Оценивание качества энтомокультуры при реализации природоподобных технологий для ее выращивания 在环境技术的应用中评估昆虫作物的质量

Adaptive technologies for growing entomocultures envisage the use of nature-friendly technologies and a set of equipment in order to cultivate entomocultures adapted to certain natural and climatic conditions of their use, which should ensure an increase in the efficiency of commercial forms of entomological plant protection products in agrocenoses. The criteria for assessing nature-like technologies and technical means ensure their optimization, which is carried out according to one or several indicators simultaneously. To analyze the quality of insects, general indicators are considered that assess the degree of adaptability of entomocultures to artificial breeding conditions, and target ones that assess the degree of effectiveness of entomocultures when using it.

Eficacitatea produsului NEEM01 în combaterea păduchilor în livezi și spaţii protejate

Considering the growing demand for organic production of food and registration-related problems, the number of pest management products that can be used in this sort of production is limited. In this study the efforts have been made to formulate the Neem oil emulsions which would be used as agrochemicals. Bioassays were performed on aphids (Myzodes persicae Sulz., Aphis gossypii Glow , Aphis pomi Deg.) in order to compare the insecticidal activity of the neem oil new preparative form NEEM-01 with that of the commercial biorational product Pelecol EO. The bioassays conducted on the aphids demonstrated that the NEEM-01 aplicated at the doze 8,0 l/ha was not effective as the commercial product Pelecol EO. But at the doze 10,0 l/ha new preparative form of neem oil has demonstrated a good biological effectiveness during 7 days after two treatments.

Biopesticides have also attracted great interest in the international research community, with a significant increase in the number of publications devoted to the subject. At Institute of Genetics, Physiology and Plant Protection are prepared the bioinsecticides for use in Republic Moldova, mostly for the control In order to reduce the population of insect it is recommended utilization inoffensive preparations baculoviruses highly-pathogenic for the leaf-champing vermis of the H.cunea,were selected from the insect natural populations which is an efficient preparation for combating this pest in agricultural, onamental and forest biocenosis. This study aimed to highlight new agents for biological control of pest..

The research is aimed at studying the antagonistic relationships of five isolates of the genus Trichoderma fungi in relation to the Alternaria sp. fungus. The pathogen was isolated from diseased walnut leaves. In the work was used the method of double cultures on agar media. As a result, 160 the inhibition rate of Alternaria pathogen by Trichoderma fungi was determined. For isolate №3 the rate was 90%, for isolate №2 - 85%, isolate №4 inhibited the pathogen by 75%, isolate №1 - by 65%. Isolate №5 and strains T.virens and T. lignorum suppressed the growth of Alternaria by 40-50%.

The preparations have shown high efficiency in the fight against the pest. An increase in the number of pollinators found in plots treated with insecticides.

Dinamica răspunsului antioxidativ la tomatele cu diferit tip de interacțiune cu agentul viral

The defensive response of 4 tomato genotypes to Tobacco Mosaic Virus or Tomato Aspermy Virus was evaluated according to 3 indices - peroxidase and catalase activities and hydrogen peroxide content. The response was differentiated according to the applied viral infection, the genotype and dynamics of the infection process. Particularities have been attested in the reaction of the antioxidative response at different stages of the pathogenesis - increasing or decreasing of the evaluated indices compared to the healthy control.

The article presents the results demonstrating the effectiveness of the rapid method for detecting infection at the initial stages of spreading on the leaves of winter wheat and barley, apple and grape plants using 0,05% Rodamina 6G solution as an indicator for determining the degree of infection. The assessment of the degree of infection is carried out visually on a special scale. The data on the effectiveness of presowing treatment of wheat seeds in a solution of 1/200 of the biostimulator Reglalg for increasing plant resistance to diseases are presented.

Research objective: to identify tomato genotypes resistant to Alternaria on variability and symptoms of male gametophyte on selective backgrounds with cultural filtrate of pathogens Alternaria spp. A set of gamete breeding techniques and genetic-statistical analysis were used in the experiments. Some patterns of the variability and heritability of traits in the tomato male gametophyte have been identified on media with filtrates of pathogens. The differences in the resistance of pollen to the filtrate influence were established; the differentiation and selection of genotypes for further breeding were made. These studies can be used at different stages of the selection process.

Итоги селекции озимой ржи в Молдове 摩尔多瓦麦田作物育种结果

We have created the first rye zoned in 2008 year in Republic of Moldova from 2008 year Zambreni 70 by crossing (Haricovscaia 55 x Tchiulpan). The productivity of this variety in average for 3 years was – 38.3 q/ha and Tchiulpan variety – 30.3 q/ha. In average for three years (2012-2014) the variety of winter rye Tetram 34 obtained by mutation breeding from variety Belta had got the productivity – 34.0 q/ha, what is better than Zambreni 70 – 32.8 q/h and Belta – 30.9 q/ha. The best nutation forms of winter rye sown in check-field produced grains in limits of 33-46 q/ha what is much more than check variety Inspector – 32 q/ha.

In average for three years (2012-2014) the variety of winter rye Tetram 34 obtained by mutation breeding from variety Belta had got the productivity – 34.0 q/ha, what is better than Zambreni 70 – 32.8 q/h and Belta – 30.9 q/ha. The results of experiments obtained in 2015 in apple orchards and in 2017 in vineyards showed that pheromone methods of capturing and sterilizing males of natural populations of apple worm and grape moth, installation of sticky pheromone traps and treated with biorational sterilizer Admiral 10 EC (pyriproxyfen), in the amount of 10-20 traps/ha depending on the population density, reduce their damage to the level of PED, do not act negatively on entomophagous insects from families (Coccinellidae, Chrysopida) and Arahnidae, and reduce energy and financial costs to carry out protection measures at 30-40%.
