Transient stability assessment of power system is the precondition of analyzing system transient stability, and it is the basis of effective analysis of power system transient stability. In order to better understand the operating state of the power system, this research builds a pinball loss SVM model based on the traditional SVMA algorithm to evaluate the transient stability of the power system. On this basis, the research takes a group of wind turbines as an example, and analyzes the calculation examples to verify the effectiveness of the pinball loss SVM model. The results show that the time limit of the proposed model is less than 10 seconds, and the average accuracy is about 94%. It can quickly and effectively evaluate the power system transient stability. It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for the evaluation of power system transient stability.

The traditional manual verification to complete the detection of power instruments is inefficient and gradually unable to meet the demand. With the rapid aging of the population, the elderly care services have become urgent needs and severe challenges. Robotic technology provides a potential opportunity to meet the needs of elderly care. Based on cloud technology, architecture of a mobile robot network control system is designed, which is composed of a remote monitoring platform, a cloud platform, and a mobile robot. A novel communication message format is designed to realize the communication between the mobile robot and the remote monitoring operator. A visual odometer is realized on the mobile robot, and VSLAM (Visual simultaneous localization and mapping) is implemented on the cloud platform. In the remote monitoring state, the mobile robot moves according to the instructions from the monitoring operator and uploads the video of the living environment of the elderly as well as the detection results of obstacles in the environment to the cloud platform. In the autonomous motion state, the mobile robot responds to the call of the elderly or performs the indoor inspection function based on vision and laser ranging sensors. A prototype system of networked control mobile robot is established, and the experimental research is conducted to verify the function and performance of the designed system.

This paper discusses the model updating problem for undamped gyroscopic systems. A quadratic inverse eigenvalue problem of determining the system from the complete information about eigenvalues and eigenvectors is solved, moreover, the existence condition and solution to the constructional problem are obtained. Based on the results of the inverse problem, the method for updating mass, gyroscopic and stiffness matrices is presented. Using the method, the condition for the solvability of the model updating problem, the concrete expressions of the solution and the related numerical method are proposed. Numerical example illustrates validity of the method.

Genetic algorithm is a kind of random search algorithm that draws on the natural selection and natural genetic mechanism. It is widely used in many different disciplines. This paper uses the scientific measurement analysis system to summarize the research topics and current status of genetic algorithms. 17551 articles from 2010 to 2019 were investigated from the Web of Science Core Collection. Introduced the largest author co-citation network and the most influential journals. The disciplines and topics involved in genetic algorithm research were identified. A visualization network of genetic algorithm knowledge structure is established. A more in-depth study of citations has been carried out to explore emerging areas and hotspots of related research. The results of this study provide practitioners with a better understanding of genetic algorithms and help researchers do further research.

This paper is about a 3D scanner system which can be used to build the prosthetic leg model, which can effectively capture details of the amputated leg. It is a multi-camera scanning system that can scan the amputated leg and has the following strength: quick scan, ease operation, data reliability and low cost. A scanner base is designed to hold all the cameras and Raspberry Pi. The scanner base should be able to rotate, adjust the shooting angle, and adjust the distance between the camera and the object. The images obtained by cameras can be transmitted to the PC through the Putty and FileZilla. Then the images can be processed on the Autodesk Recap to get the depth of field information of the object and build the 3D model. The principles of the image-based modelling techniques also illustrated in the paper. The 3D model of arms have been generated successfully by the designed scanner and it proves that this scanner is a potential solution for designing and manufacturing the prosthetic leg. The graphs of errors in the main part show that the error is small which is in an acceptable range.
