Youth Mentoring is the process of matching mentors with young people who need or want a caring responsible adult in their lives. It is defined as an on-going relationship between a caring adult and a young person which is required for self-development, professional growth and carrier development of the mentee and mentors both and all this must be placed within a specific institution context. The purpose of this article is to quantitatively review the three major areas of mentoring research (youth, academic, and workplace) to determine the overall effect size associated with mentoring outcomes for students.

The Indian mutual fund industry witnessed a remarkable performance in the past 30 years. After independence, with the joint effort of the Indian government and the Reserve Bank of India, the establishment of Unit Trust of India marked the beginning of the mutual fund industry in India. With the opening of mutual fund industry in India, investors started taking the advantage of multiple investment opportunities. This leads to increase in savings to the funds along with banks. Mutual funds have given consistent favorable returns over the past year despite of slow growth. For making an investment in a highly sophisticated and complex financial market, investors need the support of financial experts to take an informed decision. These financial experts are mutual funds who act as an intermediary. Association of Mutual Funds in India is established to protect the interests of mutual funds along with its unit holders and to ensure the development of Indian mutual fund industry on ethical and professional lines. Today, investors prefers to invest in mutual funds amongst other investment options as mutual funds ensures protection of their interest by making an optimum investment decision making. Investment in mutual funds proved to be advantageous to those investors who are ready to take higher risk in order to earn higher return but they lack adequate knowledge of the market.

The issue of poor waste management has become a very important issue of concern to various scholars in environmental studies. Effective waste management in Port Harcourt has been seen as one of the greatest issue being faced in Rivers State. It cannot be over emphasized that the generation of waste and its adverse effect has increased overtime. This paper critically looks into the ethical implications and effects of poor waste management in Rivers state with focus on Port Harcourt. Hence, this paper was able to establish that the failure of the government to enact environmental laws and punishing those found wanting and also providing the necessary working tools for waste managers have all resulted to poor waste management. Thus, the effects of all these cannot be over emphasized. This paper makes some significant recommendations for government, waste managers and the public in general on the necessity to adopt certain ethical principles and also to sensitize the populace on proper waste management. The paper in conclusion exposes some ethical implications and effects of poor waste management in Port Harcourt and how it has resulted to the city of Port Harcourt called the Garden City now been seen as a Tattered City.

This research examined the impact of public sector restructuring on the economy. Secondary source of information was used for the study. The findings from the study shows that public sector restructuring draws our attention to the issues affecting the smooth implementation of restructuring efforts especially in the developing countries. The specific objectives of the study are to examine the attainment of the planned resource allocation and the economy, the relationship between efficiency and booming economy, the relationship between functional organization and the relationship between accurate source of capital formation and the economy. Content method o data analysis was adopted to elicit data for this study. The paper revealed, among other things that the public sector had over the years been weakened with an over expanded public expenditure profile, persistent deficits financed by domestic and external borrowing with resultant high debt service burden, breakdown of the traditional instruments of control leading to corruption and misappropriation of funds, incidence of ghost workers, poor costing of programmes and projects, a large portfolio of abandoned/on-going projects especially in efficient and wasteful parastatals. Not only that the system has accumulated pension arrears but some states and agencies of the federal government are beginning to accumulate salary arrears and payments due to contractors and suppliers. Amidst these challenges, public sector restructuring is a demanding task and should not be seen as a quick solution for problems militating against our national development. It was recommended among others that the it is advisable to eliminate duplication of organizations to save cost and to channel the resources to other project.

The aim of the author of this paper is to show the relationship between the levels of financial Literacy of individuals and company’s managers and the stability of financial markets, asset Markets and the stability of the financial system as a whole. In post-conflict Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) economy was ''struck'' by foreign banks and financial capital that has swept the local public ''hungry'' for loans but also under-educated in the financial sense to borrow and use borrowed funds more effectively and accept tolerable burden of debt. Financial illiteracy and the willingness to accept the conditions imposed by banks have led to difficulties in servicing obligations and deteriorating loan portfolio of banks. In such circumstances, the onset of the financial crisis has brought something positive. The trend of rapid borrowing of citizens and companies in BiH was abruptly cut, but on the other hand problems with servicing the loan already taken simultaneously arose. The problems are still not dramatic but it should be noted that problems in the banking sector come to the surface only after one and a half to two years after the crisis. The author believes that a more serious approach to the financial literacy of citizens and managers and owners of small businesses is crucial, not only for the economy as a whole but also for the health of the banking system or financial system of the country.

This article assesses the wind speed data and wind energy potential in the Bukhara region of Uzbekistan. In article it is stated a principle construction "hybrid" a source of the electric power consisting from wind power installation with mechanical store of energy, the solar panel with аккумулятор in common working with an electric network. The speed and direction of the wind measured at a height of 10 m were analyzed by the Weibull probability distribution functionTo determine the direction of wind flow (wind rose), a graph in Matlab environment was constructed. The method of an estimation energy of efficiency of the objects eating from several energy sources is offered. It is proved efficiency of application of such source of the electric power low power consumers
