Peranan Penyederhana, Tingkah Laku, Organisasi Hijau, Ali Abdulhassan, Abbas Hussein, Hurajah Al Hasnawi
The research aims at improving the employees' understanding about the moderating effect of green organizational behavior on the relationship between environmental leadership and entrepreneurial success, based for exploring opinions 874 employee, working at General Company for Southern Cement, Iraq. The results supported the hypotheses that entrepreneurial success is positively influenced by each environmental behavior that the leader adopts. The results also proved that the green organizational behavior exerted a positive effect on entrepreneurial success. In addition, the green organizational behavior exhibited a moderating effect on the nature of relationship between environmental leadership and entrepreneurial success. Thus, it can be inferred that this outcome contributes towards the improvement of giving importance to environmental behaviors which a leader should adopt. The research concluded with various insights that could create a great impact and pave the way for a sustainable future with regards to nature of relationship among the variables.

Kajian ekonomi politik selepas gabungan negara-bangsa Iraq selepas perang dan gabungan neoliberal 19902014 adalah mencabar. Keluaran Dalam Negara Kasar (KDNK) di Iraq telah turun naik secara mendadak sepanjang sepuluh tahun yang lalu, dengan semua sektor terjejas. Memandangkan kepimpinan tulen dan keselamatan kerja adalah pembolehubah organisasi yang penting, lebih banyak kajian tentang pembolehubah kritikal seperti kesejahteraan psikologi di tempat kerja dijangkakan. Persekitaran kerja yang mencabar dan waktu kerja yang panjang telah membawa kepada peningkatan keperluan kesihatan psikologi di tempat kerja moden. Kami berhasrat untuk memahami sejauh mana pembolehubah kepimpinan dan persepsi keselamatan pekerjaan dikaitkan dengan kesejahteraan psikologi jururawat. Data dikumpul daripada 250jururawat. Kesan tidak langsung telah diperiksa dengan model proses Hayes. Mengikut dapatan kajian, kepimpinan tulen memberi kesan kepada kesejahteraan psikologi jururawat. Selain itu, pembolehubah pengantara (keselamatan pekerjaan yang dirasakan) mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologi. Hasil kajian ini menyokong dakwaan dan menyokong konsep kepimpinan tulen dalam penjagaan kesihatan, yang membolehkan jururawat mendapat lebih jaminan pekerjaan dan seterusnya meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologi mereka. Pemimpin mesti menunjukkan kepimpinan yang tulen dengan menjadi yakin, optimistik, penuh harapan, dan boleh menyesuaikan diri.Alternate :The study of political economy after the concatenation of Iraq's post-war nation-state and the neoliberal conjuncture of 1990-2014 is challenging. The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Iraq has fluctuated dramatically over the past ten years, with all sectors being affected. Since authentic leadership and job security are essential organizational variables, more studies about critical variables such as psychological well-being at the workplace are to be expected. A challenging work environment and long working hours have led to increased psychological health requirements in the modern workplace. We aim to understand how well broad variables of leadership and perceived job security are correlated with nurses ' psychological well-being. The data were collected from 250 nurses. The indirect effects were examined with the Hayes process model. According to the findings of the study, authentic leadership has an impact on the psychological well-being of nurses. Moreover, the mediator variable (perceived job security) affects psychological well-being. The results of this study support the claim and substantiate the concept of authentic leadership in healthcare, which enables nurses to have more job security and consequently improves their psychological well-being. Leaders must demonstrate authentic leadership by being confident, optimistic, hopeful, and adaptable.

This study examines the extent of the governance practices in a farmers’ organisation known as HP-Pertubuhan Peladang Kawasan (HP-PPK). Conceptually, the research is framed within the governance framework of the Confederation of Finnish Cooperatives that examines the external, internal, and democratic governance structures of a membership organisation. Data of the study are derived from a series of interviews conducted, observation, and documentation analysis. The study found that HP-PPK has good governance practices, and the board and management manage to develop a mutual understanding of their respective roles. HP-PPK continuously campaigns to attract more farmers to join the PPK, and ultimately, it manages to create strong connections, trust, and relationships with its farmer-members. However, HP-PPK was subject to political interference and relied heavily on the general manager appointed by the Registrar in the management and administration of the PPK. Consequently, there is a severe concern about whether democracy in HP-PPK was undermined and HP-PPK would be transformed into an independent and progressive PPK.

This study explores the effects of financial literacy and financial behaviour on entrepreneurial motivation among accounting students in Malaysia’s public universities. University students’ financial literacy level and financial behaviour level are also explored. This study employed a quantitative survey method and used twenty financial items and ten entrepreneurship motivation items to answer the research questions. A total of 530 accounting undergraduates from three public universities in Malaysia were given a financial and entrepreneurial test. To get results, data were analysed using mean and frequency analysis, a reliability test, Pearson’s product-moment analysis and regressions. Our findings demonstrated that the accounting students’ financial literacy and financial behaviour was at a moderate level. However, accounting students possessed a high level of entrepreneurship motivation. Supporting past research, this study found that financial literacy and financial behaviour affect accounting students’ entrepreneurial motivation. This research has valuable implications for educators, higher education and policymakers by designing a more integrated education curriculum and effective policy mechanism that strengthens students’ entrepreneurial motivation.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of talent management (TM) practices on employee engagement (EE) in Malaysia Private Universities (MPU). The present research applied a cross-sectional research approach, and the study data were collected from 314 academics from MPU. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) was employed to evaluate the study hypotheses. The findings showed that TM practices: talent recruitment practice (TRP), training and development practice (T&DP), and compensation practice (CP) has a significant effect on EE. This research is one of its kind conducted in MPU. Therefore, this research makes significant contributions to the existing literature by investigating the effect of TRP, T&DP, CP on EE, and also the findings of the research serve as a guide to the universities management to formulate their institutional policies to inspire their employees to engage in their task effectively which can enable the universities to fulfil their specified mission and vision.
