Системное исследование производства энтомофагов

The work is devoted to a systems research of the production of entomophages, in particular, the issue of quality control of entomological products was considered, quality control criteria, influencing factors are highlighted. The object of research was the production processes of the entomophage Habrobracon hebetor and its host insect Ephestia kuehniella. A structural-parametric complex for assessing the quality of an entomophage has been developed Habrobracon hebetor and its host insect Ephestia kuehniella, technological complex for quality control of entomological products, as well as a product quality management algorithm.

When mass laboratory breeding of bean seeds (Acanthoscelides obtectus Say.), it should be taken into account that the hatching of larvae from eggs and their settlement of beans should take place in the dark. Subsequent phases of development and maintenance of beetles are carried out in natural light at an optimal temperature of 24-30 degrees with the use of bean seeds of the Belskaya 16 variety.

Sewage sludge (SS) is a secondary resource that can be used in modern biotechnology to produce fertilizers. This is the bioconversion of organic waste – obtaining available organic raw materials (compost) with the participation of phosphate-mobilizing microorganisms with the addition of fillers. Biofertilizers based on SS of biological treatment plants (SBU) "Southern" and "Northern" of Odessa with different fillers (winter wheat straw and sunflower seed husk) were studied. The effectiveness of biofertilizers was studied in a field experiment on chernozem ordinary medium humus. Culture in the experiment: corn for grain (medium-ripe hybrid FAO 400). According to the results of determining the biological activity of the soil, the highest indicators of corn yield are shown when using new biofertilizers in comparison with the control, which provided an increase in corn yield per grain and improved economic performance.

The results of research showed that the use of bacteria of the genus Azotobacter chroococcum had a positive effect on the main quality indicators of winter wheat. In particular, the increase in grain yield of the Favoritka variety increased by 0.38 t/ha or by 10. Double application of the drug on vegetative plants of corn had a positive effect on yield. According to the obtained data, the yield of corn in the control averaged 7.58 t/ha, while after treatments with the study drug was 8.76 t/ha, which is 21% more.

The study of the possibility of stolbur transmission by seeds in some Moldavian tomato and pepper varieties was carried out using molecular diagnostic methods. The lack of the transmission of phytoplasma by seeds was evidenced analysing seedlings growing in the controlled laboratory conditions (thermostat) when the infection by insect vectors was impossible. Moreover, this lack was confirmed by results showing the absence of ‘Ca. P. solani’ infection in plants analyzed in mid-July of 2020 (stages of ‘flowering’ or, mainly, ‘green fruits’) grown in the field or greenhouse.

The article presents the results of assessing the biological effectiveness of the multicomponent composition of the codling moth sex pheromone under the climateric conditions of RM. In this study, the role of the minor component in the attractiveness of the multicomponent blend of codling moth sex pheromone was determined. In field monitoring trials, various concentrations of the minor component were tested (with decreasing values), the ratio of the components with the highest attractive ability was determined, the decrease of biologic activity of the minor component was directly influenced by the decrease of its concentration in the multicomponent composition of the codling moth sex pheromone.

Estimarea componenței feromonului sexual și determinarea ciclului de dezvoltare sezonieră a speciei Heiothis Armigera

The antennae reaction of the males Heliothis armigera was estimated by means of the electroantenographic apparatus to the components obtained from the extract of the pheromone glands of the females. It was found that the main component (Z11-16Al) caused a well-pronounced reaction on the male antennae. It has been shown that the pheromone emitted by the females of the native population does not differ from the pheromone emitted by the females of the species Heliothis armigera, which lives in the geographical area of the Asian continent. The seasonal sexual cycle of the species Heliothis armigera was determined in the conditions of the natural habitat of the Republic of Moldova.
