised image segmentation to divide a landform into a number of spatially extended but topographically homogeneous objects. The objects are classified into predetermined landform classes. We have applied our technique to the Sichuan Basin and mountain surround in Sichuan Province, China. This thesis focuses on the design of the personal firewall and its realization under the operation system of Windows. Firstly, the paper presents the background of introducing of the personal firewall, the development of Domestic and foreign personal firewall, the security problem of network and the technology of computer firewall. Then, analyses thoroughly the technology of the capturing of network data under the operation system of Windows, and introduces overall frame about the operation system of Windows as well as structural drawing about the network system of Windows. Finally, the paper explains the design of the project and the implement of all the modules in detail, illuminates the testing and the analysis of performance of the program, and summarizes the entire paper. During the development, we adopt the software designing idea of structurization and modularization, which improves the transplantation and agility of the system. Three modules communicate each other, adopting the share memory technology, the message of Windows and the I/O controlling code.

Based on the measured deformation data series, future deformation value of deep foundation pit was predicted using Support Vector Machine (SVM) model in soft soil area. Gauss kernel function, Sequential minimal optimization arithmetic, and the parameter value of C andε were determined by testing. By using the method in example, results are shown to be in good agreement with measured data and laws reported in paper, and illustrates that SVM could perform well in solving fuzzy geotechnical engineering problem similar to deformation prediction. This paper introduces enterprise research and development strategy based on TRIZ evolution theory. According to the existing product performance parameters of the invention patent number, level, profit and actual quantitative information, the product evolution S-curve can be set up; according to the position of product in S-curve, the technology maturity of existing products can be predicted; according to the TRIZ technology system evolution law, people can predict the development of new technologies and the possible application status or structure of new products.
