Objective: To develop and validate an educational game aimed at preventing violence against children and adolescents.
Method: This is an applied methodological research conducted between April and August 2023. To develop the game, two workshops were initially held with 19 children and adolescents aged 10 to 14, participants in a social project within a community in a medium-sized city in the Midwest region of São Paulo state, Brazil. The workshops began with a screening of the short film LOU (Disney Pixar®), followed by expressive activities such as drawing and writing, as well as group discussions on the topic addressed. The game was developed by a research team comprising undergraduate and post-graduation students, based on data collected during the workshops with the target audience and a review of the relevant literature. This process highlighted different types of violence, reflections, and experiences shared by the participants, which directly contributed to defining the rules, characters, narrative, dynamics, and content of the game. Validation involved the participation of 12 expert judges, and a content validation index was used to measure agreement among evaluators.
Results: A card game titled "Peacing: for a World without Violence" was developed and validated, achieving a Content Validation Index of 0.99 in the second validation round, indicating significant agreement among the judges.
Conclusion: The educational game was considered validated by expert judges and proved to be an interactive and engaging tool with the potential to prevent violence among children and adolescents.

Objective: To analyze the evidence on the effectiveness of extended use and reuse protocols of N95 respirators, with a focus on the occupational safety of healthcare professionals.
Method: Systematic review of articles published between 2003 and 2024 in the Medline/PubMed, Web of Science, SCOPUS, Embase, and CENTRAL databases. Experimental, quasi-experimental and observational studies were included. Methodological quality was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute tool. Narrative synthesis was used to present the results.
Results: The review encompassed 21 articles. The most investigated aspect was sealing (71.4%), followed by structural integrity (33.3%), filtration efficiency (19.0%), and, finally, tensile testing of the fastening straps (4.8%). Damage such as dirt accumulation, broken nose clips, and strap breakage, as well as degradation of elastic resistance, were observed, leading to inadequate fit and reduced filtration capacity. Four studies were classified as high quality, while 17 were of moderate quality.
Conclusion: Extended use and reuse of N95 respirators are not recommended, as they increase occupational risk. Although they maintain adequate filtration efficiency in different contexts, this is not sufficient to ensure user protection. When unavoidable, strict evidence-based protocols must be followed.

Objective: to verify the presence of symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress among nursing students related to the use of medicinal plants.
Method: cross-sectional study carried out virtually in January and November 2023, with undergraduate nursing students from a public university in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Descriptive statistical analysis, calculation of mean and standard deviation, and independent T-test were used for comparison between groups.
Results: 73 students participated, reporting severe or extremely severe symptoms of depression (35.6%), anxiety (42.4%), and stress (36.9%). The majority (56.2%) used medicinal plants, the most common being: chamomile, lemon grass, mint, boldo, aloe, and fennel, mainly for calming/relaxing effects, anxiety, flu/cold, and stress. Consumer students reported improvement in the symptoms for which they sought to use the plants, planting them in their own backyard, however they used them empirically.
Conclusion: the study showed a wide use of medicinal plants among nursing students. Symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress were more present among students who used medicinal plants and among those enrolled in the initial periods (1st to 5th). The difference between groups was statistically significant for stress, considering the period studied.

Objective: To identify scientific evidence regarding preventive care for pressure injuries related to the use of noninvasive ventilation in preterm newborns.
Method: Systematic literature review, conducted in the databases PubMeb/Medline, EMBASE, Scopus, Web of Science, CINAHL-EBSCO, and LILACS, via the Virtual Health Library. Randomized controlled clinical trials were included, with no language restrictions and no time frame. Methodological quality was assessed using the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation system, and risk of bias was assessed using the Revised Cochrane risk-of-bias tool for randomized trials.
Results: The search identified nine randomized clinical trials, published in English, between 2010 and 2021. Most studies were rated as having high quality of evidence. All performed random allocation and had low risk of bias.
Conclusion: High-quality evidence recommends the adoption of systemic rotation between mask and nasal prongs, associated with the use of a hydrocolloid protective barrier, as a priority preventive intervention to reduce pressure injuries in preterm infants undergoing noninvasive ventilation. Integrated with daily inspection of skin integrity and adequate maintenance of humidification, this strategy promotes safe, effective, and high-quality care.

Objective: to identify errors related to insulin administration reported by people with diabetes mellitus at home.
Method: cross-sectional study, conducted at an endocrinology service in Fortaleza, from August 2022 to February 2023. 106 people with diabetes mellitus and insulin users participated. A questionnaire with 52 items containing sociodemographic and clinical data and information on insulin self-administration at home was used during the interview. To test the association between performance variables, the Pearson qui-square test (p≤0.05) and odds ratio were performed.
Results: the main errors identified were: not knowing the correct time to administer insulin before meals (51.9%), not removing insulin from the refrigerator before administration (61.3%), not disinfecting rubber stoppers of vials or pens (55.7%), not removing air bubbles from syringes (51.9%) and reusing needles (77.4%). People aged >60 years, with comorbidities, dyslipidemia, hypertension and using human insulin showed a significant association (p≤0.05) with unsatisfactory performance.
Conclusion: the identified errors were: lack of knowledge about the correct timing for insulin administration, not taking insulin out of the refrigerator before application, not disinfecting the rubber stoppers of vials, not removing air bubbles from syringes, and reusing needles.

Objective: to identify nursing care strategies such as well-being, from the perspective of social entrepreneurship.
Method: action research developed between March/2022 and December/2023 in a Recyclable Materials Association in the central region of Rio Grande do Sul. Data were collected through interviews with 28 women who work in the aforementioned association and coded based on Reflexive Thematic Analysis.
Results: the data categorized based on Reflexive analysis resulted in three thematic units: Dignification of recycling work and social recognition; Enhancement of the sense of belonging to the association; and Confirmation of the social and environmental value of work in a recycling association. It is demonstrated that nursing care plays a central role in promoting well-being and sustainable development. However, this process can be intensified through dialogical and collegial pathways focused on the basic human needs of individuals and communities.
Conclusion: nursing care strategies such as well-being are associated with the appreciation, respect and visibility of recycling work as a social, economic and environmental value. The study participants want to be recognized not only in their human and social essence, but as factual workers with rights.
