Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi Dan Emosional Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Pada Bank Kaltim Cabang Balikpapan 服务质量、位置和情感对消费者对巴利克帕潘银行的忠诚的影响

Abstract:The objectives and benefits of this study are:1.      To prove whether service quality is together,location, and emotional has a significant influence on consumer loyalty at Balikpapan's Kaltim Bank Branch.2.      To prove where individually between service quality, location, and emotional has a dominant influence on customer loyalty at Balikpapan's Kaltim Bank Branch.The results of this study are expected to be used as an evaluation forBalikpapan Bank Kaltim Branch which can be used as a material consideration to improve management performance to take the right marketing strategy in the future competition.Based on the results of the analysis and discussion conducted in the previous chapter, some conclusions can be drawn as follows:Allegations stating, it is alleged that together service quality, location, and emotional have a significant influence on customer loyalty at the proven Balikpapan Branch of Bank Kaltim. With a calculated F value of 24.942 greater than F table or F0.05 of 2.70 and a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance level = 0.05, then the first hypothesis in this study is acceptable.Allegations stating that it is assumed that individually the location has a dominant influence on customer loyalty at the proven Balikpapan Branch of Bank Kaltim. Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to know 1). the influence of discipline, cooperation and responsibility on employee morale at PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista in Penajam Paser Utara. 2). The dominant variable influences the employee morale at PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista in Penajam Paser Utara.The reality of the problems that researchers see and observe through research activities on employees of PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista in Penajam Paser Utara is the level of employee morale is still not optimal. Especially that can be seen from the factors that are caused by discipline, cooperation and responsibility. So that problems arise at PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista at this time, where the employees began to idle in their work, it was also seen that the employees who worked during the hours of the internet played on their cellphones even though there were still unfinished jobs at their desks.The population in this study was taken from employees of PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista as many as 163 employees and the study sample was 49 people using the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the test hypothesis F and t.The results of the calculation of the F test (simultaneous / joint correlation), obtained F count is 49.725, while the value of the F table obtained a value of 2.81 this means that (F count 49.725> Ftable 2.81), so that it can be said to be disciplinary variables, Collaboration and responsibility together (simultaneous) are able to show its influence on the morale of the employees of PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista. Then the first hypothesis is accepted because it is proven to be true.The number R is 0.876 this is that the correlation or relationship between discipline, cooperation and responsibility with employee morale is very strong relationship. The three independent variables were able to explain changes in morale by 75.3% while the remaining 24.7% was influenced by other variables not included in this study such as leadership, career development and so on.From the three results of the partial correlation test above the value of the responsibility variable is the highest compared to the other variables, so that the variable responsibility is the most dominant variable influencing the morale of the employees of PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista in Penajam Paser Utara then followed by variables of cooperation and discipline. From the description, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis in this study was rejected because it was not proven true.Keywords: Discipline, Cooperation, Responsibility, Work Spirit
摘要:本研究的目的是了解1)纪律、合作和责任对Penajam Paser Utara Arkananta Apta Pratista PT员工士气的影响。2)主导变量对Penajam Paser Utara Arkananta Apta Pratista PT员工士气的影响。研究人员通过对Penajam Paser Utara的PT. Analisis Persediaan Pakan Ikan Pada UD. Alisandra Jaya Abadi Di Loa Kulu

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to analyze the inventory of fish feed on UD.Alisandra Jaya Abadi addressed on JL. Jendral sudirman subdistrict Loa Kulu.The owner of a company is Mr. Ismail and the head of the company (manager) named Mrs. Ismawati.Problems that appeared then was about the level of preparation of fish feed that is experiencing an excess or shortage of supplies at a certain period in UD.Alisandra Jaya Abadi in Loa Kulu. Company that became a distributor of fish and feed the fish and have a lot of agents and partners breeders make this company is required to be able to guarantee the availability of fish feed at any time.Fish feed primarily on the type of sink 981 brand produced by the partners of the company PT.Feedmil.This research is a combined quantitative and qualitative research with the technique of collecting observations and interviews with company manager. Analysis tool used is the method of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) for know your most economical quantities, Reorder Point to determine the level of reordering, and Safety Stock inventory is the amount of feed to know the backup if any time an increase in demand.Document used during August 2018.Based on the results of calculations the researchers did, the following will be conveyed as follows :1. The minimum of inventory (safety stock) of sinking type 981 fish feed is 132 sacks.2. Economic order quantity (EOQ) 981 sink type fish feed reached in the number of economic order is 368 sacks with the frequency of orders 4 times every 7 days a message in one period / month.3. Reorder point if the reamaining inventory amount or close to 264 sack.4. The maximum amount of inventory so that there is no waste of the cost component is 500 sacks. Keywords: Inventory, EOQ, Reorder Point , Safety Stock

Kredit Usaha Rakyat (Kur) Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kinerja Bank (Suatu Studi Kasus) 公民信贷(库尔)及其对银行业绩的影响(案例研究)

 Abstract:This aim of this study was to find out the effect of the effectiveness distribution of Small Businnes Loan Program on the performance in Bank Rakyat Indonesia of Tenggarong Sebarang Branch. The instrument used to assess bank performance is a questionnaire. The sampling technique with the full sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is the Product Statistics Program and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22.0 for Windows. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of the distribution of Small Businnes Loan Program was the positively response, is that very good. Respondents' responses to the performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tenggarong Sebarang Branch tend to be positive, which is very good.  The effectiveness of Small Businnes Loan Program distribution has a positive and significant effect on the Bank's performance.  As stated by the government that the Small Businnes Loan Program program is aimed at improving people's welfare. Therefore, it is recommended that the distribution of Small Businnes Loan Program by the Bank always be improved. Keywords : Distribution Effectiveness, Small Businnes Loan Program, Bank Performance

Abstract:Customer satisfaction has become a very important issue, and many companies invest resources on consumers and continually strive to find information on how to improve customer satisfaction. One way to do manager in defending consumers and attract new customers by using servicescape theory and coupled with quality service Employers use the service environment as a way to demonstrate the qualities of its business, with the aim to make customers feel satisfied with the quality and service provided to consumers. The object of this research was conducted at the edges Spot Pandan Tenggarong. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence servicescape influence on consumer satisfaction and quality of service for customer satisfaction at Rumah Makan Tepian Pandan Tenggarong  Sample research data amounted to 80 people were taken randomly with traffic levels more than once. Data were analyzed with the help of SmartPLS application to determine the relationship of each partial latent variables. The findings indicate that the hypothesis is rejected servicescape no significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the second hypothesis is accepted, the quality of service significantly influence customer satisfactionKeywords : servicescape, service quality and customer satisfaction

One way to do manager in defending consumers and attract new customers by using servicescape theory and coupled with quality service Employers use the service environment as a way to demonstrate the qualities of its business, with the aim to make customers feel satisfied with the quality and service provided to consumers. The object of this research was conducted at the edges Spot Pandan Tenggarong. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence servicescape influence on consumer satisfaction and quality of service for customer satisfaction at Rumah Makan Tepian Pandan Tenggarong  Sample research data amounted to 80 people were taken randomly with traffic levels more than once. Data were analyzed with the help of SmartPLS application to determine the relationship of each partial latent variables. Abstract:PT. Rimba Raya Lestari is one of the companies engaged in the industry and trade polywood that located in the Yos Sudarso street, Jembayan District Loa Kulu. The problem of compensation where employees feel that during the last two years have never experienced a raise in salary but the ranks of leaders expreinced a salary increase every six months, overtime pay perceived by employees inadequate and not in accordance with overtime hours performed by employees and employee facilities perceived employee has not been able to help employees complete their work within the given deadline.The purpose of this study is to determine, Does Compensation and Work Climate have a simulataneous influence on Spirit At Work At PT. Rimba Raya Lestari In Loa Kulu City, to know, Is The Compensation and Working Climate has Partially influence on Employee Spirit Work At PT. Rimba Raya Lestari In Loa Kulu City.The total population in this study amounted to 1283 people and the sample used amounted to 93 people. Analyzer in this research is T Test and F Test.The results of F test calculation (simultaneous / joint correlation), compensation variable (X1) and work climate (X2) and simultaneously affect pirit At Work, “That, Compensation and Work Climate Variables have a simultaneous influence on Employee Morale At PT. Rimba Raya Lestari In Loa Kulu City” Is accepted and proven to be true.From both result of partial correlation test seen the biggest compensation variable compared to work climate variable, so that compensation variable is the most dominant variable affecting morale. From the description, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis in this study “That, Variable Compensation is the most dominant influence on Job Morrum At PT. Pengaruh Punishment Dan Reward Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pada PT. Tri Mandiri Selaras Di Tenggarong 惩罚和奖励对三独立性PT工作纪律的影响是一致的

Abstract :           PT Tri Mandiri Selaras is a showroom company of Daihatsu cars equipped with authorized workshops for routine checks and maintenance as well as vehicle engine repair customers who are located on Aji Lake RT.05 Malay Village Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The number of employees working on PT Tri Mandiri Selaras are 26 people divided into 7 people mechanics, 6 administrators, 4 sales people, 2 office boys, 2 cashiers, 1 person, 1 head marketing and 3 human resouch developmen. The study was conducted in April 2018, the population data available in April 2018 was 25 people and the number of samples used in this study were 25 people. The analysis tools used are multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using F test and t test with the help of SPSS For Window 20.0. The results of F test calculations (simultaneous correlation / joint), variable punisment (X1) and reward (X2) simultaneously affect employee work discipline. Then the independent variables have a significant relationship or employee discipline variables influenced by the variable punisment (X1) and reward (X2). From both result of partial correlation test above seen the biggest punisment variable value compared to reward variable, so the punisment variable is the most dominant variable affecting employee work discipline.  Keywords: Punishment, Reward, Work Discipline
摘要:PT Tri Mandiri Selaras是一家经销Daihatsu汽车的陈列室公司,位于Kutai Kartanegara Regency马来村Aji Lake rd .05,拥有授权的日常检查和维修车间以及汽车发动机维修客户。在PT Tri Mandiri Selaras工作的员工人数为26人,其中包括7名机械师,6名管理员,4名销售人员,2名办公室文员,2名收银员,1名员工,1名营销主管和3名人力资源开发人员。该研究于2018年4月进行,2018年4月可获得的人口数据为25人,本研究使用的样本数量为25人。使用的分析工具是多元回归分析和假设检验,使用F检验和t检验,帮助SPSS For Window 20.0。F检验计算结果(同时相关/联合)、变量惩罚(X1)和变量奖励(X2)同时影响员工的工作纪律。那么自变量与员工纪律变量之间存在显著的关系,受到变量惩罚(X1)和奖励(X2)的影响。从以上两个偏相关检验的结果可以看出,惩罚变量的值比奖励变量的值最大,可见惩罚变量是影响员工工作纪律的最主要变量。关键词:惩罚,奖励,工作纪律

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the effect of giving additional employee income (TPP) to increase the level of discipline and employee performance at the Maluhu Sub-District Office in Tenggarong District.The problem is that there are quite a lot of employees who are diligent in being absent in the morning but one hour after that the employee can go straight out of the office and come back one hour later before being absent home in the afternoon. As for discipline in terms of the effectiveness of the use of work time which should not have experienced a significant increase or change. Employees of the Maluhu Urban Village Office are absent only to pursue or fulfill incentive payment requirements.This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The sample used was 24 people. The analysis tool uses 2 linear dependent paradigm regression, with hypothesis testing using the t test and correlation.The results of TPP t count with work discipline is 6.485 while t table with degrees of freedom at the level of 5% (a = 0.05), amounting to 1.717 which means (t count 6.485> t table 1.717). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus the first hypothesis proposed in this study was accepted because it proved the truth.The results of TPP t count with employee performance is 4.012 while t table with degrees of freedom at the level of 5% (a = 0.05), amounting to 1.717 which means (t count 4.012> t table 1.717). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus the second hypothesis proposed in this study was accepted because it proved the truth.From the results of the comparison of the second partial correlation of the Y variable above, it can be seen that the correlation value between the variables of TPP money and work discipline is more than the value of TPP money with a performance of 0.810 versus 0.650. So that it can be concluded that giving TPP money so far to employees of the Maluhu Village Office in Tenggarong is far more able to have a dominant influence on work discipline than on performance improvement. Abstract:This study examines aspects that contribute to the innovation capability of the Regional Water Supply Company Tirta Mahakam where the antecedent variable is human intellectual property originating from intellectual capital or intelligence capital with intervening organizational learning variables. The object of research in this study was the Regional Water Supply Company Tirta Mahakam Tenggarong. The analytical tool used is the method of structural equation modeling. The findings show that there is a significant influence of organizational learning on innovations capability. While the second finding shows that intellectual capital is not capable of influencing innovations capability. Keywords : Innovation capability, intellectual capital dan organizational learning
