Optics swing mirror is a core module with special requirements of high precision and fast response in target simulator of infrared interference.In order to achieve theses pecial requirements,a design method of servo control system is proposed.The high-precision control system which adopts angle feedback and velocity feedback by PID algorithm is built with DSP,brushless resolvers and limited angle brushless torque motor.The experimental result indicates that the system can make the swing mirror achieve precise movement control and fast response.The design method of the servo control system can be widely used in the area of high-precision scanning control systems and has good application prospect in engineering.

Large-format arbitrary-surface projection technique has been widely applied in such fields as exhibition,release of new product and virtual simulation etc.The applications and research status of the large-format arbitrary-surface projection technique are analyzed.A novel large-format arbitrary-surface projection method is proposed,which includes camera calibration,structured light coding,geometry correction based on the observer view etc.The system structure and implementation for the 3Darchitectural model projection is also described.Experimental results prove that the proposed method meets the requirements of architectural projection.

The time response relation of central position drift of FBG temperature sensor reflection wavelength is theoretically analyzed,influence of material,heat exchange coefficient,cladding and other factors on FBG temperature and time response speed is discussed.The temperature and time response characteristic of bare FBG in medium as well as the temperature and time response characteristic of FBG in cladding are respectively verified through experiment.Through experimental verification,the hysteresis quality of FBG sensor reflection wavelength central position drifts is greatly related to fiber optic materials,optical surface area and surface thermal conductance h.The larger the surface coefficient is,the shorter the retardation time of reflection wavelength central position drifts will be.The change rule conforms to the theoretical analysis results.

The quality and behavior of the molten metal can be defined by density,which is reflected the basic changes of the inter-atomic distance and coordination number of molten metal.A float-type fiber Bragg grating sensor is manufactured to measure the density of molten metal.The floater submerged in molten metal is controlled by buoyancy force. Through the driving rod,equal armed lever and connecting rod,pulling the equal strength cantilever beam,the deflection is changed.On the basis of detecting the wavelength shift of fiber Bragg grating which is pasted on the surface of cantilever beam the buoyancy values be obtained.The density of molten metal is detected.The theoretical sensitivity of the sensor is 0.115pm/(kg/m3).According to the four times experiment,the average density value of the molten metal is 7.574 ×103 kg/m3,which is less than the theoretical data for 7.621×103 kg/m3.The relative error is 0.62,the root mean square error is 117.371kg/m3.

Through the study of ice and water temperature distribution near the interface,a new method of ice detection is found and the theoretical guidance is provided for the research of ice and water transformation.By putting the ice into the water,the ice-water heat transfer have an effect on the water temperature near the interface.Through the study of the temperature distribution,which is 5~9cm、0~4cm、-4~0cm、-5~-9cm to the ice water interface,the fitting section function is got,which named relation function of points from ice and water interface between the distance and temperature.The fitting values and monitoring error is between±0.1~0.3℃.The temperature difference of ice and water interface is bigger;the ice change into water is faster,which is more easily leaded to ice.

The characteristic that samples are high dimensional and small is typical for face recognition(FR).It is a key point to develop effective feature extraction approach for FR problem.A method to produce multiple copies of a face image is proposed while doing downsampling on original image.The experiment indicates that the proposed method can improve the recognition accuracy of classifiers.

Based on the basic theory of classical White-Cell,the formulas of the total optical path(OP)and the distribution of the beam spots of the Multi-Pass White Cell are deduced.The two basic conclusions are obtained after the formulas are analyzed,that:the distance between successive odd images equals to that between successive even images,and equals to twice that between the centers of curvatures of the secondary mirrors;the OP approximates 2(N+1)Lwhen the number of the beam spots on the primary mirror is N.The classical White-Cell is improved to take advantage of the intermediate optical path while reducing the diameter of the primary mirror according to the result of analysis.The new configuration is simulated and optimized with CODE V.Through the practical alignment,the formulas and the conclusions are proved right and proper for guiding the Multi-Pass Cell design.

In order to test the performance of IR guidance weapon systems in the outfield experiment,it is necessary to load an IR augmentation device on target drone to simulate the IR characteristics of a real target plane.The commonly used IR augmentation has low IR radiation intensity and can not reflect the direction dependent radiation properties.An IR augmentation technique based on optic method is introduced.A high brightness IR light source is used to generate IR radiation.The radiation intensity is controlled according to the missile target-plane distance and direction,which are detected by an optoelectric tracing system.Based on the simulation results of the radiation intensities with different distances and radiation angles,an optical system is designed.The experimental results indicate that the IR radiation characteristics of a target with a maximal radiation intensity of 1600W/sr is simulated by using the technique.

The experiments of drilling cluster pinhole on 0.05 mm plastic film with fiber laser system are carried out.The parameters including laser power,pulse width,accessorial gases and gas pressure et al,which influencing the machining quality of plastic film cluster pinhole are analyzed.It is shown that the pinhole diameters increase while increasing laser power,laser pulse width and accessorial gas pressure.Comparing with nitrogen,oxygen produces bigger diameter,bad quality and greater heat affected zone because it supports combustion.Cluster pinholes whose diameters are 40±2μm are gained by adopting the optimal technological parameters.

The force of the anchor head has a significant impact on the safety of the anchor rod.In order to reflect the force status of the anchor head on-line,the two optical fiber Bragg grating along 45°are pasted on the surface at the midpoint of the two symmetry spokes,forming the spoke-and-wheel structure.The stress of anchor causes the shear deformation of spokes,and the deformation leads to the wavelength-shift of fiber Bragg grating.By measuring the center wavelength-shift of fiber Bragg grating,axial force at the anchor head on-line is monitored.The press experiment shows that the strain sensitivity of grating 1is 108.8pm/kN,grating 2is 115pm/kN;Linearity of grating 1is 0.042% FS,grating2 is 0.023% FS.
