Objective: To analyze the knowledge about fibromyalgia of people with this diagnosis and its repercussions in coping with the disease.
Method: Qualitative research, based on the Social Representation Theory framework. Thirty people over 18 years old and from the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, participated. Snowball sampling was applied to recruit participants and a semi-structured interview was used to produce data, between April 2020 and January 2021. Statistical and lexicographic analysis was performed using Alceste.
Results: Most participants were women (93%); aged 41 to 60 years old (67%); of whom 63% were married; had been diagnosed 10 years ago or more (40%); and 40% participated in support groups. They did not know the name of the disease and its causes, but they mentioned its symptoms, mainly pain. Objectification of fibromyalgia occurs in painful symptoms and the lack of signs in the body generates misunderstanding among the people they live with. They share experiences in support groups to cope with the disease.
Conclusion: The subjective phenomenon of pain generates distrust about the disease. Diagnosis difficulties delay treatment and insufficient information generates judgments and stereotypes for patients. Prejudices and rejections have repercussions on coping with the disease.

Objective: Build and validate a realistic interprofessional simulation scenario for the identification and management of sepsis by doctors and nurses.
Method: Methodological study developed in 2021, in two stages: construction of the guide and content validation by expert judges; and development of the simulation and validation of the scenario by doctors and nurses. 15 specialists participated in the research in the first stage and eight care professionals in the second stage. 0.8 was adopted as a parameter for the Content Validation Index (CVI).
Results: The scenario guide addressed nosocomial sepsis with an abdominal focus in an adult patient and its validation obtained a total CVI of 0.97. All areas evaluated in the simulation scenario obtained agreement indices greater than 0.8.
Conclusion: The construction and validation of the guide allowed the elaboration of guiding material for the development of an interprofessional simulated scenario, whose execution and validation process demonstrated its suitability in approaching the identification and management of sepsis by doctors and nurses. It is recommended to carry out future research evaluating its applicability to other situational contexts.

Objective: To understand the meanings attributed to pregnancy in the context of Lupus and antiphospholipid syndrome by women and healthcare professionals.
Method: Qualitative research, using Symbolic Interactionism as a theoretical framework and Grounded Theory, a constructivist perspective. Data were collected between January and August 2022, through online interviews with 27 women with Lupus located on the social network Facebook and in-person or remote interviews with 12 healthcare professionals.
Results: The theoretical model constructed has two categories: "Equal conditions, distinct experiences: experiencing the gestational process" shows that obstetric complications and lack of connection with healthcare professionals trigger negative meanings to the experience; and "Therapeutic management interfering in the attribution of meanings to the experience", demonstrates that the way women interact with healthcare professionals and how they manage treatment favors a positive reframing.
Final considerations: The meanings attributed to pregnancy are elaborated and modified according to the interpretation of previous and current experiences, healthcare trajectory and interactions with healthcare professionals. Previous guidance, planning, bonding and trust in healthcare professionals enable positive meanings, while obstetric complications, unqualified assistance and lack of bonding with professionals provide negative meanings.
