Simply recycled selection and incrementally reinforced selection methods applicable for semi-supervised learning algorithms 适用于半监督学习算法的简单循环选择和增量强化选择方法

This paper presents an empirical study on selecting a small amount useful unlabeled data with which the classification accuracy of semi-supervised learning (SSL) algorithms can be improved. In particular, two selection strategies, named simply recycled selection and incrementally reinforced selection, are considered and empirically compared. The experimental results, obtained with well-known benchmark data sets, demonstrate that the latter works better than the former does in terms of classification accuracy.

A security- and privacy-driven hybrid biometric template protection technique 一种安全和隐私驱动的混合生物识别模板保护技术

Biometric template protection techniques are used to secure biometric templates from various attacks and threats. As the trade-off between the performance and the security and privacy of said techniques has drawn increasing concerns from the researchers, a single approach can no longer satisfy the elevated requirement. In this paper, a state-of-the-art hybrid template protection method, called the cancelable secure sketch (CaSS) is proposed. The concept of CaSS is demonstrated via a cancelable fingerprint, namely the multi-line code (MLC) with the code-offset construction of secure sketch. The proposed method boasts high security and privacy by virtue of the revocability of MLC. Besides, inheriting the high performance of binary MLC, the CaSS method is able to achieve 0% FRR and FAR.

A mechanism for large range frequency tuning in in-plane spin torque oscillator is suggested and supported by the macrospin simulation. With magnetostrictive anisotropy controlled by the stress induced from PZT, center frequency of the oscillator shifts in 2-5 GHz range.

In this paper, we propose a cooperative spectrum sensing scheme in which the secondary users can exchange their sensing data by using the underlay approach in the cognitive radio network. The bandwidth issue in soft combination for cooperative spectrum sensing is considered. We further invest-tigate the interference probability between secondary network and primary network.

Analysis of different transparent conductive thin films element on monocrystalline silicon cell 单晶硅电池上不同透明导电薄膜元素的分析

An analysis of phase response from different types of transparent conductive thin film is presented in this paper. Surface current performance of each film which was shaped with triangular loop shape is then investigated. It has been demonstrated from the CST simulated results that element of Kapton film exhibits the best scattering parameter performance with bandwidth over 15% and linear phase range over 360°.

Lifetime enhancement of NAND flash memory-based storage system by bad block reuse scheme 基于坏块重用方案的NAND闪存存储系统寿命增强研究

NAND flash memory has cost competitiveness, since the process technology which can store multi-bit in a cell is developed. Because of this technology, NAND flash memory is widely used for storage system of various electronic devices. Even though the capacity per unit area is consistently increased with the development of process technology, the cell-to-cell interference rises accordingly and it makes the possibility of bad block increase rapidly. In this paper, we analyzed the pattern of bad page by using the platform board, and we propose the lifetime enhancement scheme of flash storage system based on the experimental results.

Serving a huge data rate of the ultra-high definition television (UHDTV) standard requires an enhancement of the transmission data rate of the conventional digital terrestrial transmission (DTT) systems. In order to improve the data rate, adopting dual-polarized MIMO techniques and higher order modulation schemes has been spotlighted. However, there are only few performance evaluations of the system in literature. In this respect, as one of possible candidates for UHDTV transmission, we implement a dual-polarized MIMO system based on the digital video broadcasting-2nd generation terrestrial (DVB-T2) and investigate its performance with various combinations of parameters.

Delamination lifetime evaluation of IPM by accelerated power cycle test 加速功率循环试验评价IPM分层寿命

Key difference between high-power semiconductor and low-power semiconductor is self heating during operation. Self heating leads to extreme thermal change in semiconductor. Especially, regenerative energy applications tend to repeated intermittent operation. Thermal change leads to mechanical stress by CTE(Coefficient of Thermal Expansion) mismatch between substrate, bonding material(solder), bonding wire and chip material(Si). Consequently, it induces delamination or crack(solder, wire bonding). Each materials should be thermally well conductive, chemically stable, electrically well conductive and CTE should be similar to chip material to enhance power cycle life(or IOL(Intermittent Operating Life)). Accelerated life test was executed to predict intermittent operating life during actual application.

Phase mask enhancement for multi-echo MR images using a novel denoising method based on tissue relaxation properties 基于组织松弛特性的相位掩膜增强多回波MR图像

Multiple-echo magnetic resonance images are a series of images acquired at different echo times. Especially, phase images of multiple-echo images are often used to measure susceptibility of tissues. But these images tend to have a low SNR because high sampling rates are used to reduce the scan time. Conventional filters can effectively reduce noise, but introduce spatial artifacts. To obtain high-quality phase images without spatial artifacts, we developed new denoising method based on tissue relaxation properties. As a result, we could obtain high-SNR and high-resolution phase image and phase mask.

This paper proposes a digitally controlled DC-DC buck converter with bang-bang control in 0.18μm BCDMOS technology. It has advantages of digital circuit and hysteresis control. The converter includes a 6-bit SAR ADC, 6-bit DPWM, analog dead-time & driver circuits, and proposed bang-bang control block.
