Shape measurement of the cubic phase plate with wavefront sensing technology 用波前传感技术测量立方相板的形状

A surface measurement system is designed according to the features of cubic phase plate surface based on wavefront sensing technology.A mapping model from reflected wavefront to surface shape is presented,and in order to measure surface with greater curvature,an algorithm based on image processing method is proposed to improve the dynamic range of the wavefront sensor.Simulation analysis shows that the conversion accuracy of the proposed mapping model is 2~3 times better than traditional algorithm and the dynamic range is increased nearly 4times.Finally,an experimental system is built to measure the surface of an actual cubic phase plate,the result compared with the data achieved by Wyko white light interferometer verifies the correctness and accuracy of the measurement system.

A method of concurrent events signal reconstruction in ultra-long distance distributed optical fiber vibration sensor 超长距离分布式光纤振动传感器中并发事件信号重构方法

A new solution is proposed due to the performance declining of long distance distribution vibration detection sensors used at complex environment.The solution takes advantage of vibration signal feature extraction,separation and fusion technique which is widely adopted in radar signal processing field,and accomplishes individual vibration signal restore during a multi-source noise.The field test results are accurate when the sensors are used to check two and four concurrent events.The solution provides technical support to deploy long distance distribution vibration detection sensors at harsh environment.
针对复杂环境下长距离分布振动检测传感器性能下降的问题,提出了一种新的解决方案。该方案利用雷达信号处理领域广泛采用的振动信号特征提取、分离和融合技术,在多源噪声下实现了单个振动信号的恢复。当传感器用于检查两个和四个并发事件时,现场测试结果是准确的。该方案为恶劣环境下长距离分布振动检测传感器的部署提供技术支持。

Deflection angle measurement system for microstructure based on microscope optical lever 基于显微镜光学杠杆的微结构偏转角测量系统

A microscope system for the deflection angle measurement of microstructures is presented.The microscope consists of an infinite conjugate imaging system and an integrated optical lever.The laser beam of the optical lever is focused by the infinite objective to a size less than 10μm.A current-mode circuit is designed for signal processing for the optical lever,and 5MHz in bandwidth is achieved.The measurement range and resolution of the system are±4°and 1.2″, respectively.As a test,the system is used to measure the deflection angles at the free end of a cantilever probe of atomic force microscope under step load.The measurement results are consistent well with the calculation by using Timoshenko beam theory.

Research on solar incident angle of water body polarized remote sensing 水体偏振遥感太阳入射角研究

On the basis of polarized detection mechanism,the relationship between the polarization degree and the refractive index is established,and the change regulation on different refractive indexes combination is discussed.The results show that when the solar incident angle at the left of the intersection angle,the polarization degree is inversely proportional to the refractive index,and when the solar incident angle at the right of the intersection angle,the polarization degree is proportional to the refractive index.The D-values of polarization degree reaches the maximum at the solar incident angle 40°or 70°.To obtain polarization information in the suitable angle,the accuracy of the water remote sensing can be improved.

Off-axis aspheric surface measurement by coordinate contour measuring machine 坐标轮廓测量机测量离轴非球面

A method is proposed to measure off-axis aspherical mirrors with a circular flat base,a rectangular flat base and a family of parallel lines that cut the circular flat base by a coordinate measurement machine(CMM).In response to the base features above,workpiece coordinate system is designed,and the positioning points used to establish the workpiece coordinate system are defined.The 3D-coordinates point-cloud data on the off-axis mirrors are obtained with automatic measurement of single points schema by CMM,and then,the off-axis aspheric surface data processing model for these error corrections is built.Compared with the data by the theoretical model,the surface error of an actual off-axis aspheric surface is obtained.All the pre-polishing processes are guided according to the measurement results.

Study on stealthy jamming effect on TV homing seekers 电视寻的隐身干扰效应研究

The stealthy jamming effect on a TV homing seeker is investigated by flight test in which the seeker is loaded on an unmanned airship.The basic law of stealthy jamming effect on the performance of the TV homing seeker is discovered and explained.The results are referential for the study of stealthy jamming mechanism and the anti-jamming design of imaging seekers.

Influences of Compton scattering on the propagation properties of sub-picosecond super-Gaussian pulse in plasma 康普顿散射对亚皮秒超高斯脉冲在等离子体中传播特性的影响

By using the model of multi-photon nonlinear Compton scattering,nonlinear Schrdinger equation,Rungekutta algorithm and variation method,the influences of Compton scattering on the propagation properties of sub-picosecond super-Gaussian pulse in plasma are studied.The revised equations of the propagation evolution of super-Gaussian pulse are given out,and the equations are computed by using numbers.The results show that the compressed degree of pulse width and nonlinear effect are increased by Compton scattering than before Compton scattering,pulse expansion width is decreased and dispersion effect is effectively decreased by the increased nonlinear effect.The frequency is quivered when the pulse width is reached maximum or minimum,the chattering is not a 0.The oscillation evolution of the amplitude of the super-Gaussian pulse is accelerated along with the increase of propagation distance,the oscillation evolutions of the chattering and pulse width are accelerated too,the linear relation quivering is appeared between the frequency and phase and propagation distance,the quasi-linear relation is appeared between the central place of pulse and propagation distance.The important influences to the conformal transmission of the super-Gaussian pulse are taken place by Compton scattering.

The feature selection and bias classification of magnetic tile surface defect 磁瓦表面缺陷的特征选择与偏置分类

In order to improve the accuracy and reduce the prediction time of detection of magnetic tile surface defect,a method of the feature selection and the bias classification is proposed.While offline training,the subgraphs which are generated from the transformation by Gabor filters are fused.Then the texture features of the pictures are extracted.The Relief algorithm is improved to extract the feature subset which have a strong correlation with category and remove redundant features.In order to decrease the miss rate of defective magnetic tile,the bias classification is performed before used LSSVM to predict the categories.It is proved that the proposed method can achieve about 99.09%as the accuracy rate of the defect magnet and the overall accuracy rate is about 96.89%.Compared with the original method,the online prediction only costs 67.4ms which decreased by nearly 1/4.

Design for LED free surface lens with small angle based on extended source 基于扩展光源的小角度LED自由曲面透镜设计

A design algorithm of free surface lens based on extended source that can realize uniform illumination with small angle is presented.The energy correspondence between the extended source and the target plane is established.Using the edge-ray principle of nonimaging optics,a number of discrete points of the freeform profile curve is calculated and fitted to lens entity.By using non-sequential ray tracing to simulate lens with different light source size,under the premise of uniform illumination,the impact of the size of the light source for emitting angle is discussed.The simulation results show that the optical system can achieve uniform illumination with extended source and divergence angle can be controlled to its minimum angle.
提出了一种基于扩展光源的自由曲面透镜设计算法,实现了小角度均匀照明。建立了扩展源与目标平面的能量对应关系。利用非成像光学的边缘射线原理,计算了自由曲面的若干离散点,并将其拟合到透镜实体上。通过对不同光源尺寸的透镜进行非顺序光线追踪模拟,在照度均匀的前提下,讨论了光源尺寸对发射角的影响。仿真结果表明,该光学系统可以实现扩展光源的均匀照明,发散角可以控制在最小角度。
