Análise estrutural do pensamento normativo e contranormativo de conselheiros municipais do idoso sobre a preparação para velhice 市老年议员关于老年准备的规范性和反规范性思维的结构分析

Structural analysis of thought normative and against normative of municipal counselors of elderly about the preparation for old age. The objective of this research was to identify how to organize social representations and elements that indicate silent zone of municipal counselors of elderly about preparation for old age. Seventy-two members of Municipal Councils for the Rights of the Elderly participated in six municipalities in the greater São Paulo. To collect data, we used a Word-Free Evocation Technique hierarchized in situations of collection normal and substitution, from the term inducer “preparation for old age”. The data were analyzed by Prototypic Analysis, with support of IRAMUTEQ software. Centrality of element “health” was confirmed in normal situation and in the substitution situation same was considered peripheral element on activated. In common periphery it was highlighted possibility of silent zone that does not accept and does not recognize the aging itself. It was considered existence of negative stereotypes related to old age.

Produção científica sobre psicologia dos desastres: Uma revisão da literatura nacional 灾害心理学的科学成果:国家文献综述

Scientific literature on disasters in psychology: A review of national literature. The news about the occurrence of disasters has become part of the daily life of Brazilians in recent years, given the high amount of extreme climatic events aggravated by environmental degradation and severe social problems. This study presents a systematic review of the scientific literature produced in Brazil on Disaster Psychology, in order to know how the event and all the social phenomena inherent to it are being taken as an object of study by Psychology, focusing on socio-environmental disasters. The review retrieved 11 articles in the databases Bireme and SciELO, considering as inclusion criteria: articles produced in Brazil, temporality between 2005 and 2015 and that only discussed socioenvironmental disasters. The results show that the disaster is still a challenge for the study of psychology, with few studies that are mostly theoretical. It is observed that there is a profitable field for the construction of knowledge in the theme.

Análise da rede de apoio e do apoio social na percepção de usuários e profissionais da proteção social básica 基本社会保障使用者和专业人员感知中的支持网络和社会支持分析

Analysis of the support network and the social support in perception of users and professionals of the basic social protection. This article analyzes the articulations of the Support Network and the different functions of Social Support for Basic Social Protection users, through the perception of CRAS workers and their users, in Porto Alegre (RS). The interviews were analyzed using Thematic Analysis and the results were codified, contrasting the professionals’ and the users’ perceptions. The results indicate an early weakening of family ties and a reordering of the Support Network through new links with the extended family and the community, as a strategy of coping, in users’ life history. Regarding the informal system, the religious institutions are related to the material support, while in the formal systems, the professionals of Social Assistance play an important source of emotional support, inserting themselves in the Support Network, highlighting the narratives, both for users and for professionals.

"Minha pior experiência escolar": Caracterização retrospectiva da vitimização de estudantes “我最糟糕的学校经历”:学生受害的回顾性描述

My worst school experience: A retrospective characterization of students’ victimization. The aim of this study was to describe the worst school events experienced by Brazilian university students, pointing to its frequency, duration, main perpetrators and victims’ characteristics (age, grade and type of school). To this end, 691 university students of both genders (mean 21.1 years) responded to a version of the retrospective instrument Student Alienation and Trauma Survey – R, translated and adapted to Brazil. The most frequent worst school experience modality described were relational (35.7%), and verbal violence (27.4%). Girls suffered verbal, relational and sexual violence more often, and boys suffered physical violence and unfair discipline. Perpetrators were mostly another male student. The mean age of the worst experience occurrence was 12.3 years, and 10.5% of participants indicated that the worst school experience had lasted “years”. These data contribute to characterization of school violence in Brazil, stressing urgent need of interventions.

Professional development: Proposal of a conceptual model. The constant changes in the job market have demanded people’s increasing professional qualification and contributed to the relevance of research to understand the phenomenon Professional Development. This study aimed to carry out a conceptual analysis of Professional Development, which is a technique indicated for theoretical refinement processes. The result of this study has identified that there is great convergence between what is called Professional Development in common sense and the way the term is understood in the scientific context. The concept is widely used in the areas of Education, Administration and Psychology and is associated with growth, progression, capacity building and skills.

Formação em Psicologia e oligopolização do ensino superior no Brasil 心理学培训与巴西高等教育寡头垄断

Training in psychology and the oligopolization of higher education in Brazil. This article aimed to describe the current scenario of organization of psychology courses in Brazil, considering the process of expansion and mercantilization of higher education. Methodologically, this study was of exploratory-descriptive design, based on official information related to higher education, and on financial reports of educational groups and specialized consultancies in investment funds. Results showed a deepening of the process of mercantilization of higher education and the formation of players in education (great oligopolies), which concentrate a significant share of the market. The training in psychology follows the same tendency: intensification of the private sector and interiorization of the institutions, including smaller regions, it was also observed that a significant percentage (26.25%) of courses are linked with larger educational groups in Brazil.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of a memory training (MEMO) and a memory stimulation (Stimullus) procedure in older adults with normal cognitive aging. The study was conducted with 44 participants of both sexes, healthy and over 60 years old, using a randomized control trial design with two groups receiving cognitive interventions and one control group with no intervention, with pre and post-intervention assessments. Results indicated that MEMO interventions produce more cognitive gains than the Stimullus intervention procedure. Visual memory and Face-Name Association tests presented significant differences between groups, but Free Recall and Image Recognition tests were insensitive to the interventions.
