The poem entitled "Song of a Guerrilla" is a great literary work that is able to express the contents of his thoughts into beautiful poetic verses that make the author interested in researching poetry from W.S Rendra. The purpose of this study is to describe a guerrilla song poem using the study of riffatere semiotics. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by describing the facts that are then analyzed. Research data in the form of words, phrases, clauses, sentences contained in poetry texts. Riffatere semiotic reading steps: (1) Heuristic reading and hermeneutic reading, (2) Indirectness of expression, (3) Determining matrices, models, and variants, (4) Hypogram of W.S. Rendra's song of a guerrilla poem, and (5) Summing up data and writing reports. The results of this study describe the meaning that poets want to convey through poetry is about their lovers until the end of their lives on the battlefield. The Role of the Catholic Religious Education Teacher in Increasing Students' Interest in Class VIII Through Learning Catholic Religious Education and Characteristics at SMP RK Deli Murni Delitua. This research was conducted determine the role of Catholic religious education teachers in increasing interest in learning for Grade VIII students through learning Catholic religious education and morals. This type of research used is a qualitative method. The qualitative method was chosen because it can explore a problem in-depth and can explain in detail about a problem that occurs, starting from identifying a problem in-depth and explaining a problem that occurs, starting from identifying the problem to explaining the solution. The number of respondents in this study consisted of one Catholic religious education teacher and six students. The location of the research was at SMP RK Deli Murni Delitua. This Study used several techniques to collect the data observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects used were Catholic religious education teachers and class VIII students. The results of this study indicate that, firstly, the role of Catholic religious education teachers in this school is good. This can be seen from the students' increased interest in learning, and secondly, the students' interest in learning is good, 85% of students' interest in learning is high, and 15% is interested in low student learning.

This research aims determine how the use of audiovisual media can enhance the student’s interest in learning in Grade 10 Social Sciences in Catholic Religious Education at St. Antonius Bangun Mulia High School, Medan. This research adopts a qualitative method. The qualitative method is chosen because it allows for an in-depth exploration of a problem and provides detailed explanations regarding the identified problem and its solutions. The data collection techniques employed in this research include interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects include one mentor teacher, one peer teacher, and ten students from Grade 10 Social Sciences. The research findings indicate that: 1) The steps of utilizing audiovisual media employed by the Catholic Religious Education teacher are practical. The purpose of this study was to describe the methods, media, and student responses in learning poetry in class X SMK PAB 10 Patumbak. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation, essay tests, and documentation. The research data is information about poetry learning in class X, with 30 students in the experimental class and 30 students in the control class; data sources are from researchers, students, and events in learning to write poetry. The data analysis technique uses a contextual approach that is perfect for learning to write poetry in class X SMK PAB 10 Patumbak. The results of this study found that the learning method used by researchers was a contextual approach using essay tests. This method can arouse students' enthusiasm and interest in participating in learning, and the media researchers use relates to the surrounding natural environment. The results of student scores with an average achievement in control class learning with a score of 65, while experimental class learning with a score of 80 indicate that students' writing skills in contextual learning are better. Student responses were grouped into two, namely, positive and negative responses. Students' positive responses were shown by the activity of writing poetry in the experimental class using a contextual approach, namely being active in asking and answering questions posed by researchers, and the negative responses of students in the control class were seen by the lack of enthusiasm of students towards the use of the lecture method by researchers and the placement of class schedules at the end meetings where the condition of students is tired and hungry.

Some people use sarcasm to express anger, annoyance, etc. This research aims to examine the form of sarcasm in the short story Malam Seorang Maling by Jakob Sumardjo, end the form of sarcasm in the 70s. The research method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. The content analysis technique is used by recording the findings. From the analysis that has been done, 10 sarcasm data were found. Based on the findings, the target of sarcasm is only sometimes addressed to living objects, such as human being or their group, but to non-living objects, such as suitcases and hallways.

The results of this study indicate that there are still students who do not obey the rules set by the school,students who skip school, students who come late to school, and student who smoke at school. Researchers found that the role of Catholic religious education teachers in upholding student discipline was good. Learning the Catholic religion implies that discipline is the main requirement to obey the rules. The contribution to the school is with the role of the Catholic religious education teacher as a good educator.

This thesis aims to find out the teacher's skills in class management to increase the activeness of student learning in Catholic Religious education subjects. The research method used by researchers is qualitative. Researchers used the results of observations, interviews, and documentation to observe and find out how the skills of teachers in class management increase students' active learning in Catholic Religion education at Kabanjahe 2 Catholic Senior High School. Informants in this research were Catholic religious education teachers as chritical informants, students as supporting informants, and peer teachers as additional informants. Catholic religious education teachers apply skills in classroom management where students are more active than before, starting from students who dare to ask questions, express opinions, and have group discussions. This can be seen from the average value of students' daily tests before the teacher applies skills in class management, namely 72. After the skills that the teacher makes in class management, the average value of students increases to 81 in cycle 1 and then increases again to 84 in cycle 2.

The research subject were 1 tutor, 1 school principal, and 10 social studies class X students. The role of teachers in enhancing students' learning motivation is crucial, especially in catholic religious education. Catholic Religious Education teachers are responsible for being role models, providing inspiration, and motivating students. Teacher creativity is critical n enhancing students' motivation to learn Catholic Religious Education. This research aims to analyze the role of Catholic Religious Education teachers' creativity in motivating students. The research method used is qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research indicate that Catholic Religious Education teachers employ various creative teaching methods and instructional media to enhance students' learning motivation. They implement strategies such as the using pictures, videos, music, group discussions, role-playing, and project assignments. Teachers also assist students in achieving satisfactory learning outcomes by providing guidance, support, and positive feedback. This research aims to analyze the role of Catholic Religious Education teachers' creativity in motivating students. The research method used is qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research indicate that Catholic Religious Education teachers employ various creative teaching methods and instructional media to enhance students' learning motivation. They implement strategies such as the using pictures, videos, music, group discussions, role-playing, and project assignments. Teachers also assist students in achieving satisfactory learning outcomes by providing guidance, support, and positive feedback. Learning the Indonesian language and literature still needs to be optimal. Learning needs to get the attention of teachers and educational observers. Good learning makes students happy and comfortable and gets optimal learning results. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of cooperative learning in class X high school students with poetry material. The method used is an experimental method with the type of pretest-posttest. Respondents who participated in the study were 42 students. Research activities were carried out from January to March 2019. The study's results stated an increase of 4.7464 when students used cooperative learning. The learning process begins with forming groups and interactions between students and teachers. This method can provide added value before and after using the method.
