in order to analyze the influence of slurry particle size on materials removal consequent,in experiment,different average size and different proportions of slurry particle are chosen to polish the K9 glass.After polishing progress,the result of quantitative research on the material removal rate and roughness shows that,under the same experiment condition,the smaller the average size of slurry particle are,the smaller the roughness of the workpiece can be obtained.In the experiment about different proportions of slurry particle,the uniformity of slurry particle is a very important factor to influence the surface roughness.Under the condition that near the peak of the particle size distribution there is similar percentage,the range of the particle size is more smaller,the surface roughness after polishing is more smaller.

The error model of Shupe effect is analysed theoretically,the radial temperature levels of fiber coil will produce the zero bias drift of FOG.The experiment to measure the effect of the ambient temperature on the temperature of the fiber is designed and completed,there is a linear relationship between the change rate of ambient temperature and the error of Shupe effect.Based on the analysis,the experiment to measure the FOG output is designed under the conditions of temperature changing,the gyro output trend is modelled using the first-order、second-order and third-order.The raw data of the gyro output are compensated,the obtained temperature model is verified to set the different temperature curve under the same conditions.The result shows that using the first-order model of temperature changing the error value caused by Shupe effect can be most accurately reflected,comparing with the second-order and third-order model,it is more simple and more stable,and has good compensation effect,and this is also consistent with the conclusions of the theoretical analysis.

A simple and precise method is proposed for assembling the modulator of an intensity modulation spectropolarimeter.The principle of the method is introduced,and the modulator is built based on the method.In order to verify the effectiveness of the method presented,the experimental device of the intensity modulation spectropolarimeter is assembled using the modulator built.The carriers produced by the modulator are measured and they are used demodulating the data measured by the experiment device.Experimental results show that the polarized degree of the light from a tungsten-halogen lamp collimator is less than 10%,but it is about 100% when the light is polarized by apolarizer in the spectral range of 525~700nm.These results are coincident with the theoretical results well,which verifies the feasibility of method proposed.

Visible light and near-infrared absorption of fiber are studied experimentally.With the polychromatic light illumination,the propagation loss of optical fiber is measured according to the fiber truncation method.The absorption coefficient of fiber is obtained through the simple calculation.Several absorption peaks of fiber are found in the absorption spectrum from 500nm to 1000nm.The corresponding explanation for these absorption peaks is given.

Using the optical analysis software ASAP,the photoluminescence properties about Ce3+-doping YAG fluorescent ceramics are simulated.The results show that for a given Ce3+-doped density,with the increasing of the thickness of the fluorescent ceramics,the luminous flux of the white LED packaged by Ce3+-doping YAG fluorescent ceramics first increases and then decreases,whereas the correlated color temperature gradually decreases and then keeps a low value. The color coordinates keeps increasing to the yellow area in the CIE.There exists an optimal thickness of the fluorescent ceramics,resulting in the maximum luminous efficiency.Meanwhile,the optimal thickness of the fluorescent ceramics decreases with the increasing of the Ce3+-doped density.With the increasing of the packaging distance of the fluorescent ceramics to the LED chip,the luminous flux,color coordinates and efficiency of the white LED gradually increase,while the correlated color temperature gradually decreases,and the light of LED trends warm.

An aluminum target soft X ray tube is presented.This soft X ray tube shows good performance on imaging thin or light material samples such as biological specimen or membranes with better resolution and definition.The experimental test of the soft X ray tube using multilayer membrane and biological samples is presented.The result shows that the imaging quality is better than ordinary X ray tube because more soft X ray is absorbed by the sample and the proportion of the soft X-ray in the emission spectrum is changed by adjust the work voltage.The aluminum target X ray tube is very useful in biological imaging,material inspection and X ray microscopy.

A simple and reliable method of tolerance analysis is proposed to ensure the performance of lithographic projection lens and minimize the manufacturing costs of lithographic projection lens.This method defines P-V wavefront error as merit function based on RMS wavefront error,and selects the optimal compensators.Compared to present methods,this method decreases mechanical complexity and minimizes the manufacturing costs by adopting less compensators,with both RMS wavefront error and P-V wavefront error achieving the requirement.As an example the method is applied to a refractive projection lens for 90nm resolution lithography projection lens designed by us.The results show that,only with 7compensators,RMS wavefront error and P-V wavefront error at 97.7%probability are less than 0.0412λand 0.2469λ,respectively.In conclusion,this method is able to meet the performance requirement of lithographic projection lens.

The high intensity dynamic infrared stimulator is placed in the field and projects a time dependent infrared beam toward the flying aircraft.The time dependent high intensity of the beam simulates the infrared emittance of an approaching missile in the 3to 5micron spectral range as sensed by a Missile Warning Systems.It is able to test the ability of the MWS to detect the threat and recognize in-flight.It is composed of two strong IR sources in the focus of a large reflective optics.The projected intensities are controlled by two motor driven sets of parallel slats,positioned in front of the optics,in the manner of a venetian blind.The intensity of the beam and the uniformity of the beam are measured.Experimental result show that the intensity of the beam is higher that 840W/sr,the uniformity of the beam is 89%,design scheme fully meet the design requirements.

In order to study the effects of band structure and optical properties of TiO2films and Zr-doped TiO2films to its photocatalytic,TiO2films and Zr-doped TiO2films are prepared by electron beam gun evaporation on glass.The optical properties and absorption spectra of TiO2films and Zr-doped TiO2films are characterized by UV-visible spectrometry and Raman spectrometer.Analysis results show that:the anatase phase films obtained at annealing temperature of 773Kare mainly composed of TiO2,the energy band gap is decreased owing to the doped Zr,the optical absorption coefficients are increased in the region of350~450nm,a red shift of absorption band can be found,the photo catalytic activity of TiO2is enhanced.
